It's always a little nerve wracking to try a new service provider but we needn't have worried. Travis did an amazing job! Add to that he's super professional and incredibly warm and friendly. Our carpets were pretty dirty given we'd avoided having them cleaned during the first 18 months of the era of "social isolation". He worked hard and quickly and was using some gear if never seen. We had Thompson's Xtreme Cleaning come out and fix what the bigger, more advertised company messed up! With our last cleaning, the other company didn't extract fully and our carpets stunk so bad. Their solution was to spray deodorizer and that was it. Also, the dirt came right back within days. This gentleman works very hard, I mean he really put his heart into to quality work. He really cares for the durability of his work too. We turned down another company's discounted price but with Travis you not only get senior or Veterans discount but it is well worth the very reasonable price. Called Travis on a recommendation of a neighbor. I am very glad I called. I had been so disappointed with the condition of my carpet that I was ready to pull it out. But since I can't afford new floors I thought I would at least try to salvage them. Travis did a great job and managed to get out some really tough stains. As a property manager, I often need to clean carpeting before new tenants move in and Travis is the best of the best. He's gotten out pet urine stains, red ink/lipstick/pen stains as well as deep layers of dirt and filth. I've been hiring him for close to 3 years now. There is nothing around here in the same class as Thompson's Xtreme Cleaning. Travis' knowledge is just so much deeper than any other carpet caregiver I've ever hired. I use the term "caregiver" because he not only cleans but repairs carpet and he can make it look like the cigarette that made that hole in your beautiful carpet never existed! Also, I need my carpeting to be as dry as possible when cleaning is done. I often have people moving in within a couple of days and I don't want them moving in on damp or soggy carpet and I don't want to encourage mold.
