If you want a hearty sandwich for good price, not too many bells and whistles but they have some. They make a great sandwich or combo with water and chips. $7/8 I got turkey and roast beef with swiss. Mayo, yellow mustard and red onion. I need some more options for a 5 star, but when on a budget this is it. I could have made another whole sandwich from this one lol. read more

I was in the sprouts off of Preston on Tuesday. This isn't my first time in a sprouts , but this was a sprouts that really stood out to my wife and I . Great , convenient location. Very clean atmosphere. As we walked in we were greeted with great service from all staff members. The bakery had fresh out of the oven corn bread that went well with our soup that the deli person suggested. We went in there just for that and left with a shopping cart . All because of the service that was given. I let the store manager aware of our experience. She was very kind and courteous. To end our shopping experience she had a clerk help us to our car . I should have gotten her name or names of members there. All I know is she has an elephant tattoo on her forearm. Thank you to the Preston store for your service. read more

I love that this location carries the kombucha that we love! Also super happy to see that they stock up on Oatly milk! The California store in Laguna Niguel only carried one version of Oatly (low fat). Staff is always friendly and it's easy way to shop no long lines. read more

Sprouts is one of my favorite spots to grocery shop. The produce is super fresh, and they've got a ton of healthy stuff I can't always find elsewhere. But honestly it's the people that keep me coming back. The staff is always nice and actually helpful not just doing the bare minimum. I've had folks walk me over to stuff, converse with me at checkout, and just make the whole vibe feel friendly and easy. It's not the cheapest place, but for the quality and the good energy, I don't mind paying a little more. read more

Sprouts is an amazing supermarket! Unfortunately they had required shoppers to wear masks during the pandemic because, I dunno, maybe they want their customers to not die!! I'm shaking my head at some of these 1 star reviews whining about having to wear a mask. Hey, if you are all for winning that Darwinian Award, be my guest. But punishing a business because they want to keep their employees and customers safe is just moronic. I just dunno what to say but the pandemic plus politics really brought out the stupid in some. Anyway, I first shopped here in 2008 and will continue as long as I live in Frisco. Just a shame I have but only one, 5-star review I can give Sprouts. read more

Really great produce. Some may complain about the new policy asking that you pay for plastic bags, but that is silly. It's only 10 cents for a bag that lasts for months. Better still, bring your own cloth bags. read more

I heard they needed over 80 workers and only about 40 Showed up. They have the best and freshest produce with great selections. Wish they had more consistent help. Overpriced. Poor selection. Poor to mediocre service. Their deli products are pretty bad. The baked goods are not fresh. A lot of the bread is still frozen on the shelves. None of it is baked there. Lately every time I buy produce from here, it's moldy within a day. I've found mold on broccoli and sweet potatoes. I also got salmon from the fresh seafood display and it smelled so horrible I had to throw it away. Sticking with Amazon Fresh from now on and avoiding this store. read more

Nice place to buy nuts and seeds in bulk. This review is about my experience. Warning: make sure you take a picture of the PL code. Otherwise, you will be spoken down to from the older white haired cashier lady that I visited on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 @ 10 AM. She was just rude. I got a bunch of different bulk items and when I got to her, she asked what the numbers were. Well, how would I know? I told her I didn't know I had to write down or take a picture of the item numbers down since I didnt see a sign that said that. She replied, "There's signs everywhere." I said, "No there's not but I will go take pics of the item numbers." After taking pictures I headed back and showed her. I explained to her that I didn't know I had to write down my own numbers. (Previous trips there before and bought bulk items but the cashier always looked through a book and entered it in. But, I wasn't going to stand there and argue back and forth.) She just said, "well that's what people do." With being a long line, I don't know if she was just moody with me but don't be sarcastic and rude when you are in customer service. Sprouts, please update your signage in the store to mention that customers need to write the item numbers down when they buy in bulk. read more

