He told me that I could expect to pick up the order in 20-25 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and my order was hot and ready to go! I ordered a 12 cut sausage pizza and 12 medium wings. Both items were delicious - pizza was thin and chicken was moist and flavorful. It was a cold rainy night. We did not request contactless delivery. We specifically said please ring the bell or text us upon arrival. The delivery service did neither of those things. We were sitting in our living room (next to the front door) awaiting its arrival. I decided to run out and grab soda and upon opening the outside porch door (We have a covered front porch) I almost stepped on our pizza. It was left on the outside concrete steps in the cold and rain for I don't know how long. I know it was long enough for it to be a cold, soggy pizza. We called the pizza shop who said they couldn't help us because it's an outside delivery service. We were provided the outside (slice.com) delivery services phone number. They wouldn't offer anything more than a 15% off refund and had the audacity to say "the pizza was delivered a half hour early." Be aware when/how you order. We will not be using I love NY again, again, not because their pizza is bad but because I will not deal with their delivery service.

Our only option in our pervious home was always a last resort- but as we've had Goodfellas a couple times now, we feel much more excited about ordering delivery than we used to! They're friendly when you call, and never make you feel bad for using a card. The delivery guys are also friendly. Most importantly- the pizza! We have tried three versions: Chicken Frescura (which has a white sauce), chicken alfresco (with Alfredo sauce) and a sausage pizza with the regular red sauce. Each pizza held their own with flavor. Very distinct, but equally delicious. The crust on all 3 was also great- soft and fluffy but just a little crusty. Absolutely delicious! I'm also appreciative of any place that keeps the pizza bubbles in tact! I also go Their wings are super crispy, and the mild has just the right amount of kick.
