Came here from the recommendation of a local fisherman. I asked him for the best and most fresh seafood restaurant and I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely attentive and very passionate about their food. I had the "Paseo del centenario" and "el Fitch" It was the best seafood I ever had! I just wish I had more room in my stomach for more! This is truly a local gem! This will definitely be my go to spot for the next time I am in Cabo.

This is a must if you love fresh seafood and friendly fast service. Francisco and his staff are top notch. I always enjoy a restaurant that is proud of everything they serve, even better when it's as good as they claim. This is a casual setting but very clean and comfortable. Go see for yourself. I had the shrimp, some clam pieces and Francisco brought us some octopus to try. Excelent!

Came here because it was close to our hotel and was deeply surprised by the meals we've had. We ordered a ceviche and a camarones plate, each for 200 pesos. The other plates ranged around the 160s. The service was spectacular and everyone was very friendly in helping us order. They only have a Spanish menu but everything on it sounded pretty good. Drinks were about 20 pesos for a coke and 25 for a Pacifico. They also have michelada which was 50 pesos and it can be a drink for two.

This seafood restaurant was highly recommended by our Airbnb hostess and it did not disappoint. Outside there is a ceviche bar with tall stools if you want a quick bite. Inside, the restaurant is divided into two sections: one indoor and one covered outdoor area. The service was exceptional. The waitstaff was professional and the food was excellent. Try the "Fitch," which is a house specialty. A rich ceviche with tuna, avocado, onions, and spices, it was very spicy but soooo good. If you can't stomach ceviche, there are cooked options. I asked for an off-menu combination plate of coconut shrimp and garlic shrimp. The shrimp were large and perfectly cooked with lots of fried garlic. The coconut shrimp (no garlic) came with a delicious mango dipping sauce. They also included a small amount of rice, steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, chayote, and carrot), and a choice of bread (SO soft and good) or tortillas. My husband said their michelada was splendid - same with their red and green salsas. I had a limonada with mineral water. Both drinks came in huge, heavy margarita glasses. We stuffed ourselves. Best of all, the price was ridiculously low for the quality of food and service. We paid $485 pesos (a little over 20.00) for some of the best ceviche we've had outside of the Galápagos Islands. No, scratch that. Best of all: all locals, no drunk pinches gringos pendejos!

The seafood was incredibly fresh--easily some of the best we've had. Every bite tasted like it came straight from the ocean that day. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly made and refreshing, pairing so well with the food. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you're on the fence like we were, take the recommendation and go--you won't regret it!

Beautiful atmosphere with lights, plenty of tables, and clean bathrooms. The seafood is so fresh! We ordered the crab meat tostada, aguichiles, ceviche, grilled octopus dinner, garlic shrimp dinner, and fresh grilled fish (Acapulco style) for 2. The dinner plates cakes with a side of rice and steamed mixed vegetables. Everything was so fresh, delicious, tender, and so flavorful. As a group, we couldn't come to a consensus on what each of our favorite dish was. We each had our own favorite. Crab meat was sweet, garlic shrimp was buttery, grilled octopus was so tender, aguichiles was so citrusy... I can go on and on. Ask for fresh tortillas. Also don't skip their margarita. Strong, citrusy, and generous serving. They accept USD or pesos. Also strolling musicians will come by your table asking to play a song. Some will tell you the price up front others will expect a tip at the end.

The restaurant was packed with locals when we went -- always a great sign. Cash only, so come prepared. What We Ordered Chocolate Clams (Cooked) You can choose raw or cooked -- I went with cooked and it was delicious. Very fresh, no fishy smell at all. One thing to note: every seafood dish comes topped with garlic. I'm not a fan of garlic and didn't know ahead of time, so I rinsed it off with hot water -- still amazing. Calamari Fresh, tender, and very well cooked. Seafood Special Combination Fish and squid were excellent. Lobster and shrimp were okay, nothing too special compared to the others. Price & Value The prices here are unbelievably cheap. * 6 chocolate clams = 285 pesos * Waldorf restaurant: 2 clams for $48 USD * Another place we tried: 2 clams for 340 pesos After eating around Cabo, this place clearly stood out for both quality and price. We couldn't even finish everything and packed leftovers back to the hotel. Total bill for all dishes: around $100 USD -- incredible. Overall Huge portions, super fresh seafood, local vibes, and unbeatable value. If you're anywhere near Cabo San Lucas, this spot is a must-visit.

The moment I took my first bite, I knew this would be a regular stop if we're ever back in the area. The meat was tender, incredibly flavorful, and tasted fresh off the grill. Everything paired perfectly with the salsas and an ice-cold beer. The treat here were the many flavors of Aqua Fresca and Horchatta. The horchata was the best one we had, very cinnamony. I had a pastor taco and a small steak quesadilla. There is some special cheese they use in mexican quesadillas that really turn me on. It's melty and chewier. But the pastor here was also excellent. We did have a very grumpy server. I think he was just covering for the regular gal while she was on break, but man, he was not happy about it.

From the street it looks like a little hole-in-the-wall, the kind of spot you might almost miss if you're busy chasing fancy marina restaurants. But step inside and suddenly you're in on the secret. Open air, flags hanging everywhere, signatures on the walls from travelers who clearly had a very good night, and the kind of energy that says dinner might get a little rowdy. Now let's talk shrimp. Big, juicy, swimming in garlic, lime, butter, and Baja attitude. The kind of seafood that makes you stop mid-bite and look at your table like, "Yep... we picked the right place." If you love seafood with a Mexican twist, this place doesn't mess around. And then there's the legendary Bulldog drink. It's tequila, beer, citrus, and just enough mischief to make the table louder after the first round. Order one and you'll understand why people start signing their names on the walls like they just joined a Cabo fraternity. Bottom line: this isn't just dinner. It's a little Cabo adventure wrapped in garlic shrimp and cold drinks. If you want quiet elegance, go somewhere else. But if you want flavor, personality, and a story to tell later... pull up a chair. Killer line: Some restaurants serve food Maro's serves memories with a side of shrimp.
