I took my iPhone 6s here because it was pretty cracked all along the right side of my screen.. & because the reviews were phenomenal with speedy service! So I decided to trust fellow Yelpers... It was Friday morning (yesterday 2/9/18) & my sister and I stopped by right at 10:30 when they opened. I don't really know what happened, but it took about 30 minutes to do fix the crack in my screen & when it was given back to me the home button would not work at all, along with Touch ID. The guy working took it back, apologized, and began fixing it again (which took another 10-15 mins). He said that the first screen was "defective", -- which I don't know why he didn't check to see if the home button worked before he tried to give it back to me he first time, but that's besides the point. The point is that now the touch on my screen only works 50-75% of the time. I almost feel like I should have just left my screen cracked because before I took brought it here at least it would type efficiently. If it weren't for auto correct, this entire review would be chopped & screwed. Two stars because 1) my phone LOOKS great -- but it's basically defective still & 2) the associate who helped me was very nice. read more

Getting the charging port on my iPhone 6 replaced was such a pleasant and fast experience with these guys. I messaged them for a quote here on Yelp and got a super-reasonable response of $39. I came in after work and was told 30 minutes to finish the job, so I decided to do some shopping at Cardenas while they fixed my phone. I came back after 15 minutes and amazingly -- it was done! First off, this place is located inside the Cardenas store. We are so glad we found this place because the guy who helped us was so nice and really saved us a lot of money. My husband's Samsung Galaxy S8 was having problems connecting to a charger for a while. Finally, it would no longer connect with the car GPS or anything. We took it in to Verizon and they said that his phone was beyond repair and we needed to buy a brand new one. We decided to take it here just to get a second opinion. Well, turned out there was just pocket lint jammed into the charging port which the guy in charge just pulled out and didn't charge us anything. Was the only place I could find that had a replacement LCD / digitizer for my galaxy s4. Service was fast, I left to shop for about 2 hours and my phone was ready when I walked back in. Everything on the phone works, but the digitizer (touch input) goes a little haywire sometimes. It's gotten better as time has gone by, but it still can get annoying. I'm not worried though because they gave me a 6 month warranty and were honest that the LCD screen was a genuine part and the digitizer/ glass is aftermarket, so that may be why it acts up. Had to take the phone back since the problem persisted, at 36 days after getting it fixed. There was some confusion about the warranty and I was told it was only 30 days so I couldn't have the digitizer/lcd replaced. I checked the receipt and it did say 30 days, but after a few minutes of pleading my case, since I was quoted 6 months, they agreed to replace the digitizer. I picked up the phone right when they closed and it seemed to be working great, but when I got home, the screen would randomly turn greenish yellow. Took it back a week later, they added adhesive, and now it's been two weeks and everything works great! read more

My screen was cracked and the the LCD stopped working, I dropped my phone off it was about an hour wait bc the guy had a lot of repairs that day. He said he'd look at it so i got a ticket and left, he called to notify that bc the screen wouldn't turn on it might be the whole motherboard damaged and if that was the case the whole phone wouldn't be fixable, he said if I gave him a couple more minutes he can check the battery. I was praying it was just that and my phone would be fixable, luckily it was! The service was great, they are very honest and dependable!
