    Birria Nachos

I saw Papi was advertising Birria Nachos. That sounded delicious so, I made arrangements to eat here. It was worth it! The Nachos were enormous. The Tortilla Chips were freshly made. I think that's why it took 30 minutes? My Nachos included White Queso, Birria, Cilantro, Onions, shredded Cheese and Guacamole. They also included a side of consomme sauce. I would definitely recommend Papis Tacos. The Nachos were fresh and loaded with toppings. They are on the pricey but, they serve a lot of people. So get to Papi's soon!

I've been going to this place for a while now and when I am craving Birria Ramen this is my go to. The customer service is great and always welcoming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The facility stays clean and organized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The best spot for Birria Ramen and I enjoy the kids meal for my kids.

First time customer. The carne asada quesadilla was okay. A bit greasy but overall good. The birria taco was amazing. Definitely get a lot of food for what you pay.

Nope!! Fell for the instagram ads and I will say customer service is trash! Food was trash and [[HIGHLIGHT]]location is trash!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That's the service you get when you have a bunch of kids running a shop that have no idea how to run it. The food was lackluster and the sad part is the green salsa and rice was the only thing edible the rest was just a waste of money and I have no interest in ever coming back to this crapshoot.

Ordered the birria quesadillas to-go one Friday evening. The order was ready to pickup on time and packaged well. The quesadilla itself, was just ok. The consume definitely helped bring some flavor to it. My sister ordered the tacos, but wasn't impressed. They have an expansive menu, so I'm sure there are probably other items that would be better.

Omg where have I been? Why haven't I knew about this place before? So I was in a mood for a greasy messy burrito, I googled and I yelped and thought it's pretty close by so let me go check it out! This little place have picnic tables outside, which is super nice, the ambiance inside is cute cozy and clean! So beside the Supreme burrito with steak I was craving, which was supper yummy and the Tortilla whatever that was was super yummy and definatlly amazing, however something else caught my eye which was the Birria Roman? UMMM let me just say hats off that was super AMAZING!!!!! so fillfiling not greasy at all, amazing flavors, the meat melts in your mouth I would just go for that period!!!! The service and all the recommendations were on point, they do sell beers so perfect! I totally recommend this place and I'll definatly be back!

Good birria tacos. The consommé is great. Could use a little more onion and cilantro served with them. Very good hot sauces. Casual counter service with a drive thru.

This place was fantastic. I had the Papi burrito adding French fries in it. It was very worth the drive here. My friend had the barria ramen which he really enjoyed. We shared the loaded fries which I would order again but would ask for queso instead of shredded cheese. Followed it all up with churros which were good but I really wish we had gotten the Bavarian cream filled ones we order instead of the Carmel.

I really don't understand the hype around this place. The torta I ordered was honestly nasty - it had way more lettuce than actual meat, and the flavor was just disappointing. On top of that, they only had one ketchup bottle for the whole spot, which felt super inconvenient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tables weren't clean, and the whole experience just felt careless.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For the prices they charge, I expected way better. Definitely not worth the hype it's getting on social media. The birria balls looked good but they were not it

What is not to love? As we're celebrating our 55th anniversary this month we were presented with a lovely, complementary sparkly rose. As today is Cinco de Mayo a Margarita was in order and the house pour was lovely. We shared a bottle of California Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the Ceviche Tatemado followed by the Tacos de Barbacoa which is the Tuesday lunch special. Both the ceviche and barbacoa tacos were just so enjoyable. The striped bass and octopus ceviche here is a unique preparation that sings in the tangy lime and Serrano vinaigrette in which it is prepared. The barbacoa is so flavorful and tender; and the thin, house made flour tortilla is fried crispy on the flat top before being filled. So good.

Servers provided a great experience aside from a bunch of flies (ate outside on the patio and were waving at flys most of the night). Three stars for the prices. We are an entirely vegetarian meal with no alcohol and paid $400 for a party of six...and we were sharing (yes, you read that correctly). $13 for a side of Mexican rice. $18 for essentially a side mashed potatoes. $16 for grilled vegetables. And the portions were SMALL. We were sharing across four adults and three kids and everyone only ended up getting a tiny amount. It was really difficult believing we were receiving any real value...it felt like the Don and figured out how to have unsuspecting guests pay double! It to say this isn't a legit high-end Mexican restaurant, it is. But I would more realistically describe it as a high-end steak house with wrap-around Mexican dishes (which explains why the side prices were so extreme). Kids quesadillas with steak were $17 a piece with no sides other than potato chips (a little odd given the context). Anyway, I'll end it where I began...food was good, servers were great...but just not worth the price. If the bill had been half or the portions were larger, it would have felt like we were actually getting value for our money.

Very chic and trendy great place for photo ops catching up with a friend or having a date night. I had the sirloin fajitas for lunch. We tried the corn and flour tortillas. I ordered take out and sat at the bar while I waited for my entree.Ordered two drinks while I waited, got the one at the top of the menu and a skinny margarita and they tasted exactly the same ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ they got the job done and were fine. Food: I got the enchiladas three ways with steak. You can take the regular three sauces or choose just one if you'd like. Green sauce is the best, white sauce is pretty good, and the red mole is fine but I wish I would have swapped it out with the spicy almost (orange) sauce that comes with the seafood enchiladas. That sauce looks so good! My partner did not like the red sauce at all, again I thought it was fine just not amazing like the other two. Beans and rice are good, nothing special. Nothing wrong with the chips and salsa just run of the mill. Other thoughts: I wish I had just ate my food at the bar instead of ordering take out. Bar seats are comfortable, views of a tv for anyone sitting at the bar, and it's just a nice comfortable atmosphere in there. The hostess and bar tenders I interacted with provided great service.

They're your typical trendy taco place, with their own selection of merchandise and crazy/cheesy jokes strewn about on t-shirts and signage. They have an ample bar space, but it looked like only one patron was interested in that; the rest of us were there to eat. You order your food at the counter and get a buzzer to come back and pick it up. The staff is friendly enough, but you don't really interact with them much since it's all pretty much self service after you go to the counter. The drink station has cane sugar based sodas; it's a bit heavy on the foam, but otherwise good. We opted for the birria pizza, a couple of cups of pozole, and a side of elote. Everything was solid. The elote was good, not great, but the pozole really hit the spot given how cold it was outside. The birria pizza is what blew me away, though. This was easily one of the most unique, but tasty, things I've ever had. It's not really a pizza, more like a topped quesadilla, but they did a great job of it. I'd not only come back here next time I'm in Fort Worth, I'd be interested in opening a location in Houston if I had the money to franchise it.
