I hate to write a bad review but after sitting in it for a month I decided to do so, half ass job, the "dry" method doesn't work and leaves a wired smell after I tried using the coupon and he made it seem like it was irrelevant and was still charged over a hundred dollars for a small house which was actually only half of that size. Wish I would have read the reviews first. I dont recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for another company to steam clean your carpets. read more

Painful lesson learned. After using several other area carpet companies over the past few years with varying results, I'm still trying to find someone I can trust to do a topnotch job for a reasonable price--and that I would want to give my business to regularly (twice yearly). So I decided to try this guy, having seen his ads for a long time in various ad circulars with the goofy caricatures. Called the week before and set up an appointment directly with him (no office) for the following week. I personally spent a couple of hours moving heavy furniture off all the carpeted areas in my house to make it easier and more efficient for him, in expectation of a promised arrival between 3-4PM. You can probably already guess the denouement of this story by my one star rating and the comment someone else made about arriving two hours late: He finally called at about 4:30 to say he was going to be finishing another job soon, then would come over. Realizing the absurdity and inconvenience of getting carpets cleaned at around 6PM or later in the evening, I checked with my wife and cancelled completely, which is probably what he was looking for anyway, since I indicated my desire to take advantage of the coupon price when I originally called. He did offer to come the next morning, but how do we function with everything I moved blocking the kitchen and bathrooms? Seething, I hung up on him and got back to work lifting all the furniture back into place on my dirty carpet, so we could make dinner. After 14 years in business (it says he's been doing this since 2001), you would think that this gentleman would be better at time management and appointment time estimation. He may do a great job, but I'll never know, because I won't set myself up for disappointment again. The lesson learned is: deal with business professionals who vet and crack the whip on employees with an eye for excellence and profitability, vs. small time operators who can get away with being flaky and/or amateurish and don't care about repeat business. The carpet cleaning business has always been notorious for shyster tactics (nonsense upcharges) and substandard work (spots that return as soon as the carpet dries)...wish I could find honest service providers in general that would renew my faith in mankind...LOL. read more

Do not hire this company ! 8X10 area rug and one small den. Ad said $38 and got charged $60. In addition to that, the carpets were left dirty. He was here all of 20 mins. I told him these carpets are not clean, they are dirty. He said well you just need to vacuum when they dry. One, when I touched the carpet with my hand, bits of grit came off the carpet. Second, why would I have to do any work if I hired and paid someone to clean my carpets. This cleaning is a real rip off as he did not seem concerned in the least that I was so upset that I would have to start all over to get these carpets cleaned before Easter. So much for customer satisfaction. He was running late to my house so I was just going to be a quick fix job so he could do all the others he had today. Don't even bother about the coupon ad in the throw away because they won't honor it after the fact. I am so unhappy with this situation trying to get ready for the holiday. read more

My mother a senior, hired this person to clean my sofa and love seat as a birthday gift to me. Unfortunately I think both my mother and I got taken. He showed up late in a pick up truck yes he had some floor cleaning pads a sprayer and a drill that he was using as a buffer. That should have been my first sign. In the 10-15 minutes was actually working he accomplished 2 things, 1. Spraying dirt and dirty chemical all over the floor walls, pantry and windows from his buffer and not cleaning it up. 2. Doing a very poor job and from what I could see, just wetting down the sofa and doing nothing else, I could tell this because there was less chemical and dirt spray around the sofa and really nothing looked like was worked very much yet on the other loves seat looked like it was over worked on different areas. We found a coupon in or mail and decided to give this place a try. The promotion was $40 for 3 rooms. We got this carpet in August 2015 so it wasn't very dirty, just had some dirt in the high traffic areas. When we called to make the appointment we spoke with Mark, who was very nice. We told him we only wanted 2 rooms done and mentioned the coupon we had. We scheduled our appointment for the following Saturday at 12:30. We completely cleaned and removed all furniture from our son's room and woke up early to work on the master bedroom. We notice at 10:40 the cleaners arrived to clean our carpet. We told them we were finishing the master bedroom since our appointment is for 12:30. They said no the appointment is for 10, either way they are early or late. We hurried and finished the master room while they cleaned my son's carpet. They were in and out in 30 mins. We asked if he would clean our 5x7 area rug since we only got 2 rooms done and he said yes. We go to pay and he charged us $60, we mentioned the coupon and he said they don't come out for anything less then $60. That was the first issue, I checked the rooms and noticed it looked exactly the same, I figured I'd let the carpet dry a little first. Next I walked into the living room where they cleaned the area rug and there was water all over the tile floor around the rug, they just left it there. A little while later I go outside and notice that they left the hose strung across our front yard, they didn't even bother to put it back the way they found it. Once the carpet dried I noticed the dirt was still there, I called Mark back and he said it's stained from our dogs and didn't want to come back and clean it again. I was so annoyed I cleaned it myself and to no surprise the dirt came right out. I think it's the way they clean the carpets, the machine was like a buffer you use on floors to make them shinny. They did spray, scrub and then suck up the water. Needless to say I will NEVER use them again, poor quality in work, poor service and TERRIBLE manners. read more

There are no hidden fees, there is no pressure to add services, and they actually honor their coupons (I've had another company show up and then tell me they couldn't honor the coupon because they were an independent franchise!). They have several employees, so the job is done quickly, but efficiently. My carpet looks brand new when they leave. They've also been on time every time, and they are personable and professional. This is my first time using this service. I do like supporting small businesses, however, I was not pleased with the service provided. The people who works for this company was running late and they did not introduce themselves. If would of been nice if they explained the process. Second, they did not wear shoe shields as they are cleaning the carpet. How clean can the carpet be? They also did not clean up after their mess after the carpet cleaning. When Mark came, he was so lazy and he just didn't seem like he even wanted to do the job... It took him an hour to even get started. I should have kicked him out BEFORE he did the work and I paid $140 for him to ruin one on my rugs and SOAK my couch leaving it feeling like a wet towel left crusty on the pool deck for a week! It's awful! He only did one side of SOME of the cushions (he didnt even touch the pillows that belong to the couch) and didn't even do the side he "displayed", when he left it to dry, very well. I wasnt expecting a major transformation, just to leave it better than it was... but, I almost cancelled the check because I called Mark back - (he did the job and said he was the owner)- within about 45 min of his leaving my home, and I asked him to come back to finish the cushions. He just said, "Eh, I'm not going to do that." I let him know that I would NOT be recommending him to anyone! He didn't seem to care about his work at all. read more
