The sauce just made me want to keep going back for more! Service was friendly and fun! Made great recommendations and checked in often! Ambiance was quiet on a Monday night late but I can imagine that the weekends they are packed! Lots of seating and a quaint little spot! Great music but still allowed for conversation. The only challenge was parking! It's a super small parking lot (like maybe 6 spots) so be ready to park on the street and walk.

The sauce is almost drinkable, but also don't... it's so much garlic you may end up pissing your stomach off. Shrimp seems to always be overcooked so I never get those anymore. They're mushy, so real overcooked. Service is hit it miss. Sometimes I've gotten a server who may not understand the best English and is sorta short with us. I can understand that, but also it's not enjoyable. The place is usually a mess... But I say that because it's usually super busy as well so I'm not complaining about that because they clean up. It's just a constant flow of people. They also increase their prices quite a bit and the price of snow crab has went down. So unless the prices go back down to a reasonable amount, I probably won't go back, but I'd still advise for you to try it out.

You can actually enter through the next door Stockyards Hotel lobby; just walk into the lobby and go to the left, walk towards the back and enter through the double doors. I really enjoyed my lunch sitting on a tooled leather stool at the bar by myself, and they even have real saddles if you want to sit on one of those. The server/bartender was so nice and she was very patient with me as it was my first time ordering here. I had the ribs plate which was fantastic with a corn cob and french fries. They feature a local craft beer called "Buffalo Butt Beer" which is why behind the bar there's a giant stuffed rear end of a buffalo. The server explained this to me. I think it must get crowded in here, but I didn't have a problem getting a spot to eat at the bar on a busy Sunday right after the rodeo. But you probably should make a reservation if you want a table. Don't miss the special metal sink near the restrooms at the back that is just for washing your hands after eating ribs! I highly recommend this place as the Stockyards Hotel itself where the restaurant and bar is located is a historic building and is actually the hotel where the outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow stayed in 1934. And as it looks like this saloon has been around for around 100 years, maybe Bonnie and Clyde had a drink at this bar as well.

I have no problem having fun behind the bar and even trying to get as big of a tip as I can. When we were there our bartender was working really hard to get these business men to tip her and her fellow bartender really big. Being in the business I listened. She suggested to them that they tip her 100%, I believe their bill was $435. I saw they laid out $100 cash for the tip. In my world a pretty decent tip. The bartender went on and on that they should give her a bigger tip. She reduced her demands to $200 for herself and $100 for the other bartender. I believe she ended up with $100 cash. Like I said I don't mind a little bit of fun, however after 30 plus minutes it just became obnoxious. I don't want to feel like I'm in a strip club with girls trying to hustle tips!

Our group attended for a company dinner and we enjoyed our array of delicious dishes as well as cocktails. Eddie V's is a fine dining experience with business casual dress code required. The interior is polished and elegant with a private room bookable for groups. Now to the food! Appetizers were incredible and I wouldn't mind them being the main course either, especially the calamari. Crispy, fried to perfection with stir fried veggies filled with so much flavor. For the main course, I had the Chilean sea bass. The quality of the seafood here does not disappoint. While Hong Kong styled, it does stray from the original dish stylistically. The traditional element of thinly sliced scallions doused with hot oil as a finishing touch to extract the essence wasn't there but replaced with a bed of micro greens. A little less flavor than expected but delicious nonetheless. Dessert was decadent with the dark chocolate notes mingling well with the fresh berries and ice cream. What stood out even more was the PROFESSIONAL staff. Hands down they were some of the best I've ever encountered in any restaurant experience. They were so attentive to all of us, got all of our orders down without any hiccups, and expertly maneuvered in and out during the company presentation which is definitely a challenge no doubt! Well done Eddie V's!

The manger's at this restaurant are awful. The food was eatable. We arrived and were slowly seated. Once at our table "Gage" the amazing waiter immediately introduced himself. We placed our order, two orders of wagyu dumplings, I had the two lobster tails, my wife had steak and lobster and my son had salmon. We also ordered two adult cocktails. My wife had a couple of sips of her wine, when she looked down and noticed a fly moving in her glass of wine. She was not sure if she put her mouth on it, or drank another one that could have been in it. I immediately told the closest person who worked there and she said they would get a manager to come over. No manager ever came to our table. They replaced the wine. The manger's checked in the tables beside us but never once said we are sorry. On top of this, which wasn't a small mistake, the bread came out 30 mins after we sat down, my wife's steak was overcooked, my lobster tails were not 7 ounces and my sons salmon was overcooked! They got one extra star on this review for Gage but we will not be returning. Almost 500'dollars for food we could have eaten at some cheap place like Outback but at least there the managers would say something.

It was a little slow, but it seemed like a busy night, so it was understandable. We ordered the combo bag, which was reasonably priced and tasted delicious. Everything was flavorful, and I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. A couple of things to note: the music is on the louder side, and the parking lot is shared with other businesses. That said, there was still plenty of parking available. I also noticed a steady stream of people picking up to-go orders, which says a lot about how popular this place is in the neighborhood

I know it's busier and Friday night but geez, the table we sat at or the chairs we sat on were dirty like covered in some kind of sauce. It got on my jacket and my girlfriend's clothes, no sincere apology they just switched a chair but didn't look like they cleaned it. Had to wait until the end of dinner for part of our order even if we politely asked 3 different workers if we're going to get the rest of our food. This is after 3 other tables got all of their food before we did and were seated after us. Guess if we ever come back here we need to be early or just lunch time. Also, don't get the hibachi beef, it's mostly stir fried vegetables on top of rice with some tossed salad on half the plate. Doesn't taste that good either, but the fried calamari was delicious and served with fries. The gumbo soup was ok but I think I'll just stick with the seafood boil or fried appetizers. They do open up the back dining area when it's busy.

It was a beautiful day to sit back, relax, and enjoy everything Clearfork has to offer. We ordered the seafood platter, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by both the wine sauce and hot sauce. And yes, I ordered the French fries too--simply because I was craving them--and they definitely hit the spot! The Bloody Marys were outstanding and paired perfectly with the meal. Between the great food, excellent service, and beautiful atmosphere, it was another fantastic visit. We always enjoy our time at Plank Provisions and can't wait to return for another relaxing weekend meal.

Unfortunately, after we left, my daughter realized she had accidentally left her birthday card on the table. The card contained $300 in birthday cash. We returned about an hour later, hoping it had been turned in. What was most disappointing was not only that the card was missing, but also the way we were treated when we returned. The manager was dismissive and referred to the card as being "of no value," which felt unhelpful and lacking in compassion. My daughter was left to look through the restaurant's trash herself, and no employee offered assistance. I understand that forgetting the card was ultimately my daughter's mistake, and we accept responsibility for that. However, kindness, empathy, and customer service cost nothing. Based on the circumstances, no other guests had been seated at our table before the restaurant closed for lunch, so it is very upsetting that the card was never found or turned in. We left feeling far more disappointed by the lack of care and respect than by the loss of the money itself. I hope Waters Restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reminds its staff that how they treat people during difficult moments matters. We also spoke to the police because of the circumstances and filed a report. Unfortunately, there are no cameras at this location.
