Unfortunately this was a complete waste of time, our consultant showed up 40 minutes late and at that point we had already tried the few dresses we picked. The owner attempted to work with all of the brides in the showroom at once and it made for an extremely uncomfortable and stressful experience. We traveled from the east coast to help my sister find her dress this weekend and the time we sacrificed going to this location cost us an opportunity at another boutique. We had an appointment scheduled for a bridal dress fitting today and arrived on time, only to be told we had been double booked and that they could not accommodate us at all. This was extremely disappointing, since we had taken time off work and had family travel in from out of town specifically for this appointment. My experience at Ivory Row Bridal was amazing! They were able to fit me in to try on dresses almost immediately. I went with my mom and 3 of my friends to look for dresses and had someone extremely helpful and kind helping me every step of the way. Since I was getting married fairly quickly I needed to choose a dress 'off the rack' and they had soooo many options compared to other bridal stores that I went to. I really appreciated that. I found 2 dresses that I fell in love with for amazing prices. I would highly recommend that brides check this place out. When I went back to try and buy again I brought my mom and grandmother with me and we had yet another good experience. My dress was done on time and they altered it wonderfully. The only minor complaint that I had was that the alterations cost almost as much as the dress which was a little frustrating. If I had more time and had to do it again I'd suggest getting a couple of quotes from other alteration places along with the bridal shop. read more

Horrified by my experience here. I flew in for what should have been a beautiful and exciting final fitting appointment. We were hardly greeted when I entered the shop. I was left waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time before I was acknowledged to try on my dress, even after having announced I was there for my final fitting. The worst part is that this experience and memory of picking up my wedding dress was tarnished by choosing to go to Ivory Row. The owner was standing at the front desk fully aware I was there and chose to ignore us. She's later apologize after I let the shop know I was waiting for over half an hour to pick up my dress & veil. I thought this interaction and nearly hour long waiting experience would be the only negative part of what should be a very happy day, but then I tried on the dress post-alterations. Following my last fitting, these extremely offputting hooks were added to my dress without my knowledge, any warning or asking me if it was ok. They are right on the train and very visible. Even more, the bustle is so unusual and weighs down an already poorly fitting final dress so I am left with a very wide mermaid style dress that looks nothing like it should. I paid $600 for these alterations to tighten the dress and add a bustle and came back to the photos below. The dress looks saggy from the strange hooks added, no longer lays naturally and these hooks are completely visible. I wanted to discuss with the owner but she was not very approachable and MIA during my try on. Due to the fact I was left waiting nearly an hour to try on my dress and take it home after paying in full, it felt like I was no longer a priority after they had my money. They also forgot my veil during the fitting and I almost left without it because they forgot they had it. I was also now running late for my flight back home and my wedding is in 3 weeks so I will be spending an additional $700 to undo the mess of this shop in California. I also remembered them saying the owner did all the alterations herself, but a totally different woman was there to do my fittings, which feels deceptive. Just thankful I will not have to work with this shop again! I did end up flying out for things like a veil try on, which I thought was a fitting and would not have spent money on a plane ticket for had I known. Cannot recommend to out-of-town brides. Overall, the redeeming quality of the shop is the girls who helped me find my dress, thank you to them! read more

