Our family of 4 usually orders the family meal with 2 lbs of shrimp, 1 lb of mussels, Cajun fries, and the spicy Boss sauce -- always so good! However, over the last year or so with the new ownership, I've noticed they've been giving less sauce, and now I usually have to buy an extra side with my order. There was also an employee who told me he wouldn't serve me unless I took my water bottle back to the car, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. My family and I truly enjoy coming here, so I hope they continue the great quality and customer service we used to receive with the previous owners. The restaurant called back saying they spoke with the owner and they were going to be able to process my payment over the phone. Ugh it was too late, I had already placed the order with another restaurant. I hope the owner sees this and comes up with a different strategy to be able to process big ordered over the phone.
