They felt so comfortable on the day of surgery, did well with the procedure due to the PRF that they received during their extractions to help with healing and had such wonderful easy post instructions to follow. The appointment took about 1.5 hours with the first hour devoted to a diagnosis of deep cleaning and several cavity fills. I'm in my mid-twenties with no prior history of cavities or gum issues so found this surprising and chose to decline treatment. The actual cleaning took about 5-10 minutes. Got a second opinion from my previous dentist who found no cavities and disagreed with the deep cleaning diagnosis. The bone loss flagged was related to a known side effect of Invisalign treatment, which I just finished, not underlying gum disease. Front desk also asked for my medical insurance card at check-in, which I haven't encountered at other dental offices. Based on my experience, I'd suggest seeking a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment plans here.
