Summary: Subpar food and management lacks customer service. I've eaten here with my wife before and their meatball sandwich and Neto pizza was ok, nothing to rave about. So I Wanted to make that clear before I continue with my review mainly in their customer service. So today, I visited Enos with a valid gift card that was gifted to me by friends that wanted me to give Enos a second chance. Now the hostess was nice and really tried to help me with my take out order, but later I was told that they changed system and no longer could accept my GC. It's unfortunate to report that Charlie, the manager on duty, chose not display any kind of courtesy to at least tell me in person as to why my gift card was not going to be accepted. It was obvious she wasn't completely sure how to explain the situation, but it gets worst. Charlie had the hostess pretty much lie and tell me that they attempted to scan my Gift card and work through the problem in the back, but little do they know that I could see them and I watched them only discuss and Charlie pretty much just shook his head and said no and sent hostess back to me. Sorry Charlie, but do better. Restaurant was not busy and you could have at least tell me in person. I just can't believe that they would dismiss me like that. I have a useless $40 gift card. I can't believe this is my first time eating here! From start to finish the whole experience was great! We sat outside because the weather was perfect. They have a lot of seating inside and outside to dine in. Geo, I think that was his name was our host. He continued to check on us throughout our entire meal. His interactions with our group were perfect! I had the pepperonito and hibiscus cocktail. I added fresh spinach and jalapeños to my pizza. I loved how the crust was thin. Bishop Arts district is a lively place on the weekends. We stopped at Enos Pizza Tavern and the aroma of freshly made pizza floated down Bishop Avenue. It is a charming restaurant complete with seating outside and upstairs if you want to stay cool. The wine list was decent and the pizza was thin crust which I like. The toppings were generous and they even made personal size pizzas, another plus. The hostess was very friendly and our pizzas came out pretty fast. The prices were reasonable. They also have a variety of pastas and I will go back to try the meatballs! The only drawback is finding parking on a Saturday night. read more

Found this place while walking around bishop arts district! We ordered a 14 inch half and half pizza with calabria and heirloom spinach. I preferred the heirloom spinach out of the two flavors. It has goat cheese, spinach, red onions, and truffle. The truffle wasn't too strong and complemented the other flavors well. The calabria had peppers, tomato's, and grilled onion. The calabria side was a bit more spicy than I would've liked it to be and overpowered the other stuff on it. I give it a spice level of 5/10. We also ordered the garlic Caesar salad which was pretty basic with toasted garlic on it. I prefer my Caesar salads to be more tangy. The service was okay, took a while for our food to come out. They did play really good music and the restaurant was decorated in flags for the World Cup :) read more

We came here on a random Wednesday which happened to be a game night! They sat us very quickly! They were still very attentive and efficient! The food came out very quickly! We ordered meatballs, pizza and long island. The drinks and pizza were great. Unfortunately we had to send the meatballs back! Top tier pizza. The portions are big and you will be stuffed. The crust is burnt appropriately and cheese is melty. However, the sport peppers were overwhelming and ruined the whole pizza for me. I love peppers on pizza, but they drowned the peppers on there. The peppers didn't have good flavor or texture either. I normally enjoy writing positive reviews, especially when a business delivers an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, my visit to Eno's was the opposite. The service was terrible-our server had no personality, was inattentive, and never checked in on us. At one point my water glass was empty, but I noticed a pitcher nearby and ended up refilling my own glass. I wanted ice but didn't see any, so when another waiter came by I asked if he could bring some. He did, but instead of refilling my glass, he brought a second one with ice, leaving me to combine the two myself. While I don't mind helping myself in certain situations, that's not what service should look like in a restaurant. When I brought these concerns to the manager, her response was more about offering excuses than addressing the issue or showing a willingness to improve. That was disappointing and left me with no confidence that service standards will get better. To be fair, the food was delicious-no complaints there. But service is just as important as the food, and here it fell far short. Because of that, I have no intention of returning. read more

They have some 2 people seating outside. inside was decently spacious. Went here for weekday lunch. It wasn't busy at all, which is to be expected. They have a decent lunch special, which is a mini pizza + soup or salad for ~$15. I think the mini 8 inch pizza is only with 1-2 toppings and not their specialty ones. It's a decent amount of food and some people didn't finish. The pizza did look good. Their regular pizzas are $20+. I think it could be good for 3 people.. maybe 4. Got the orzo (~$18) since that's not something I typically eat and I like orzo. it's a pretty decently sized dish. Maybe a lot for lunch and better for dinner. It's good and I would recommend it. So first I want to call out that my party and I came late around 10:15 and the restaurant closed at 11 pm. If we had gotten there earlier, our experience may have been different. We came in for a night cap and a snack before calling it a night. When we first walked in, we were greeted and asked where we wanted to sit downstairs or upstairs. The restaurant was still pretty busy as it was a Friday evening. We chose to go upstairs. Just to let you know, if you have bad knees, choose downstairs because it is a significant amount of steps. Once upstairs, we were seated, and our waitress came over almost immediately to see if we knew what we wanted. We ordered drinks but needed time to check out the food. Again, the waitress came over to get our food order. We got a salad, meatballs, and a pizza share. The food was good and came out quickly. We tried to oder another round of drinks a little after 10:30 and were advised that since the kitchen closed, they had started to break down the bar.
