After making the rounds, we kept coming back to one specific chair - Barb let us know they had 2 in stock from a cancelled order (most things are made to order) in our preferred color, plus they were included in their anniversary sale. SOLD!! I work on the commercial furniture side and felt that the quality here was oberall very high and the prices, for what you get, are pretty fair. It's not IKEA prices to be fair but it's also not made in China crap that will fall apart and bottom out in a few months. We were told to make sure we got a quote for our window and siding projects through Bob's because…read moreno one can beat their prices. My husband was there for the walk through, but said the guy was there for 5 minutes, took just a couple of measurements, said a quote was coming, and left. Not even time for questions. I had detailed notes and questions written down because we have an old house, and just need to cover our bases. None were answered. It was mentioned that we'd like to replace a bow window and completely remove the bow, and he never took measurements of the walls or anything like that. Where as, you'd think you'd want to know depth and such to ensure you've got it right. My husband was never asked what type of efficiency window he'd like, or shown what the window options even looked like. The quote came through and I honestly laughed. $45k for windows and siding and we had already replaced 7 windows previously, so this isn't even all of them. But even on the quote, it's just a vague description of the windows. The windows quote was $4k more than a franchise place we had just come out for a quote. My husband was told that their schedule was wide open until after July 4 because people go on vacations. I think it's just because people don't want to pay that much for something they haven't even seen or know what it will turn out to look like!

I call again and was told "the boss"would call me back the next day. The next day came and went and still no quote! 1 month and 4 follow up phone calls from me at this point, wtf?! The design Anita came up with for…read moremy kitchen was excatly what I was looking for , she made the experience of picking out the cabinets and countertops so easy . The products that they offer are beautiful and they have so much to choose from . Also it all came in on a very timely manner ! The contractor that they had put in the cabinets and countertops Scott Besaw is a completely different story ! He is very unprofessional , he communicated my text message and dosent even give a invoice he just expected a check to be written out right away ! He installed the kitchen cabinet hardware unevenly my knobs for the pantry cabinet doors are very noticeable. I have a slide in range oven and he cut the " hole " out wrong to where the stove doesn't fit properly and there is a gap in the back of the stove that you can see down , when a slide in is supposed to fit flush to the countertops on all sides . He cut the backslash of the main countertop to " reduce " a gap inbetween the countertop its self and the wall but his cut job was VERY uneven and it was 1 1\2 Inc thick in some spots and not even 1inc thick in others . I tried reaching out to Scott and didn't get any responce. My grandfather who also questioned his work ended up being able to reach him to discuss the job and Scott was very defensive like anyone else would be and tried to explain his actions but my husband and I were still unhappy . We had another professional come in to give his explanation because still haven't heard anything from Scott and he advised us to take the pictures into the business. So that is exactly what I did , the ladies again were so helpful and listened to my concerns they even came to the house to look it all over themselves. After seeing the poor craftsmanship they reassured me that this will all be fixed and they will get into contact with Scott . After he had to come and look for himself they all agreed with me that the countertops were put in wrong and poor so the only way to fix it would be to start over again with new countertops and Scott would have to eat the cost ! So not only did I have to have my kitchen torn apart for the 2nd time and a plumber to hook up the sink for the 2nd time but my 70 year old grandfather had to help assist the " redo " project ! The cabinets were a gift from my grandparents and Scott never spoke with me and when he contacted to set up the time to come start the do over he spoke with my grandparents because " they were the ones with the money " that's excatly what he said !!!! Technically I still to this day have not heard back from Scott he still has not replied to all the times I reached out about the work he did at my home ! I was very upset with him and his work but very content with the quality of the countertops and cabinets themselves and the customer service we received from Anita ! I would highly recommended kitchen and bath design but highly recommend requesting someone other than Scott Besaw !! Sorry for this review to be so long I just wanted to tell my story to possibly prevent someone else to go through the stress and disappointed !!!!
