At first I found the add for my car on Craigslist. I was assuming it was going to be a bait and switch... I show up to my appointment on time, I'm greeted by a friendly receptionist, then I met Phil. Phil showed me pictures of his daughters who were about my age and we shared stories like we were best buds. His desk neighbor joined in because it was slow because it was snowy outside, therefore slow enough to chat. We took a test drive, I was shown most of the features and I fell in love with the car. As a single female in a city over a thousand miles from home I called the mechanic who worked on my prior car for a few years. Turns out they've known each other for many years and used to work together!! CONVERTIBLE purchased around the end of February, everything has checked out beautifully and that's why I am confident in sending your business to Phil. A vehicle needs a little while for me to make an honest review and I'm still beyond happy with my purchase and I have actually had to use my extra warranty on the air conditioning. $100 deductible, so thanks for explaining the benefits of that!!! Love this place. Will shop again here. Tell him Carrie with the pink hair sent you and he might even throw in a pretty red bow!

We've purchased many vehicles from the Marina dealerships. Love their attentiveness, service, and pricing. Highly recommend.

After working for Honda, for over 20 years, I did my research and decided that i wanted a Nissan Kix from the minute. I called camera was amazing. I told them my situation and he said, we'll do whatever we have to do once I was put in the trusting hands of danny vogt my salesperson, all my tension was gone. He is amazing if you're a female and you feel uncomfortable about salespeople, he's your guy, I will be a vision customer for life. The rear brakes and Rotors were good, some wear as the were a little over 1 year old, and maybe 20k on them. The fronts, were done a while longer, so I decided to change them, I did both the pads and Rotors. My wife brough it in, and they said that it failed inspection, as the back brakes were scraping on the rotors, and it would be over $500. I WAS FURIOUS! My wife told them that I just looked at them, there was plenty of pad on all the back brakes. They said NOPE!!! That being said, I bit my lip, and redid the back brakes, pads and Rotors, and made another appointment. This time, they told my wife they could not inspect it, as the computer was not ready for emissions test. I was like WHAT???? We did not disconnect the battery, had it jumped or ANYTHING LIKE THAT. The ONLY logical explanation is that THEY reset it. They EVEN told my wife to take it somewhere else to have it inspected. I saved the pads, and the rotors, and will be filing a complaint against them through the Bureau of Consumer & Facility Services, Department of Motor Vehicles. I see similar complaints here as well, I recommend others do the same so they get their licenses pulled.

We…read morewanted to wait for the repair to be completed while we waited rather than obtain a loaner car. We had called another area dealer that was closer to home, but were told that we would have to leave the car for one day. Also, we felt that the person at that other dealership was not courteous or interested in what they wanted. The response that we received at Garber Chevrolet was completely different. The person arranging the appointment assured us that the work could be done while we waited. She was professional and courteous. We were met by service advisor, Matt Jackson, who was exceptional. He not only provided an estimate of how long the repair would take, he also assured us that our wait at the dealership would not be long. Matt was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The experience in the waiting area was great. Coffee, other beverages and snacks were readily available, and there was plenty of space for relaxing or working at desk areas with electrical outlets for charging. While looking at cars in the showroom, we met their very cheerful and friendly receptionist. She explained how much she enjoyed working at Garber, and it showed. When I asked a question about one of the cars on the floor (a Corvette, of course), the receptionist called the sales manager, who like the others at the dealership, was friendly and helpful. When the car was ready, Matt did a great job explaining the work that was done, described upcoming maintenance and service per Chevy intervals, and absorbed the cost of a new wiper blade as a way to provide a nice start to our relationship with this dealership. When we returned the keys to my mother-in-law, we said "how often is it that, when you're told your car is ready, you actually wouldn't mind hanging around the dealership and its staff a while longer." I highly recommend this dealership based on our experience.

I took a drive to Rochester to look at the vehicles at this established dealership. Piehler has…read morebeen selling Jaguar cars for a longer period of time than any dealer in WNY. But that is NOT an endorsement. When you have a monopoly on the market for a specific brand, then people have little choice and pay homage to the king. This creates complacency in the king, and he thinks he can do no wrong. I park my car in the lot, and walk into the showroom building. As I am opening the door into the showroom, a sales rep with a cellphone glued to his ear is also going to the door, and he walks through it like I was holding the door for him, and without thank you. This is NOT the way to being the process of buying a vehicle, especially a $70k and up vehicle. Well, perhaps I ma being too critical. They may have been very busy, afterall it was a Wednesday afternoon in late August, and everyone and their brother is clamoring to spend upwards of $70 grand on a British car with its traditional reliability reputation. The place was absolutely swamped with one customer: me. But I was not a potential customer for very long . . . There was no one there to greet me as is typical in any dealership, let alone a luxury dealership, and I had to ask for assistance by walking past one of the manager's offices. He was too busy to really give me the time of day. I basically decided that I don't care if it is Black Friday and they are giving the cars away, I would never patronize this dealership. Fortunately, all is not lost! If you really have your sights set on a gracious beautiful Jaguar and are not discouraged by the spontaneous combustion of an XJ on an L.A. freeway that nearly ended the 60-year comedy career of legendary Dick Van Dyke, Rochester residents can give Piehler in Webster the bird, and head down to West-Herr in Amherst (Buffalo suburb) where they will treat you well. Fortunately, I already live in Buffalo, so I have no reason to go there for any reason. Besides, who wants to go to a city where the culinary claim to fame is known as a "garbage plate". I think Piehler came up with this name as an extension of its garbage service.

Jaguar (and Land-Rover moreso) owners visiting Jaguar Webster (once Piehler Jaguar) are masochists…read morebecause not only are many cars 'temperamental' as the euphemism for unreliable goes, but the staff here is so indifferent its absurd. No greeting or "May I assist you?" from anyone after walking into the showroom. No, I do not wish to be accosted and fawned over; however, I do not wish to be treated like rubbish when looking at a new $75k + vehicle. As these cars spend lots of time in the service department, the indifferent sales and management was an ominous portent of the service department. I genuinely wanted a Jaguar, but somehow these individuals extinguished a strong passion to purchase another. I ended up with my second choice (a Cadillac), and despite the negative press regarding General Motors, these are vehicles I have trusted for a long time and I have to thank Jaguar Webster for, inadvertently, selling me a new CTS-V Sport. Its as attractive as many American cars were over three decades ago and the performance is, as the Germans might say, "Ausgetzeitnet!" Glad to be able to happily support US industry and jobs. To Jaguar Land-Rover Webster: I don't know if the XFR is better, but then again, you won't be able to ever to educate me on that will you?