Had a face shield in front of my face but not strapped on my head... also it's closer to my face when I hold it up might I add but that's not the point. The point is I had it up in front of my nose and mouth and was told I had to have it on my head. I left with a cart full of things and will never be back. People have medical conditions + the fact I had something in front of my face and bc it wasn't strapped to my head where I can't see well I get told to leave with a store full of people improperly wearing masks. Then if you post the accurate description of the rude manager yelling at you and invading your space Y E L P will remove it and they feel my opinion is more representative of the extraordinary circumstances we are experiencing than an everyday experience at the business. So my experience wasn't pertinent because they are justified in declining services to people with very real and ordinary medical disabilities. I've visited sprouts on Friday and I was disappointed in the customer service. I asked a man where the ricotta was located. I said I had looked by the sour cream. He said why don't you look by the cheese instead of going over there and looking for me. When I was checking out, the checker just put my bagged groceries on the counter. I asked him if he could put them in my basket but he said he couldn't right now because he was too busy. So I had to bag my groceries and then take them to the car. I love Sprouts. Shop here all the time. Their chicken sausages are the best, when they have tuna on sale, what a great deal. What you may not know is they have the best peach pie. Our area of North Texas just doesn't have many choices for after dinner dessert. We swing by Sprouts, get peach pie and decaf beans, come home and have the best after dinner dessert and coffee. I have shopped here for many years because it is on my way home. The supply varies and they are often out of products. The last few times have been less and less safe from a Covid stand point. There have been multiple people not wearing masks. The first time was customers the second was the cart worker in addition to customers. I watched him take carts in from the corral outside and leave them immediately without cleaning them even though it says they are sanitized. Then he wandered around the store with his mask under his lips. As I was waiting to check out he walked up about a foot away from me still not wearing a mask over his nose and mouth. I pointed it out to him and he said it had just fallen down. I asked the manager why they weren't protecting their customers and he said they have protocols. I'm not sure what they are but I will not be back. read more

I've shopped here for over a decade but never again after the stories I've heard about how they're trying to force people to wear masks. I've seen multiple accounts of them calling/threatening to call police on people for not wearing masks. Quality of the produce has gone downhill anyways so no big loss. This is a review of the deli sandwich station at Sprouts. Although the store in general is perfectly lovely, I believe the part I enjoy the most is my lunch time sandwich order on at least a third of my work days (creature of habit, yes I know). The deli staff is awesome! Fresh sandwiches made to order. The ingredients (veggies, spreads, bread selections) are right on point. Smiling happy people are there providing excellent service. Always warm and welcoming, and they never appear too busy to ask how your day is going. They get to know you over time and seem to remember just how you like your sandwich. All the fixings are top quality and extra fresh. Excellent venue for stop-in and carry-out. I love it! read more

I love to buy produce here. They also have a lot of healthy options on the isles (usually a healthy rule of thumb is to avoid the isles where all the processed crap is). Okay I have $10 to spend on groceries this month. Where do I go?! What do I do?! I got to Sprouts Farmer's Market. I load up on fruits, veggies, and chicken and I come out of there with .53 cents change. I love this store. The fruit is fresh and tasty as well as the other produce. The meats, chicken and fish are outstanding. They have the most wonderful selection of Italian sausage varieties, like chicken basil, hot chicken, hot sweet italian. They are all yummy goodness! Sprouts is very inexpensive but with quality products. It breaks the rules of you get what you pay for because you get WAY more than you pay for with Sprouts!! read more

Since I moved to Plano on June 1, 2012, I have had grocery store ADD. I have jumped from Target, Tom Thumb, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's. All of these places had their perks, but something was...missing. Now I am a healthy shopper, in that I attempt to feed my family the best version of every product within a reasonable price. I use an app to scan my food and choose what the app suggests. I have found that Sprouts generally carries the item that is recommended as the healthiest such as: Pizza crust, bread, tortillas and stuff. The produce is not as good or extensive as the Dallas Farmers Market, but it's better than 99% of most grocery stores. Now the price, I spend less here than Tom Thumb! It blows my mind as I consider Sprouts to be on level with Whole Foods (which is crazy expensive). I hit this place up on Friday afternoons at 4:45 and it's not overwhelmingly busy. I'm the annoying person scanning and reading labels in the aisles and I don't feel rushed or that I am in the way. read more
