The gentleman at Marine worked with me in placing my order, I told him what I wanted, how many ppl were at the table and asked for his recommendation of how many I should purchase. I chose the casket spread I wanted and had him change the colors for the flowers. I would 100% reccomend Marine Florists! I lost someone very close to me during this pandemic. He was an AVID Jets fan and I didn't want to get the usually Sympathy flower arrangement for him. Had a really good experience with Marine Florists. I called to place an order saying I had a flat amount of money to spend and the guy was extremely helpful, courteous and pleasant to speak to. He understood what I was asking for without question and didn't try to get me to spend more. He even waived the delivery fee for me and offered same day delivery. When I told the that to the guy who answered the phone, Vasili, he said he would make them extra special. He did. There's a set of "versions" of the bouquet I picked to order "good", "better", and "best". I ordered "better" and Vasili told me he would make it look more like the "best" option. I saw them and he absolutely did. I was vexing over the note after my order. I called back a day later (2 days before it was set to arrive) and they let me change it, no questions asked. Horrible customer service. I went here to order flowers for my wedding and I wanted to speak to someone so they suggested I make an appointment. Fine. I made an appointment a week later and I still got no help. The same guy that suggested for me to make an appointment was no help again. He left me with these old photo albums to look at photos and was too busy to speak with me about my choices and flowers. After waited for over an hour with no helped I walked out and I'm sure he didn't even notice. Will never go here again for flowers. Customer service is horrible. They act like their so busy. With all those workers seems like only one person runs everything in the store. Very disappointed!! read more

My dad spent $100 to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to me for Valentine's Day. They were supposed to be a surprise. My day gave them the code to my front door that lead to a secure foyer for them to leave the flowers in between noon and 5pm. They said they would be able to do this. They did NOT do what my dad asked. Instead of leaving them as a surprise, they called me and told me they were on the way with a bouquet of flowers. And it wasn't between noon and 5pm. It was at 9:00 in the morning. This was a disappointment to both myself and my dad. But what was even worse was that the FLOWERS DIED THREE DAYS LATER! Not what my dad had hoped for $100. He called and they were apologetic, saying they would deliver another bouquet the following day. My dad reiterated the deliver instructions of using the door code and coming after noon. They again did NOT do what he had asked. They did the same exact thing as the last time. And this bouquet DIED IN TWO DAYS!! I had to throw them out because they smelled so unbelievably bad! So between both bouquets of flowers I didn't even get a week of enjoyment. My dad called the shop again to just get his money back and they refused. My dad sends me flowers every years for the past 16 years and I've never had any die as fast as these. I'm so disappointed and will never recommend this place. read more
