They will keep your money. I put 20% down way in advance. I decided to cancel for personal reasons 5 months prior to the scheduled date. I paid $175 for the consultation (no problem) and $3180 downpayment. I asked to cancel and for my deposit back. They called back and said they would keep 10% of my deposit ($318) to which I reluctantly agreed. Then I got another call 20 minutes later claiming they misspoke and would keep 10% of the entire procedure cost which is half of my deposit. They want to keep $1590 of my money claiming they did lots of work already in preparing for my procedure. That's hogwash! What have they done other than pencil me in!!! My next step is filing a complaint with the Idaho state physicians licensing board.
