Biscuits and gravy with 2 over easy eggs
    Dodie H.

Went here for breakfast while visiting friends. It did not disappoint. When we first walked in I was a little taken back because it looks like dining with a bar. I had never been to an establishment with a bar that served breakfast. Again it did not disappoint! We were the first ones there when it opened at 8:30 so obviously seated quickly lol. We had a group of 6. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with two eggs over easy. The eggs were perfect and the biscuits with gravy OMG! Some of the best ive ever had. The hubs ordered a pancake and it almost covered the plate it was so big. The hubs thought it was great! Two of our six ordered chicken and waffles. Lets just say allnof our plates were empty when we finished . For our group of six it was $83.00. We usually go to another restaurant for breakfast but I think this is our new favorite!

Bananas Foster French Toast with grits, side of sausage and I'm Really Hungry (scrambled, home fries, pancakes, bacon)
    Dessari L.

Had an awesome breakfast here on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. The bananas foster French toast was super yummy and the hand pattied sausage was awesome. We took home my leftovers, which is very rare, especially for breakfast. The portion was incredibly generous. My brother ordered the "I'm really hungry" with scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, and pancakes and he said it was all delicious as well. The grits were buttery and salty. I can't remember the last time I got grits in a restaurant that didn't need more seasoning. These were perfect. The staff were all friendly and genuinely excited to see us. I look forward to coming back soon!

    "Poke bowl take out"

I recognize that Marker 3 just opened and hope that they will get some of the kinks out in the next few weeks. The earned the two stars because of very friendly staff. They were the best part of the visit. I ordered a Poke bowl to take out as I had limited time and read a review that gave it good marks. I thought it would be fast and I was wrong. It took about 30 minutes. I think mine was made by someone who had never had a poke bowl. If I had been dining in I would have sent it back for some improvements. Everything was placed in the take out container side by side. The rice was cold, the avocado frozen, and the tuna simply piled up in the corner. Carrot sticks and shredded cabbage rounded it out. The staff person kindly put the siracha in a separate container. Not what I expected and certainly not at that price point. I'll give Marker 3 another try in a few months, and will choose a different item.

My wife and I were looking for something different than the typical seafood type restaurants a lot…read moreof the tourists will flock to. A quick google search had this as one of the top Italian restaurants, so we knew we'd have to try it and we weren't disappointed. Service was really great! Sat immediately and our waitress took our order relatively quick. While we waited the owner(I'm assuming) came by and talked to my kids and greeted us. Food was really good and the portions were enormous - we were leaving to drive home the next morning, so taking leftovers wasn't really a practical option, but if we had a few more days, we would have totally taken all the food back to the house. Parking is sort of tough but not awful. I loved the feel of the restaurant too. Felt very much Italian Overall, we found a really solid restaurant and we will absolutely be back!

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for all of us, especially given the high prices. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. The chicken was extremely thin with very heavy breading and honestly tasted like a frozen chicken patty. The red sauce lacked flavor, and the side pasta was unusual--small round noodles that reminded me of canned SpaghettiOs, with water sitting at the bottom of the bowl. We were expecting something more traditional like linguine. My husband ordered the shrimp Parmesan and had a very similar experience with heavy breading, bland sauce, and the same pasta side. My husband is a retired Marine Corps food service officer, so we do appreciate good Italian cooking, and this meal simply didn't meet expectations. Our friend ordered the veal piccata and expected it to be breaded, but it was not and the dish was quite different from what she anticipated. She also received the same pasta side. Her husband ordered the baked ziti, which he said was just okay. On a positive note, our waitress Holly was very kind and attentive. Overall, none of us left particularly impressed. With the prices being on the higher side, we were expecting a much better meal. We won't return.
