Great experience! Shopped for months and found the best quality, selection and customer service at Marjon RV. Highly recommend this family run business to anyone in the market for an RV. Thank you to the entire team for making my RV buying experience smooth and enjoyable!

In the market for a new fifth wheel Toy Hauler and after doing my home work I decided to look at the Genesis Blazen line I stopped at Marjon RV in Moreno Valley and was greeted by salesman Christian King. He asked me a few questions and listen attentively to my needs in a new toy hauler. 1st, this will be my third toy hauler, I know the issue or problem that occur in these types of trailers. I had plenty of questions for Christian , let me tell you this guy is full of knowledge! He answered every single question that I had and he expanded on them. His positivity on the Genesis Blazen line was very reassuring and made my decision to purchase this trailer an easy one. The entire process was very smooth , and would purchase again from Marjon and definitely work with Christian King again !

My husband and I recently purchased an Irok Trailer from Marjon RV. The entire process was quick, fluid and professional from every staff member, highly recommend!

Just purchased our first genesis RV, we love it so much! Everyone in the office is amazing and extremely helpful, westley & the family took care of us and made this purchase extremely smooth. We also got a yrs worth of free camping at some very amazing sites. I recommend this place, amazing prices & amazing trailers .

I want to Thank Westley Perry, Phil & Preston King! The family owned business was truly remarkable. They saved me a TON of money before going to a corporate competitor (Camping World). I met these guys at Sand Sports Supershow last year and they are superb. Their integrity shows the minute you pull up. I will never go anywhere else. Thank You Marjon.

These guys are amazing. Family owned business and very honest/transparent. Tried giant rv and their prices were ridiculous! Other dealers promised trailers they didn't even have. Phil the owner told me he had one coming in 2-3 weeks and it showed up within a week. The entire process was seamless and I actually left the dealer in a good mood haha. Def recommend these guys. Thanks for my new trailer

I called about a camper for sale. Talked to Phil and he Said he had a deposit already but took down my information and told me if it didnt go through he would call me back. Next day he called me back cause the deal fell through. We did it all over the phone. Was a good experience working with them. No problems when i came in to pick up my new rv.

