But the shell is the star! I could tell it was made in house and was not at all greasy, just light and crunchy, perfect for dipping into the beans and cheese. I noticed the burritos are served "wet," with sauce and cheese, but Hubs is a simple guy, just likes beef and cheese wrapped in a tortilla and done. Nothing more. No beans. No rice. Meat and cheese. I saw his burrito was wrapped in foil, so I knew they hadn't made it "wet" - yay! Unfortunately, the pico de gallo was left in. He really doesn't care for onions or cilantro, but when I asked him about it he said it was fine. About 12 minutes later that shredded beef and cheese lil burro had vanished. When I asked him how it was, he declared it 'Yummy!' He said the pico de gallo was a small amount, but it did make him sneeze and cleared his sinuses, soooo.....LOL They included a small, perfect amount, of chips and offered pico de gallo with those, but I declined the side.
