Our main water line from the well to the house had a leak and they were able to dig, replace, and back fill in the same day, as well as lay straw and seed. His team also relocated our pressure switch in the basement to prevent future problems with the water pump and line. We have had issues with our well for years after moving in despite the fact that it was a new build. The original person who installed the well was spectacularly unhelpful making all sorts of costly suggestions like installing all new hardware, faucets, showerheads,etc, then telling us to simply use less water. We got a recommendation from our local hardware store in Bethel, and called Mark. From the start, he went through all of the possibilities, gave us options for figuring out the issue, and finally did a yield test that gave us an answer. He then gave us a list of suggestions for how to fix the problem, pros and cons of each approach, and was honest, transparent, and thorough the whole way through this process. We decided to try fracking our well. He got it done very quickly and it did the trick! He recommended that we test the water afterwards as a precaution. After the water test showed coliform bacteria, he responded immediately to my panicked text that night, and came out to chlorinate the well the very next day...just in time for Thanksgiving when our whole family was coming out to stay. He saved our Thanksgiving! Mark is knowledgeable, reliable, and I would trust him with any job, large or small. read more

I wish I could give Mark 10 stars. I was having issue's with my well, Mark came right out and diagnosed the problem. We set up an appointment to hydrofrac and our problem was fixed. Avoid this guy if you can. Ripoff and smug attitude. He quoted me $100/hour. He arrives 40 minutes late. He spends 10 minutes heating a frozen pipe with a hairdryer and charged me $200. Why double? He charged me $100 to show up and $100 for 10 minutes of work. When I questioned the logic for his bill, he got indignant and said "hey the last guy didn't complain". He never mentioned 100 to show up. I paid him, but will never use him again. Neither should you. read more

I give Mark Anderson an A+, I came home from vacation with no water! I called another well/plumbing company who came out and provided an estimate and wanted to get a second opinion before getting the work done. I called late that evening and Mark was willing to come out that same night but I opted for the next morning. He was at my home bright and early the next morning evaluated the job and gave me a fair estimate and did not try and sell me things I didn't need like the first company that came out. Mark completed the job and we had water the same day and the cost was half of what the other company quoted! He was very professional and easy to work with and understand what he was doing. Avoid this guy. He'll come out to you if you have a big$$ job that he can bang you top$$ for. If you have a smaller job, he doesn't even call you back. Their website says "no job too small" . That's complete BS. My wife called for a well pump while I was out of town and sure enough he came out and He did the well but it was not cheap. OK, well, we didn't have water. Then the next week I started calling for another appointment for other plumbing work and with a question about our new well pump . No call back-- nothing!. I called three different times, left three different messages with their "answering service". What a waste of time. Not one returned call. They have lost another customer. I even peeled all his "service" stickers off all the places he plastered it on my plumbing. Never to be used again. D- rating. And that's being nice. read more

So came home from vacation -- NO WATER. Plumber came out and said it could be a few things, one of them -- MY WELL WAS DRY and I may be out of water for possibly 2 -3 weeks!!! I was recommended to call Mark D. Anderson Plumbing, Wells and Pumps. They came out in less than a hour, Diagnosed the issue in 5 MINUTES!!!!! Called for backup help, replaced my pump and Tank in less than 2 hours. Back up and running in 3 hours!! AND no rush charges, no emergency charge. I was told -- This is what we do. 2 -3 weeks?!?!?!??