Chuck, initial sales promised multiple items to repair and upgrade…read more For months we texted and called Herman to find out the status of repairs. I would occasionally get ahold of Herman & he would promise text into a of updates. Herman stated he was short staffed and was unable to get the items repaired due to staffing but they were "working on it". My texts were often ignored. He did not send photos or videos as promised during these months. From Dec 2020 to Oct 2022 we had very little Communication as to what was happening with the rig. During this time we relocated about 4-5 hours away from their location so it was of significant hardship to just "drive on over". Finally Herman stated that the RV was done around end of September after repeated unanswered messages. Luckily the day he said the date that the rig was "available" I happened to have employees in the area to pick it up. I offered this as a quick solution since they had taken since dec 2020 to work on this Fifth wheel. Herman stated that the employees would have to come with cash, they were closing too soon to when they would arrive, and he couldn't gale payments on phone or business card. He proceeded then to change the terms and state they only take cash and I needed to either send employees with cash or be there in person with cash. Taking a day off with a helper for a several hours day was a slight task. Halfway through the following weeks Herman calls and states if I don't pick up AsAP he will charge $75 a day storage fees. Of course, this is absurd as they have held the RV hostage for 22 months now, and suddenly they are "rapidly done" and need this $$$$ and picked up with SWIFTNESS? Okaaaaay. So, we get a day together, give Herman a weeks notice, (he promises it will be washed and ready) make the drive annnnd lo and behold.. Repairs are NOT done. Herman stated he admits he didn't do a walkthrough prior to having me drive down. Not only are the punch list items not completed, there is new damage due to them leaving the RV sitting in the sun for almost two years. We get a punch list for repairs he should have done, damages he will repair, and fixes. He also tries to tell me they "changed the counters" out? When they clearly just sanded and lacquered the original counters. I went back through my Phone and it's the same counter, just lacquered. Sink isn't sealed and lacquer was painted over the edges so obviously they did not cut a new counter and drop a sink in. We almost leave him To the repairs, but on second thought and reviewing their online reports we decide we will just take it home and get repairs done at another place. So... This escalated quickly because they now come back and argue they will hold the RV and lien the vehcile if we don't pay the invoice ... for repairs that weren't done? Herman then brings in Chuck, his wife, some Kid, an enter life who call my repair issues "piddly", and that I'm full of poop because the tires are "new" even though they are 2019 tires and have been sitting in the sun for two years. Herman got extremely shady and started backpedaling on the "punch list" as being a "free" doing me a favor list, although they are damages from their shirt staff and repairs that weren't completed). My wife states she will be writing a review and they say, we will just sue you for defamation of character, so good luck. I'll be waiting for that lawsuit. Meanwhile my driver is asked to leave because he's calling bullshit; so they call PD. Mind you, the officer states "he can't get involved in civil matters"; however, we are absolutely correct. Services were not rendered. They are holding property hostage for payment for services and repairs not completed. I am now hours into this, have been up since 3am to get the rig and back to home at a decent hour. Kids are melting down with my wife extremely upset. Under duress I have to pay them for more than is even should be right, so they will let me take the Fifth wheel at all. So we finally "settle" (not); and Herman then won't release the fifth wheel unless I sign a "release of liability" releasing them of all Claims. Like what?? Lol. Chuck. Good ol' chuck. Chimes in its "an automotive law". that states if there are disputes you release liability. What. So i call a dealership and they've never heard of that "law". I ask chuck if he can look up the law and he just shakes his head. *NO! Lol. Ok chuck. So, in order to get the fifth wheel I have to pay you for repairs you didn't do (thousands and thousands and thousands ), and sign this liability waiver under duress or you threaten to lien my RV and sell it ... Forgot to mention the "repairs" (tires and suspension and a terrible caulk job) are warrantied for ... THIRTY DAYS!! Hopefully a wheel doesn't fall off after 30, but if not we can just hike on back 8 hours round trip and hope they will honor the repair ... Not.

Avoid at all costs…read more I put money down a trailer, and could not get financed immediately. My business manager agreed to finance the RV, but could not do it until a week and a half later, due to being on vacation in a place w/o phone service or Email. I told them what was happening, and that I would need longer than the 5 days that was on the deposit hold receipt. A week went by, and I called in on Tuesday, and spoke directly with the owner, Sean. I asked him if i needed to put more money down to hold the trailer. He assured me that it would be fine, just to come in. Two days later, on Thursday, my manager called to set up the financing. He could not get through. When he finally did get somebody to answer, they said that that there were no salespeople available to talk to him. This is at 11 am on a business day. I finally got through to the about 2PM, but was told that my trailer was getting sold to someone else. I tried to get them to stop, but was given the run around for a while. I went in person the next day, to talk to the "Sales manager". He told me that it was my fault for not completing the deal within the 5 day period. I told him about previously. clearing it with the other staff and he said that didn't matter. Huh? I asked him why nobody called me directly to find out what was going on. He said he did. I told him i received no messages whatsoever. His response? "I don't leave Messages." That right there tells you everything you need to know about these clowns. A sales manger who calls but doesn't leave messages on matters involving money and a deadline? Seriously? Then another Sales mismanager walks in. I turn to him, hoping that he's actually holding a clue. I told him that i spoke with Sean the owner personally, just two days beforehand, and that Sean had assured me all was fine and the hold was still good. His answer? That's "Heresay". So now he's either accusing me of lying, or letting me know that he's willing to lie in court. Either way, that pushes my buttons. So I walk, and start dealing with the owner directly. My dealing with Sean are a whole weeks worth of Jerry Springer episodes. This guy literally cannot think straight. He set up meetings and missed them, costing me over a hundred bucks in gas and tolls. He will not admit to even having the phone call on that Tuesday. He literally would not answer the question, no matter how many times i asked him. I finally got him locked into answering. "Did we have a conversation on Tuesday Sean?" He response was to ask me why i couldn't get financed. He kept doing that. He would not answer the question, because he would have had to admit that he made the mistake. So not only was he not man enough to admit that he made a mistake, he was trying to dodge the truth by cutting me down for not having good enough credit. Awesome. Great business skills sir. Also, i have a friend in the RV sales business who told me that they probably got a better offer on the trailer and took it, hoping to get two out the door instead of just one. That's who you'll be dealing with if you go here. Sean kept trying to get me to let him sell me another trailer, but at this point i don't trust them to sell me a toaster. Too much can go wrong with RV's to trust someone who already has shown that they lack integrity. I highly recommend you do the same. An RV can look good but be a trainwreck. These guys have shown that they can't be trusted to do their due diligence, or back up their products and/or service. Also, these guys are just dim. I had to fight with them for weeks just to get my deposit back. I had to drive in from the OC yet again to pick up the check, because Sean wouldn't mail it. Thanks dude. They couldn't put it together that this was going to cost them tons of business, due to the power of the internet. Once I had it in hand, I asked the 3 sales people if they had ever heard of YELP. they had. I explained to them, that if Sean had just admitted that he made a mistake and made it up to with a good deal, everything would have been fine. But because I had to fight to even get MY money back, and be treated like Sh**, because of their mistake, i was going to write up the whole story and let people know how they operate. I also tried to explain that by not acting professionally, they were costing themselves thousands of dollars in future sales, as many people look to Yelp to filter out the shops that lack integrity. That apparently touched a nerve because Chris, the one with the anger management issues starting getting all huffy. We exchanged words. Mine were "You lack honor and integrity". His words as I walked out were "Yeahhhh Boyeeee, get out!". Gangster style. That's who you're dealing with if you go to this place. Avoid at all costs.

