Luckily or unluckily I found a dress I loved here. Lynette was very knowledgeable and helped select the dress for me. I purchased the dress October of 2025. I was quoted my dress would arrive beginning of April. For months I heard nothing from them. the estimated delivery date for the dress passed and still I heard nothing from their shop. I had to call a week later after estimated arrival and figure out what was going on. I spoke with the ladies there and was told the manufacturer was still working on assembling the dress and it had not been sent out for delivery. So ultimately, they found a similar dress and were going to ship it out. At this point my dress was MISSING after purchasing it six months in advance. They were quick in finding a dress for me so I will give them that. Fast forward to the seamstress, she was really nice. However, for a dress that "fit me well" she charged me over $500 in alterations for it. Only to not fit me properly on my actual wedding day. Ultimately I WOULD not recommend this bridal place to ANYONE. They left me more stressed out rather than helping to aleviate stress.

It was a breeze setting up an appointment and when I arrived I had the whole place to myself! I was allowed to walk around and grab any and all dresses I wanted to try on and was guided through the whole process as far as the different dress styles and colors. I came here on 8/8/26 for my first bridal appointment, and I had a great experience. My stylist,…read moreKeara, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. My dress came in quickly and was ready for pickup on 8/24/26. Unfortunately, my pickup experience was very different. I scheduled a 4:30 pickup appointment and arrived on time. According to the boutique's website, pickup appointments are supposed to last about 30 minutes, but I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes. I felt very rushed despite being the only customer in the boutique. When my dress was taken out of the garment bag, it was very wrinkled and the overskirt wasn't laying correctly from being packed in the bag. I asked if steaming would fix it, and I was told that it would, but that they don't steam dresses at pickup because "it will go right back into the bag." I understand the reasoning, but after spending $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I expected a little more care and presentation when seeing my actual dress on me for the first time. The dress was also much too large through my torso, which I understand is something alterations will fix. However, instead of clipping the dress so I could actually see how it would look when properly fitted, it was held tighter in the back by hand for a few seconds. I was then told to go ahead and change and meet her at the front. The entire experience felt rushed and underwhelming for what should have been an exciting moment. I was then offered in house alterations but after that second visit, I am not interested in coming back here so I will look elsewhere for that. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful, and I'm still very happy with my original bridal appointment and the help I received from Keara. I just wish the pickup experience with the different associate had reflected the same level of service. When someone spends $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I think it's reasonable to expect the pickup and first try-on of their actual dress to feel a little more thoughtful and special.
