Came here after seeing posts on Facebook and Instagram. The place is huge . The menu is large and has so many good options it was hard to decide. We had a little variety with fish tacos, botanas with ceviche mix and a fajitas platter. The portions are big and not too expensive . Would love to come here for a party or celebration as they have family style sizes too.

We drove in from out of town specifically to come here. They had a live band playing. Music was great. It was loud so we couldn't really talk at the table but didn't need to since we were all busy stuffing our faces with the food! We ordered a molcajete, ceviche with cooked shrimp, aguachile, shrimp tacos and camarones para pelar. The cantaritos were good too. Not too strong and really good flavor. It was worth the trip for sure. Service was great also from host to server.

Top-notch Mexican seafood dishes with sushi (tuna sashimi), great beverages like horchata and Jamaica, and often times live mariachi music. Amazing interior dining atmosphere with a lot of style and cool murals. TVs also broadcast games and shows. Service is also exceptional and the servers are extremely attentive. Very highly recommended- check it out!

We paid all together because I don't like giving our server a hard time. We all simply split it all in equal parts after.

We came as a party of 12. A 15% tip was included when the bill came. I just want to say that we came at 5PM and left at 10 pm. The ambiance was awesome! Live music playing, talented trio playing Mexican regional music live was great. The food was really good, nobody had complaints on the food. It was such a great experience to the point that other tables were buying our table drinks and all the sudden drinks and shots were being bought for each other and for those singing on stage. I had "aguachiles divorciados" which is a specialty shrimp that comes with raw scallops bathed in fresh squeezed lime juice and habanero pepper seasoning. It was somewhat a spicy dish. I also tried the "camarones enchipotlados" which are chipotle shrimp. They were better than I expected. I do strongly recommend the shrimp tacos. They were so good, they are about $5 a piece but they are quite big and come with cheese so it's somewhat of a cheese and shrimp quesadilla. Very friendly service, relatively quick. It was a full house today. The reason we were here for so long was the live music, people are allowed to stand up and dance to it too. We purchased a couple of 5 liter pitchers of a tequila mixed drink that the table shares. So we stayed quiet a while having drinks and fun, dancing and listening to good Mexican live music. Four stars because service was accurate but not the fastest. Server was very friendly but did not seem to come offer enough to check on you or take away plates or glassware that were no longer needed. I don't know why the bill says 7 guests. It was 10 adults and two kids but it reads 7.

Came in on a Saturday around 4 to celebrate my dad's birthday. Service was great with several wait staff checking on us often. They were busy but still very attentive. We ordered several dishes and all tried a little of everything. All dishes were delicious. We will definitely be back.

Food is good but br prepared it is pricey. Out server could have been better and the go ahead and add 15% tip to your total.

The calamari is fantastic! And the sushi was very good.

They explained the menu to us since it was our first time there. We went with the pre-fixie to try everything on the menu since they change their menu every 6 weeks. From start to finish. Each dish was absolutely immaculate. They carefully thought out every dish that they developed. The oysters, both fresh and baked were delicious. I was absolutely impressed with their appetizers. They had a pickled green tomato that went with the carpaccio. I need the recipe because I was absolutely blown away. This is an amazing restuarant and you can tell they truly care about what they bring out to their customers. I hope to visit again!!

The food scene comparatively means the TX is better OK by a landslide. Why? The immigrants, duh! They put their soul and soles into their cooking and this place was a nice change of pace from what I normally get. But here's the low down. You cannot do two specials at once, why? Because... they're specials. You're not meant to combine them with other things. So get over that. Our server Ryan was awesome and patient with us and explained what we wanted to know so here it is! Ayce special is basically $48 per person. They say one but they also do let you know about their automatic gratuity that is included. The entire table has to do it because dishonest people have taken that mile by ordering one thing and then their friends get the ayce and give their friends more food... so we reap what they sowed. It sucks but get over it. It's 1.5 pounds per round of seafood. So order what you want and do not waste, if you do it's $15 per pound of waste that they charge extra just in case. We took the special blend, medium spice, and had plenty of crab legs, mussels, shrimp head on and off, and sides. Eggs aren't included but they're $2.50 for 2. It comes with 2 potatoes and 1 corn per order but you can order more. We had a great time, though the only thing I could say that the food needs a tad more seasoning. Like a little acid and a little more umami. Maybe more garlic but it was an 8/10 for me. Would we come again and feel sick to our stomach? Yes. Would we bring my family? Also yes.

We just happened to be in the area a few weeks ago and I was craving some of their delicious catfish and greens. We stopped in, thinking we'd have to order off the menu since they got rid of the buffet post-covid, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were told that the buffet is back. The best part about the buffet is the fact that you can sample several things without committing to ordering an entire dish of it. That said, I tend to stick to my favorites. Their collard greens are fantastic. I also like the scalloped potatoes, red beans and rice, and the fried chicken. The catfish tenders are the absolute best and they are brought to your table as a complimentary item to have along with your meal. Trust me when I tell you that this is the best catfish ever. And they give you a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce to boot. Yes, honey mustard. Trust me, it works! I wish we could get over here more often, especially now that the buffet is back in action. My only complaint is that several of the dishes were empty when we arrived and they didn't get filled before we left. I got a smidgen of greens and was told that they'd be bringing out more, but that didn't happen before we had to leave, unfortunately. The staff are so kind and genuinely happy to have your business. The restaurant is very festive in New Orleans/Mardi Gras style. You have to check this place out. Your taste buds will thank you!

It arrived as this dramatic, beautifully constructed tower of mixed seafood topped with avocado and a whole shrimp--definitely a dish that makes an entrance. The seafood seemed fresh, but I discovered that this particular style of mixed mariscos just isn't for me. Some of the seafood had a gray, translucent appearance and texture that I personally didn't enjoy. That may simply be characteristic of the preparation rather than any problem with the dish. I only tried this one item, so I don't think it would be fair to judge the kitchen more broadly based on my personal preference. What I can comment on much more definitively is the noise. It was extraordinarily loud. I eventually pulled out my phone and measured the sound level because I genuinely wanted to know whether it was as loud as it felt. I recorded levels exceeding 100 dB, with peaks around 103 dB. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Unfortunately, I could barely hear them. I enjoy energetic restaurants and certainly don't expect dinner to take place in a library. But there's a point where "lively atmosphere" becomes something prospective customers deserve to know about before deciding where to spend an evening. This crossed that line for me. If a very high-energy, extremely loud environment is your thing, you may have a completely different experience. If you're hoping to have a conversation over dinner without shouting across the table, I'd choose accordingly. Friendly staff, impressively presented food, and a seafood dish that simply wasn't my jam. But the volume overwhelmed everything else about the experience--and at 103 dB, that's not background music. That's the main course.
