MANY more anecdotes like this, from the *24 minute* phone call to fill out my loved one's death certificate (a death cert is HALF A PAGE, because the bottom half is filled out by the doctor). Don't even ask me to describe trying to get him to the correct spelling of the name "pfeiffer." That was probably half the phone call. Phone manner like an automaton with a dying battery, sounded like he was half asleep, or high, or....I don't even know. He did not sound well. No affirmative feedback to let me know he had heard me or that he was receiving the information - no basic phone etiquette. No basic human interaction skills. I kept having to say "hello? are you still there? did you get that?" It was EXHAUSTING and upsetting. I could go on and on and on. But I am distraught reliving the experience to write this review.
