Sadly, our second visit was even more disappointing than the first. Instead of dinner, we tried for brunch on a weekday since they repeatedly advertise "serving brunch all day" on multiple social media platforms. Unfortunately, they only do brunch on the weekends now, according to our server. We dove into the lunch/dinner menu featuring "Handhelds" from $14-$17, "Smash Burgers" (singles were $9, up to a double for $3 or a triple for $5 more) and $24-$30 entrees like Filet Tips and Shrimp or Chicken jerk-style pasta, . I opted for the "Signature Smash Shroom & Swiss Burger" - I ordered the double for the $3 upcharge and got a few tiny sautéed mushrooms and onions and a dollop of 1000 Island dressing on top of two lifeless, unseasoned burger patties. The burgers were simply stacked on the grilled sourdough, completely unsmashed, with no classic char or compression. The house fried chips were decent, but there was a large glob of unfried chips in the middle. Our $16 mahi tacos arrived on ice-cold flour tortillas with about 4 ounces of blacked mahi strips, red cabbage, and lime aioli. The onion rings were nicely fried, but nothing special. read more

Went tonight with a group of 8. The service was top notch! The server and bartender were accommodating, polite, and created a wonderful dining experience. The food was great too! It took a little while to come out, but it was well worth it. We had fish tacos, mahi mahi, grouper, and burgers. I definitely plan to go back the next time we're in town! read more

Went here for breakfast while visiting friends. It did not disappoint. When we first walked in I was a little taken back because it looks like dining with a bar. I had never been to an establishment with a bar that served breakfast. Again it did not disappoint! We were the first ones there when it opened at 8:30 so obviously seated quickly lol. We had a group of 6. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with two eggs over easy. The eggs were perfect and the biscuits with gravy OMG! Some of the best ive ever had. The hubs ordered a pancake and it almost covered the plate it was so big. The hubs thought it was great! Two of our six ordered chicken and waffles. Lets just say allnof our plates were empty when we finished . For our group of six it was $83.00. We usually go to another restaurant for breakfast but I think this is our new favorite! read more

Staff was nice ... food was just ok and this is why I say it ... the chicken tender app was amazing chicken seasoned perfectly!!! Main course however was a little hit and miss the steak was cooked properly just under seasoned and the shrimp way over seasoned... potatoes where less than desired to thick and cold and the asparagus tough and not very edible. Had an awesome breakfast here on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. The bananas foster French toast was super yummy and the hand pattied sausage was awesome. We took home my leftovers, which is very rare, especially for breakfast. The portion was incredibly generous. My brother ordered the "I'm really hungry" with scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, and pancakes and he said it was all delicious as well. The grits were buttery and salty. I can't remember the last time I got grits in a restaurant that didn't need more seasoning. These were perfect. The staff were all friendly and genuinely excited to see us. I am very surprised that so many have praised this restaurant. My experience has been anything but. First time brought a friend to try it for lunch. We waited patiently to be seated and after 10 minutes of waiting, where the bartender was in his phone, and the waitress looked at us, we left and went to Promiseland. Second time I tried it for lunch again and this time the entire restaurant was empty. Food was ok, nothing special. Third time was with a group for dinner. While my meal was good, they neglected to add my protein and when it arrived it was a little late. The Prime rib that was ordered was so thin and like a piece of leather. Chicken was so dry they had to choke it down. Sadly, after 3 tries I'll be dining somewhere else. The waitstaff was friendly, however, looked like they should be house cleaners in sweatshirts instead of waitstaff ! My first visit was ok. I had a crab cake that had corn in it. I was really disappointed with the prime rib on my second visit. I requested medium rare, and the waitress said they could do that. It came out well done and when I sent it back they just gave me another well done piece. read more

I recognize that Marker 3 just opened and hope that they will get some of the kinks out in the next few weeks. The earned the two stars because of very friendly staff. They were the best part of the visit. I ordered a Poke bowl to take out as I had limited time and read a review that gave it good marks. I thought it would be fast and I was wrong. It took about 30 minutes. I think mine was made by someone who had never had a poke bowl. If I had been dining in I would have sent it back for some improvements. Everything was placed in the take out container side by side. The rice was cold, the avocado frozen, and the tuna simply piled up in the corner. Carrot sticks and shredded cabbage rounded it out. The staff person kindly put the siracha in a separate container. Not what I expected and certainly not at that price point. I'll give Marker 3 another try in a few months, and will choose a different item. read more

This was our first time, we went for Tuesday night Prime Rib night and it was fantastic. Alex, our server was awesome, polite and attentive. We loved the casual vibe and the food was excellent. We tried the prime rib with mashed potatoes and asparagus, zero notes. We also tried the shrimp burger and it was loaded with shrimp. There was enough shrimp for all four adults at our table to get some and the slaw was just right. We finished off by trying each of the offered desserts, we all had a different favorite, but you can't go wrong with any of them. Each one tasted like your momma made it, the carrot cake was so rich, there should be an award for finishing a piece by yourself, we were four adults and we took some home. My personal fav was the strawberry option, it was surprisingly lite, not too sweet, from someone that doesn't usually like dessert. We will definitely be back to try more things. read more

We had a great meal! The service was excellent. You could tell the server had been given direction to offer extras to diners and that added to the experience. The Mahi main with coconut risotto and mango relish was perfect. The grouper sandwich was also great and both meals were piping hot.
