I used to LOVE this place, but this is getting ridiculous. The exact same order is $35.98 on your website and $60 on DoorDash. I understand paying extra for convenience, but a 67% increase is wild. I've watched the prices go up multiple times over the past couple of years, and now customers are expected to absorb all the extra costs too. At some point, people are just going to stop ordering. And while we're at it... the spice levels need to be recalibrated . Medium is the SECOND spice level and it tastes like straight fire. I know I'm white, but I was raised around Mexicans and that thing is hotter than salsa verde made by somebody's abuela. Family of Six went for dinner last night so immediately seating upon arrival. The dining area was hot like the AC might've been broken. They had a big fan going. It was warm if it was any hotter outside it would've been uncomfortable and I would've got up and left you eating seafood and then you're sweating in the hall no Bueno. We had the seafood boil. Basically you start out with. They had a Wednesday special which was a pound of shrimp and a half pound of snow crab we add a half a pound of snow crab and we added two eggs. They brought that bag to about 53 $57 I believe yeah so a family of 4 boils and the Kids plate came to $300. FYI we had the calamari appetizer which was so good crispy and then some little squids with bodies was up in there as well. We did the crab Rangoon's order of 12 those were so delicious crispy made fresh. I love the little sweet spicy sauce dividend Yum chef's kiss crab Rangoon's are my guilty pleasure. I could've ate every single one of those. They also have different options besides the seafood boil which we went there for the crab legs. They have fried shrimp fried fish, fried chicken nuggies you know those options as well as oysters really beautiful layout. in there is a full bar where you can sit there and have cocktails drink Ladies Night today night really cool Asian decor inside. Yeah the food came out. Appetizers came out quickly once we got the order going then we got our boils, but my boil came out and she walked out the owner. I believe she was Asian. She was like your bag has extra claw in there and I was like huh and so my daughter was missing a claw basically a half pound and she was like can you open the bag? I was like what like she wanted to reach in the bag and pull the claw and put it on my daughter's bag and I'm like oh my God what anyways they messed up and they actually gave me an extra claw on my daughter was shorter the claw and you know I'm already in my bag digging yes starting to eat and she literally brought the bag out was like can you just give her claw out your bag I did but no ma'am excuse me you need to replenish that claw that is you guys mistake I've already started cracking claws eating on this and then you want me to hand her something out of my bag. I'm already digging in mind you I had one hand with the glove and one hand without a glove yeah my daughter, but if it was anybody else like I don't want their germs and they don't want mine that was a little bit of gross but you're that hard up for one claw nasty nasty. I hate to see the kitchen like for real if you actually dropped the claw on the floor. They're picking that shit right back up. I know you're eating what's inside of it but it's still just a thought of it. Just a thought of it anyways Parking is fine. I had high hopes for Royal Crab and wanted so badly to give this place five stars, but unfortunately, it fell short, and I can only give it three. Two friends and I decided to try it out for a girls' night out, and while nothing was terrible, nothing stood out as great either. Everything--from the food to the service--was just okay, leaving us wanting more. One of the most frustrating parts was that they got our order wrong. When we ordered to-go items, we didn't receive what we had actually requested but were still charged for it. That left a bad impression, especially since the service wasn't particularly attentive or apologetic. I will say that I'm willing to give Royal Crab another chance, as I'm hoping it was just an off night. Here's to hoping for better service and a more memorable dining experience next time! read more

My husband, son, and I ate here not long ago. Son and I ordered fried baskets and husband ordered a boil. Son and I got our food and husband got his food about 40 minutes after us. Our daughter has been asking for a crab boil meal for over a year now, so we finally took her for her birthday. Under the daily specials, we ordered the Friday special, which was the largest and most expensive option, but worth every penny. Be sure you get the Cajun butter garlic sauced added to your meals. That seasoning was amazing. It seemed as though they were short staffed when we went on a Tuesday night, but our waiter was great. He checked on us often, brought us whatever we needed, and gave our daughter a slice of cheesecake for her birthday. This is definitely a place we will visit again. It was in season, so we called and asked if they had live fresh crawfish and they said they were $16.99 a pound for the live. We ordered 3 pounds to go, but when we got home they did not look/taste fresh. Instead of pink, the meat was dark and brown. We called them again and they asked if we asked for live, which we replied we paid $16.99 a pound for the live. They said they were sorry they didn't taste live and that was it. Hmm... The fried catfish was super fresh and absolutely delicious, and the order for crab boil that we got tasted amazing.