Richardsons Fix the way do business…read more I bought a used 2018 TT & an extended warranty from Richardsons in late 2021 took it out for the 1st trip 3 months later. Toilet flushed once then water pressure to toilet was gone. I take my Trailer in for the issue toilet won't fill properly due to low water pressure to toilet only. Kitchen, restroom sinks and shower all have good water pressure. I explain how I feel it might be the toilet valve to Guy A as he takes trailer information from me. 1 week later I get a call from Guy A saying I need a new toilet that run $700 and the warranty don't cover it. I lose my cool explain how it's BS. I just got the trailer from them, I asked don't you guys check the trailers before you sell them some kind of point inspection. The toilet worked for 1 fill then pressure was lost. He apologizes and says he understands I should had been able to use it more... I feel bad so I go into the office apologize to Guy A for losing my cool I understand it's not his fault. He seems to accept my apology so I ask him to help me understand the issues. I ask various questions when Guy B jumps in and says there's build up, could be from city or camp site having poor water and or hard water. I explain I understand, but that build up normally don't happen from 1 fish to the other it takes time. Mean while Guy A went back to speak with the service tech and confirmed that water is flowing to the toilet but then there's build up. I say thank you and say I'm not paying for a toilet. They explain how I'm gonna have to pay $175 for the time spent. I tell them I can't take trailer yet cuz I'm in my car. I return an 45min later with warranty in hand to show that warranty states it covers valves and fittings which I felt is where the issue is. Guy A is on the phone so I'm standing there waiting Guy B asks what I have, I say my warranty showing valves are covered did you guys check the valve? He then replied with yes there is blockage warranty won't cover blockage you need a new toilet if you want it fixed. Guy A gets off the phone and says they were going to let me take my trailer with no charge cuz I didn't sign that section of the paperwork. I say thanks can I pick it up tomorrow. I pick up trailer the next day take it home and in 20 min I have the toilet removed and bypassed the valve and toilet works fine. What really gets me is that there was no attempt to fix my toilet just sell me a new one. Not even a $175 per hour charge and a $30 valve was offered just a $700 new toilet. I really hope that Richardsons as a company can fix how they do business cuz I'm only 2 min away and hope that when I run into a problem outta my capabilities they don't try and take advantage of me again. I spoke with Brad I believe. He was helpful in getting me info. Not sure who serviced the toilet or who told him I needed a new one. Not sure who the guy sitting next to him that said if I wanted it fixed I needed a new toilet was ether. Toilet is working fine now that I fixed it myself so no matter what they say I didn't need a new one.

