They offer beautiful furniture and accessories, and customer service is the best. The shop is next to the Tiny Pyramid cafe (delicious cakes, BTW). Higuchi-san will help you find the right pieces. I found it helpful being able to choose from a good variety of fabric samples. I'd describe their furniture as "resort modern". Clean but modern with a classic fair. Good quality and design. There are not many options in Honolulu and Lalana is a hidden gem.

Are you looking to have custom furniture made, well keep looking as this isn't the place for it…read more So I had ordered a custom made desk and paid exactly 8,376.80 and informed it would be a 1-2 month build period which was completely understandable but it was delivered 4 months later. It was supposed to be a large L shaped desk with a 2 inch thick slab for the top and a corner shelf on top and bottom for electronics or what ever I want to put on it. So after about 3 months of waiting (and helping him fix both his fork lifts, a back hoe, and other things as a discount towards future items...but he did pay me for my services a couple months later) my desk shows up with his employees. And let me tell you, while the top slab looks good...not great...but good, the top shelf didn't sit flat and rocked back and forth there are some huge ugly lag bolts visible on the sides of the 2 inch thick slab legs. The under side supports block half of one of the slots I wanted for my monitor stands and the general value of the desk is worth no where near the 8k+ that I paid. (No worries though I got a free wooden paddle with this purchase so that must make up for it) Upon watching his employees assembly it at my house, I'm also not confident I will be able to move it in the future and reassemble it without having to get new hardware to secure the legs and all with as the holes they go into probably won't survive another round of the massive lag bolts being reused due to power tools during installation. I was planning to get an entire house set, like dining room table, bed room set, coffee table, media center and end tables, but now I think my money will be better spent on Ikea furniture where I at least already understand what to expect when I get it home.

I wish I needed more outdoor furniture! If you need outdoor furniture that can withstand the elements, this is the place to be. Plenty of choices to choose from and all beautifully crafted. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Quality looking furniture for sure. Delivery was expensive, but luckily the table and two chairs were able to fit into our rental. I remembered the red A-frame roofline that piqued my interest that first day. I called & Judy took great care of us. Even over the phone, she was wonderful. We had a deal worked out in five minutes. Was informed from Fabrika of the vessel delay which carried my product - impressed and appreciative of those updates! That's where it ends . . . When I initially purchased with them I added on additional coverings for my outdoor cushions. When you buy, you choose a color for your cushions - I chose grey. I also paid to add on beige cushion coverings so I may interchange them. Now, I've enjoyed grey for 2.5 years and finally decided to wash the grey ones and pull out and put on the beige. Well, when I went to retrieve the fabrika packaged box with my name on it and the word "beige", I was astonished to open them and find GREY CUSHION COVERS!!!!!! On top of all that, when I was removing the grey coverings the pillows that were used by fabrika are quite disappointing as the content of the pillow filling was coming out of the poorly designed and constructed pillow!! UPDATE: I called fabrika and notified them of the incorrect color that was given to me and the gentleman that I spoke with was apologetic and professional. I was able to take the grey covers in and they were replaced with new beige covers!

That being said, is it unreasonable to expect that a $2.500 to 3,000 set of outdoor furniture should last more than three years? Now after five years, the "wicker" thatch crumbles when you touch it. I was told I would get the leftover back when they were done. I didn't. When my cushions were finally ready, there was a black pen mark on the white fabric. The owner acknowledged that it was the seamstress's fault. I asked her to make me new cushion covers using the extra fabric I had previously provided. She agreed. Never heard from her again. Also, the price she charged me for the new cushions was much higher than what she advertised on FB marketplace (even though I provided my own fabric). I paid it because I thought the quality would be worth it, but then my new cushions came with black ink and she kept all my extra fabric... It was an expensive mistake to use Rattan Creations.
