Once we made a visit to Return Home, the choice was easy. The staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, all with a sense of moderation that made discussions comfortable. We signed our prearrangement with confidence we took a step that will make things easier for our family. Little did we know we would need to make funeral arrangements a son of ours before our own time came. Our phone call to Return Home was answered immediately, and Director of Family Care, Brie Smith, took care of the logistical tasks, then worked with us to set up a memorial service for the family that we conducted in a lovely space on site. Following the memorial service, we made visits to our son as he was undergoing his terramation journey. We sat with him and admired the decorations and pictures so lovingly placed by the family during the service. Now, he has returned to our home and continues to be a part of our lives in our garden. Thank you Return Home for the great care of our dear son, and the kind attention you paid to our needs. Everyone we encoutered at Return Home on our visits treated us with the same considerate manner we experienced with Brie. We now have first-hand knowledge of what our own family will experience when they work with Return Home on our behalf. We could not be more pleased.

I have dealt with a few different people but so far I can tell you that Nicole Rager and Kristin Chiles are seriously so awesome. They are both so dang efficient and have always followed through so beautifully. I'd requested a few different notes/letters be composed and emailed to me so that it would allow my various family members to take a leave from work to attend services and things for our loved one. They were able to do that for me very quickly and I think, on at least 2 different occasions now, they have been able to get those notes composed, sent to me and received all in the same day. This kind of efficiency has made all the difference in the world when it comes to having to plan something as delicate as a funeral from even 2 states south of WA. Yes I'm in CA planning a funeral that is to take place in WA very soon. Anyway, I think that these two are awesome and if you have the need to work with Yahn and Son to make arrangements whether it be pre or immediate need, these 2 will definitely take care of you and will guide you in the right direction. Another thing that is huge and that I really appreciate is that they are so good about maintaining constant contact. You won't be left feeling left in the dark, forgotten or abandoned. Thank you so much for your assistance. You guys have really been awesome.

After receiving the many forms needed to proceed and arrange for his honors ceremony, I was told that she no longer worked for them and that was when the nightmare began, I was completely ignored and when I called to turn in my paperwork with Cady, I was informed that they had already done the service and his ashes weren't there and I should just move on. They then blocked my calls and refused to further communicate with me, nor offer an apology for anything. I strongly recommend that you NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND INFORM YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

You can hardly see them. The grass is high, and ever since my grandmother was buried, her tombstone was lopsided because something drove over it. Really makes me angry to think they just drive over our family like that. But yeah that's what they do. And when they drove over my grandma's head stone it made it sink into the ground partially and it's slanted now and it's been like that for the 10 years she's been dead and they have done nothing to fix it. I have complained about it repeatedly and still, they have done nothing to fix it. Considering my family spent thousands of dollars, just to procure a spot to rest... I feel like the least they can do is make sure they are taking care of the graves and honoring the requests of family members like me but nope. Every time I come, I end up doing the landscaping by hand and cleaning up the gravestones myself. I even applied for a job here so I could go take care of the graves and I was denied the job. Please don't bury your loved ones here They have zero respect for the dead, and they have zero respect for the families left behind by them

I…read morehave many family members buried here and recently my family has used one of the mausoleums to have the urns of loved ones ashes entombed in a display type case. We have never had a problem with destruction or vandalism of a loved ones grave. We have 6 family members buried there and fortunately the burials were spread throughout the almost 40 years of use, but every time we have a funeral at least one friend or family attending purchases a plot or urn space based on the view and beauty of the property. It isn't cheap, but the view alone with mount rainier towering over the valley brings peace and comfort at some of the worst times in your life.
