They ended up quitting on the spot when I confronted them how bad the service had been. I immediately took a sample of my pool water to Leslie's to get a report and it scored 0 out of 100. Absolutely no chlorine was present. I ended up taking care of the pool myself and it had never looked this good while this company was servicing it. Horrible service.

Finally, as can be seen in the photo, important maintenance items were overlooked. My new pool service company pulled out the filters and found the nastiest muck and growth imaginable.
