The issue is I feel like when I'm doing exceptionally well and keeping my teeth clean and flossing, I feel it's not acknowledged. The service that I get from the hygienist is not very good most of the time what I mean by that is for example, I had x-rays done, and when the hygienist was putting the equipment in my mouth, she was scratching my gum tissue and could not seem to get it right. I went in for a cleaning and I was in there for an hour and 45 minutes, which is extremely too long at the dentist office for a cleaning. The dentist told me that I needed deep cleaning in my back teeth, although I have been thoroughly brushing my teeth and flossing etc... at that point I started feeling like she was just trying to make money never anything positive. Every timeI go to the dentist it is always something that needs to be done which is costing me extra money and my insurance. I'm not sure if I'm gonna stay at this Dentist or not because of the most recent experiences on the last few visits, they have not been very great. I'm starting to feel like it's about making money for that Office. For over the last two years, I have been thoroughly taking care of my teeth, brushing, flossing, gum mouthwash, fluoride mouthwash, using tartar toothbrush, brushing with Oral-B, but still she says I need deep cleaning, which does not make sense to me. I am getting a little concerned about the service and why is everything negative and the push for deep cleaning. I am assuming deep cleaning cost more.

The two ladies at the front desk were helping another patient, but they greeted us right away, asked us to have a seat, and let us know they'd be with us shortly. I didn't catch their names, but they were friendly and welcoming. About five minutes later, one of them let me know my child was checked in. We hadn't even said our names yet, so I was impressed they already knew who we were. Stephanie took care of my daughter, and she was amazing. She explained everything in a way my daughter could understand, which helped her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. As a parent, I really appreciated how patient and kind she was. The entire visit, including X-rays, the cleaning, and meeting with Dr. Ho at the end, took about 40 minutes. It was efficient without feeling rushed. I'll admit I was a little hesitant because I came across several negative Yelp reviews after I had already made the appointment. Thankfully, our experience was the complete opposite. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and caring. Before we left, we scheduled our next appointment, and we'll be coming back.

When I arrived, I was surprised to learn they had no intention of addressing the filling that day--even though I had explained the situation when I booked. At no point did anyone clearly communicate that I wouldn't receive treatment during that visit. This lack of transparency caused me to lose valuable time in addressing a potentially serious dental issue. If they had simply told me upfront that the first appointment would be limited to an exam and not include any treatment, I would have gone elsewhere or made other arrangements sooner. Patients deserve honesty--especially when dealing with urgent dental needs.

Last time I went, they had a person who was, per what she told me, a temporary person. She kinda rushed it, with no nice comments or feedback regarding my flossing. About which.. I can't remember if I mentioned it but their previous comments gave me a complex about my flossing. So I switched to that Oral-B charcoal and mint where the floss is black. And it is so satisfying to floss with it and actually see the plaque that is scraped away. It shows up against the black thread of the floss. To be candid, I was waiting for some props on results of the improved flossing and felt a bit deflated when they never came. Oh well... first world problems as they say. Of course, nothing is perfect and the best evidence of my satisfaction level is my continued and expanding business with the doctor. I did the two week home treatment and the one day in office treatment. Loved the results! Many people have noticed that my teeth are super white from my treatment and I can say that it was well worth the investment. The staff here is amazing! The front desk staff is such a sweetheart, her personality and energy is beyond amazing. Michelle is a sweet heart as well. Dr. Rosales handled both very skillfully. The filling is on the outer face of my tooth, and it was immediately unrecognizable from the surrounding surface. Not to mention that he always calls to check on me and see how I've been recovering after the procedures. I'm still recovering from getting my wisdom teeth out last week, but I'm glad I came to him for it!