Before…read moresigning, I negotiated with Steve, the finance manager, who clearly agreed that an extra solar panel and second battery would be included at no additional cost ( see attached pic) . After I signed and paid in full, I later discovered they added a $400 charge for the solar panel anyway, even though I have proof it was agreed to be free. They also charged me a $995 dealer prep fee for a full inspection and setup, which clearly was not performed. Immediately after bringing the RV home, I discovered multiple defects: the entrance door would not close properly, there was a loud mechanical noise from under the refrigerator, and the battery was draining down while not in use. I contacted Laguna RV and on August 12 I drove two hours to return the RV for repairs and to install the solar panel they failed to include the first time. I picked up the RV on August 16 and was told everything was resolved. However, the very next day, while preparing for our trip, I discovered two holes in the brand new floor, additional damage under the recliners, and that all the tank sensors (black, gray, and fresh water) were not working at all. With only days before my departure and no time to drive back again, I had to hire a mobile RV technician, who confirmed the issues were not quick fixes. When we finally went on our trip, the water pump failed approximately 80 percent of the time. We could not properly shower, flush the toilet, or wash hands, and the tanks overflowed because the sensors did not work. This completely ruined our trip and was unacceptable for a brand new RV. On top of that in few occasions the shower drain water got flooded so did the toilet since again the tanks sensors didn't work and we couldn't tell the tanks levels... On our way back from the trip, the situation became dangerous. About 30 minutes into the drive home, one of the weight distribution hitch bars that Laguna RV had installed fell off while driving, and we were unable to locate it. We had no choice but to continue driving with only one bar, which is not safe. Two hours later, when we arrived at a gas station, I heard a loud boom. The second bar had also fallen off. I retrieved it and disconnected the hitch entirely, and had to drive the rest of the way without any distribution bars, which defeated the entire purpose of having a distribution hitch and put us in a dangerous situation. After the trip, I brought the RV back again on September 13. Bob, the service manager, told me he submitted a warranty claim with Forest River to have the damaged floor repaired. For five weeks, every time I followed up, he told me he was still waiting for approval from the manufacturer. I eventually contacted Forest River directly and was informed that no claim had ever been submitted. Only when I confronted Bob with that information did he actually send the claim. At this point, the RV has spent more time in Laguna RV's possession than mine. I am making monthly payments on a brand new RV that was delivered with defects, unsafe conditions, and items that were never properly inspected despite a $995 prep charge. I am now filing a formal Consumer Affairs complaint and pursuing legal action through my attorney to recover the unauthorized $400 solar panel charge, the $995 dealer prep fee, the $550 I paid for the hitch installation that was done improperly, and compensation for loss of use, safety risks, and the time and stress this caused my family. I have full documentation of all communication, photos, videos, and agreements. On more point - when I texted Steve ,the finance guy, in regards to the $400 unauthorized solar panel charge he texted back " who is this?".... we basically texted 20 times prior on the same text thread... Based on my experience, Laguna RV acted deceptively, failed to meet contractual obligations, and jeopardized my safety. I strongly warn others not to do business with this dealership.

The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions. David dialed in the rear view camera and corresponding monitor so we had a perfect rear view as well as explaining all the steps in hitching and unhitching the trailer. Again I participated instead of just watching the steps involved. It's the little things replacing a tiny cotter pin with a larger one for ease of use, Paper work was efficient, both David and Miguel made sure I had their cell numbers for any later questions. Great product, great service and value and supporting a second generation family business just puts the icing on the cake. Our first trip, back to Oceanside, went flawlessly. David answered a call from us when we questioned the battery disconnect off setting after arriving home. Great people to work with!

