Still, it was enough for me to be self conscious about my smile, so I would just 'smile' with my lips stretched and not a big, open, toothy smile. I don't make a ton of money, and my dental insurance won't help pay because they say it's cosmetic, but this place gave me a free consult and a manageable monthly, interest free payment plan!!! I am only about 90 days into the 22 months of treatment I need, and I can say I see a very nice change in my teeth (I took pictures of my teeth the day before, the day I got them put on, and present). You have no idea what wonders this has done for my self-esteem! Giving up the foods you love is worth what your smile is going to look like!!! I reached out to this practice as a transfer patient for my teenage daughter to simply have her…read morebraces removed. Her treatment had been completed at the previous ortho, she just needed her braces removed and a retainer. Upon them reassuring me they could assist, they requested ALL of her records from the previous ortho, and of course that was no problem. My daughter attended her appointment less than 10 minutes and I was then told by the "assistant" that my daughter would be required to do an additional 4 months of treatment "because the Dr just wanted to make sure everything was perfect" and I was quoted $1600 for 4 months of treatment. UNBELIEVABLE. When I asked for a breakdown, I received via email that they were going to redo all her xrays and records ALREADY GIVEN TOO THEM FROM THE PREVIOUS ORTHO. I was quoted $200 per visit which equals $800 when I asked where the remaining $800 came from I was told again by his "assistant" oh thats for the removal and retainer. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I know we are all in a pandemic but respect your customers enough to not rip them off. WOW. SAD.