I found by wedding dress a year and a half before my big day. Was pregnant at the time and was so supported and welcomed. They worked with me on my vision for my wedding post babies. Made finding my perfect dress the best experience as soon as I walked into the doors. The Two fitting were exciting and very much an easy experience. Ellie was wonderful to work with and made me feel beautiful in the dress she made and altered for me. My dress was wonderfully and beautifully made with high quality material and lace boning in the body was sturdy and held me in nicely. I felt like a true princess the night of my wedding. Only unfortunate experience I had was when I picked up my dress two weeks before my wedding. (On a Monday) I wasn't offered to try on the dress one last time or shown my dress to make sure everything was good to go. Felt rushed out the door and not celebrated like I've usually seen raved about. Was given quick instructions and sent on my way. Got it home and of course pulled it out to try it on to make sure myself and the MoH were familiar with the bustles and the final fit was perfect (on Tuesday). Only to find a bustle (1/8) had been missed entirely. When I called (Wednesday am 1 week from wedding day) I was offered to bring it in on the day the seamstress got back (the Monday afternoon the weeks of my wedding) but that was cutting it short. Had to have someone else not apart of ivory row do it since the seamstress was out of the country until three days before my wedding date. My goodness when I say Ivory Row was a God send, I mean it! From the moment I walked in I felt completely cared for and special. I had shopped at a couple of other bridal stores before Ivory Row and walked away from those places feeling discouraged and disheartened. I knew that ivory row was different from the first encounter I had with their consultant Alexis. She was so warm and kind and was genuinely excited for me and my journey to find the perfect dress. I was worried that I had too slim of a budget but Alexis reassured me they would find me the perfect one. And that they did! I tried on around 4 dresses in total and just before slipping into what would become my dress Alexis turned to me and said "I think this is going to be the one". She was so intuitive and truly listened to all of the elements that I was dreaming of in a dress. And sure enough! She put on a veil and handed me a bouquet and I was bawling (after I had reassured my friends and family that I wouldn't cry). This was the dress I had dreamed of wearing on my big day! My wedding was in four short months and this particular dress would have taken too long to order in time. Alexis being the incredible person she is said she would go back to the back and ask the owner of Ivory Row what they could do. She went back to the back of the store and brought back an angel named Ellie. Ellie let me know that the dress I had on was a sample that they had just been sent and I was the very first bride to try it on. I am very petite and this dress was a 12. Ellie let me know that it would need to be altered down to a double zero. I started to panic and she said "I can absolutely do this for you". I thought that would be an impossible task but she confidently took on the challenge. Ellie took the time to perfectly mold the dress to fit my body. I am not exadurating when I say I have never in my life had an article of clothing fit so well!! By the time I went to pick up my dress I was honestly sad my time with Alexis and Ellie was coming to a close. I let them both know this at the end of my last appointment and they were so kind saying that I could stop in and have coffee any time. And I will 100% be taking them up on that! So I almost didn't visit this store but after finishing a workout I saw the window display and the dresses were gorgeous, so as a bride-to-be with one of her besties in town I made the decision to call and make an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and boy was it worth the wait. The dress was so beautiful and I really enjoyed trying on each and every one of them on. The dress I said yes to took my breath away. It was also the very first dress so I continued to try on some other beautiful dresses by ultimately said YES to the initial dress. The experience dress shopping at this store was very nice, even during a time of COVID. I was by myself the first time I visited the store and the woman who led my appointment was kind, encouraging, and helped provide me the support I was missing on that day. I tried on around 10 dresses during the appointment - they have a variety of styles to choose from in many sizes and more come in weekly. Even though I'm a size 18 in wedding dresses (14 in non-wedding attire), the staff did a wonderful job pinning/tucking/clipping me into each dress so that I could really get a feel for how it would look in the appropriate size for me and I could walk around the store without feeling exposed. The experience with dress alterations was also good. My dress had some specific features & alterations that we knew upon ordering would be needed and Ellie (the owner) took on doing these alterations herself, so I knew I was in the best hands possible. I could have taken the dress to get alterations elsewhere, but at the time (not sure if this is still offered) Ivory Row guaranteed that if they did the alterations in-house, no matter what was required the cost to me would not exceed a specific dollar threshold. Originally the plan was to have 3 appointments; the first one around 2 months before the wedding, the second 1 month before, and the last 1 week before (which would also be the time of pick-up). If I wanted to have more or change the timing of these appointments, they were willing to work with me which was good to know. Ellie did a phenomenal job with the alterations. She was so kind and supportive while we worked through a persistent issue over the multiple appointments (this issue was caused by the cups used by the manufacturer) and made time to meet with me 3 times the week before my wedding to make sure everything was perfect. I'm so thankful to everyone who worked with me along the way and will absolutely refer friends to Ivory Row when the need arises. read more

There's a great variety of styles, designers, and price ranges. I tried on a few dresses and fell in love with one. Awesome selection for the bridal party as well. Very well lit and wonderful lighting. The staff and Ellie were incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable. My dress is ready to be picked up, and I can't wait to try it on. I came into Ivory Row with my mom and sister in December of 2021 before I had even selected my wedding venue to start looking for my gown. The three of us had the most wonderful time shopping and I ended up saying "Yes!" to a beautiful gown that day and cancelled all my appointments with other bridal shops. Their selection is beautiful and the staff makes you feel so comfortable. The gown I purchased was incredibly detailed with tons of gorgeous lace and beading and all of it was symmetrical. When it came in and I picked it up, it already fit so beautifully. Several months later (my wedding was May of this year) I came in for my first fitting and Ellie showed me how she could make my gown fit the curves of my body. By my third and final fitting, I was truly shocked at how perfectly Ellie made my gown fit me! She had to remove so much detail and reattach it to take it in and it looked absolutely flawless. The way she was able to make it perfectly fit my waist and hug my body was incredible - and it was still comfortable the entire day and night of my wedding! So many of my guests commented on how perfectly altered it was to fit me, and my husband keeps remarking that it is the most beautiful dress he has ever seen. I truly can't recommend Ivory Row and Ellie's beautiful work and attention to detail enough. It was the most perfect wedding gown experience from start to finish! I purchased my dress here in October and had a fantastic experience. My consultant, Kaylee, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My visit began with a tour of the salon which is organized neatly by designer and style. There was a great variety and I was able to try on several dresses I had picked out from the website ahead of time. As a mid-plus size bride, I found multiple samples in my size and actually ended up purchasing a discontinued sample dress already in my perfect size! This is subject to inventory and won't happen every time, but I was excited to see some variety in the sample sizes after being discouraged by my first shopping experience at another salon. I recommend this salon to any bride in the greater Phoenix area. The staff was attentive, kind and answered all of my questions. It is apparent that the team puts a lot of care into making this a positive experience for every guest. I'm looking forward to going in for my alterations appointment soon! read more
