HE DOES NOT TELL MetroPCS he charged you and these 'mandatory charges' are not reported by him to Metro PCS. He is pocketing the money. He also tells MetroPCs he's at a different address than where he actually is. After 8 years of being a customer, this one interaction ended it. I am already on a different carrier and this happened yesterday. I learned about Esim cards just to get off this network as fast I could. Now I'm saving $400 a year!!

We started talking about my current and plan. Then they showed me another phone on Virgin Mobile and explained their rate plans. My initial reason for entering the store was to spend maybe $20 or so but I left spending $260. And you know what? I don't regret it! Because they've managed to cut my phone bill from $150 a month to $60 and I get everything I had before on a carrier without a contract. I know these guys are sales people but I do appreciate that they could just talk to me like a regular person and not come across like a car salesman. I continue going back to pay my bill there and check on the latest phones. Visit this store and Joel and Terry will take care of you.

Recently I had issues resulting in no functions working & I reached out to the company only to be extremely disappointed in the unbelievably rude customer service. I reached out to another company who was more than happy to talk me through troubleshooting and then they saw the hot mess below (photos attached). This is how the system was set up & left by PSS, a hot tangled mess of cables that it is impossible to follow from end to end.

Ramon the man at the restaurant told me he would look out for it because it might be with one of the guys in the apartments. He gave me his number and told me he would call me. I left messages and he never responded. I went back to the restaurant days later and Ramon was not around. The man behind the counter handed me a business card for Ramon - and to my sock - this is his listed business. He knew about my phone when I was standing in front of him due to find my iphone. This place is dealing with stolen phones - so be aware - and the police cannot do anything about it.

But T-Mobile refused to honor the rebate because we didn't buy the phone from one of their stores. We've since asked Wireless Land to make good on the rebate, but they haven't responded to our request. (It's been a month). 4) T-Mobile also won't honor the warranty on my crappy/broken Motorola phone for the same reason. The benefit of using a small independent wireless shop like this is that they are more knowledgeable and can give independent advice. (E.g. which phone to buy, which provider, which plan, unlock phones, etc.) These guys don't deliver on any of those counts. Therefore, if you know you're looking for a T-Mobile phone/package, I'd suggest you go directly to a T-Mobile store. If you want a small independent shop, I'd suggest you go to Mobile Fix at 12th and Irving. I've not been there, but their Yelp reviews are stellar.
