I had informed the front desk when I checked in that I needed to leave by 12:00 PM to make another appointment, yet I watched multiple patients who arrived after me get called back before I did. No one explained the delay or communicated what was happening. So far, it has taken three separate appointments just to get X-rays reviewed, schedule a cleaning, and see the orthodontist.