This shop could not have made buying and selling a camper any easier. I bought a used Lance…read moreslide-in a from Galaxy a few years ago. They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

We initially spoke with Kaitlyn Mahoney over the phone regarding the motorhome. When we met Kaitlyn in person, she was genuinely a wonderful individual who made us feel like we were meeting a good friend. She took a sincere interest in understanding our wants and needs for this major purchase. Kaitlyn spent considerable time answering all of our questions and thoroughly showing us the motorhome in detail. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. A special shout-out to the other team members as well--Doug, Curtis, and Francisco in Service and Parts--for helping coordinate our needs and ensuring everything was addressed. Last, but certainly not least, Mike provided a complete, thorough, and highly detailed walkthrough of our new motorhome. As first-time motorhome owners, we greatly appreciated the time he took to explain the systems, operation, and maintenance requirements. His patience and attention to detail gave us confidence as we begin this new adventure. Do I have any negatives regarding Mike Thompson RV in Colton? Only one: the starter motorhome package was not worth the value for the price based on the contents provided in the box. Overall, our experience with Mike Thompson RV was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive and memorable purchasing experience.

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, I drove from Fontana to Colton to see about a problem with my Blue…read moreOx/Patriot braking system in my car because, when towing behind my motorhome, the car batteries kept overcharging causing me to get a new car battery nearly every year since I've had the RV. My appt was made for Thursday, May 21 at 9 am. I was specific about what I wanted: To know if it was wired correctly because a jeep dealership said they had "never seen a battery wired like that". This request shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to complete: You open the hood, look at the wiring and say "yes" or "no" if it looks normal to you and then close the hood so I could be on my way. That's all I asked for. Period. It's even written on my invoice. On Thursday, May 21st, I arrived (again, from Fontana) about 10 minutes before 9. I went to the service dept to check in and the man who made this appt on Tuesday, claims it wasn't in the system. Hmm.... My car was taken in at 9:11 am. At 10:14 am, the service dept guy and the tech who was going to check out my car battery hookup. I explain to the tech what's been happening etc... he says "ok". They go off..... I guess it was a few minutes after noon when I went up to the desk to inquire why it's taking so long. The service guy who was handling my visit was at lunch and another guy said he'd pass the message on when my service guy got back from lunch. Ok.... I went back to sit down. Shortly thereafter, my service guy said "they are still working on it". Now I'm thinking... is the tech blind? He can't see where the wires are and if it looks normal or not? That's all I asked for. At about 1:20 or so I went back up to the desk to let the service guy know I'm diabetic and I'm starting to crash and I need my car to go get food; I left my supplies back in Fontana because I didn't know the tech was so inept it would take 4+ HOURS to VISUALLY INSPECT a couple wires on my car battery. At 1:27 the service guy comes to tell me that the tech is "wrapping up" and then I was forced to pay $225 for no specific answer other than something to the effect of "we can wire it to isolate your battery and you'd get power for the lights from the RV" which is exactly what IT ALREADY DOES since I installed a battery shut off switch. The problem is having the battery shut off switch removes some of the drivable things my car does that I WANT to use... like the auto shut off at stops, etc. He's telling me I would need to leave the shut off valve on there.... which I want to remove. What he said they could do, is exactly what the whole system I have is already doing. I learned NOTHING and was never told at all if my battery is wired correctly or not. NOTHING I didn't already know. They brought my car out at 1:43 pm.... and guess what? it's like an oven in there! It was 88 degrees out that day and my car is so hot I burned my legs on my leather drivers seat when I got in. My question is this: Was that tech working on my car out in the back parking lot???? It took over 15 minutes for my a/c to start making it comfortable inside the car. It's a very well maintained 2020 vehicle with under 45,000 miles on it. The service manager told me I should have been prepared to spend the whole day there.... TO VISUALLY LOOK AT A COUPLE WIRES and tell me if they are correct or not? Do they even know what wires look like?? Seems not if it took that long to do anything. I can do it in under 3 minutes but I don't know what the Patriot wiring looks like or I wouldn't have wasted my time OR money. And then he says "well, the techs have to take lunch...".... was he on lunch for 4 hours????? You took the car in at 9:11, tech came out at 10:14 and his lunch is when? TO LOOK AT WIRES!!!! The incompetence here is staggering unless it is their GOAL to drag out the hours so they can charge you more for it being there. It's one of the two; I see no other options.
