You swam in the pool for many hours and many days. The pool has always been very clean. I'm sure if you were concerned about the pool you would have never had your little girl in it. The management always work with you when you were not able to pay your rent on time. But there is no comment about how understanding they were about that. Yes I will agree that there is some things that need to be addressed and the park is working on it. I have lived here for now almost 4 years. You made a judgement after 13 weeks. This is my home and I want every one to know that I LOVE it here. People are very friendly and I feel very safe. So if any one has a doubt about staying here don't . Hope to see you soon. Amc.

1-Star Google Review…read more I am extremely disappointed with what I have witnessed regarding Lot 55. My brother entered into what he was told was a four-year lease-to-purchase agreement. He was told the monthly amount would be approximately $1,150, with $650 going toward lot rent and $500 toward the home, and that he would be able to make improvements and build equity because he would eventually own the property. After he paid his $2,000 deposit and moved his family from New York to Florida, the written paperwork did not appear to match what had been explained to him. There are also inconsistencies with the dates and terms of the lease-option paperwork that he has repeatedly asked management to clarify and correct. The monthly charges have also increased beyond what he says he was originally told, with additional fees that were not clearly explained to him when the deal was presented. On top of that, the AC at Lot 55 has been an ongoing problem since he moved in. He has repeatedly requested that it be repaired. A contractor was finally sent out, but no repair was completed, and the AC remains an issue. What concerns me most is that my brother has documentation of the conversations and promises made to him, including texts, emails, recordings and video, yet he is still trying to get someone from corporate to sit down with him and resolve the discrepancies. I believe anyone considering a lease-to-purchase arrangement should get every promise in writing, review the entire contract before paying a deposit, and make sure every fee and condition is clearly explained. I hope management takes the situation at Lot 55 seriously and works with my brother to resolve this fairly. At this point, based on what I have personally witnessed, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this type of arrangement to proceed very carefully.

So this was my home course when I played on the Salesian High School golf team from 1987 to 1989…read more This is a review on the course I remember not the current condition of the course. The first hole always seemed to kick my backside. Not sure I ever got par on this par 5. The 2nd hole was an elevated par 3 and I always ended up on the right gully or in the trap. 3rd & 4th hole were good. Short par 4 and fairly easy par 3. Hated 6 through 9. Par 3 over a gully, 7 is a long par 3, dog leg left, green protected by a large oak. 8th probably the hardest hole on the course. Gully all the way down the right side. 9 is a long challenging par 5 with water. The back 9 I liked 10 & 11 (par 3), 12 was always tough with a narrow, difficult tee shot. 13 was a long up hill par 5 that played much longer. 14 was a short downhill par 4 dog leg right with a green protected by deep bunkers. 15 was a straight par 4 down hill. 16 was a challenging par 4 with gully down the right. 17 was a short par 3 over the same gully and a bunker in the back of the green for those who fly it long. 18 was a memorable par 5 with a blind tee shot. The tips tee box was placed back very far. Overall, I got the experience of playing golf here a lot. Not sure I'd go back after all the years. Long walk from the parking lot to the clubhouse. Stay safe on Highway 4 if you decide to go.

Solid course with decent difficulty. Good mix of elevation change and water…read more When the weather is good and not too windy this is a very getable course. Food is decent, good for a golf course and quick. Solid drink selection.
