I bought my first pair of cloudsteppers in Summer of 2024, same style as picture in blue with the same issue. The sole cracks after 1 year. On 7/27/26 I bought (2 more pairs of Cloudsteppers, 1 in blue (again) and 1 in beige (see picture) I threw the blue pair out and will have to do the same for the beige pair. I have problem feet and need a comfortable sandal, especially given the fact I take public transportation in 2 states. The comfort of my feet are paramount. I bought all 3 pairs from Macy's who this year gave me a break and I had to buy another brand, I bought TEVA. They are comfortable enough but not a cloudstepper for sure. I called customer service for Clarks's filled out a contact sheet with a picture of their defective shoe. Clarks customer service will not at the very least stand by the brand to offer me a discount at the very least if I were to purchase from them online. That I told them is poor customer service, that they don't stand by their brand if not bought from their direct store or online.

You can look at those shoes here!", as she waved her hand to a shelf. Her tone was so horrible that even her colleague, who looked a little younger, started giggling and smirking. I immediately walked out, took three steps down the block, only to think to myself to go back and let her know that I did not appreciate her statement, her tone or the way she handled herself in any means with an interested customer. When I did, she quickly put on a fake smile and passive-aggressively stated "Okay, have a nice day!", as she exaggerated a wave at me, with her friend trying to hide her laugh. Pretty sure I graduated high school years ago... It's unfortunate for the store to be represented like this because my friends and I have been coming here for a while because it's a nice shoe store that is right in our neighborhood. But after this incident, we will all be taking our business elsewhere...

The quality and prices could not be beat! (All boots are 50 percent off now, a steal for the quality!) And I decided that I (and everyone) deserve a post quarantine "I am vaccinated" treat as we are able to start walking and getting out! They also have a wide selection of heels and sandals to choose from, casual and formal, and pretty handbags and clutches. Loyal customers visit and place online and phone orders from all over the state and country, and with the wonderful selection of footwear and Evan's outstanding service, I can see why. This review is for the Brickell City Center location in Miami and the Aventura location,…read morerespectively. Both Brickell City Center and Aventura locations are lovely. The Aventura location staff are really nice and professional. There is a manager at the Aventura location- grey haired tallish fellow who comes across as friendly but with a vacant stare when being spoken too. I fear this is a language barrier issue. The staff setting up the displays are lovely and helpful. The Brickell store is set up the exact same way as the Aventura store except for the manager or person in authority who exercised her authority by bringing her mangy dog to work with her. The dog is unleashed and free to roam the store and is called back behind the counter if a customer is uncomfortable, so there is that. Mind you, asking that the dog be out of the way does not go over well with the hideous woman managing the store as she is readily and permanently set to provide the complaining customer with major attitude and a severe scowl. Suffice it to say battle-ax does not want anyone questioning her mangy pup in the store. Dog lady is a typical Miamian- entitled with anti social behavior. It is concerning because the clothing is not cheap and the fact that this behavior of "bring your dog to work" is an acceptable way to operate a clothing store is beyond comprehension. One can only wonder the stress of having to work in this environment, the employees are forced to be nice and deal with this woman's pet to keep their jobs or worse she asks one of them to walk the dog. It would be hell on earth to have to deal with that mess and work to sell a $495 skirt and a matching top. Moreover, the liability implications of a pet in the store are another issue. There are folks in the world who have severe animal hair allergies. No doubt this dog is pet and played with and unless hands are thoroughly washed immediately after that pet dander is being transferred to the clothing. Yikes! This is enough reason for no-one to ever shop at the Brickell City Center location ever again. Who wants to wake up with a rash from a top or pants from transferred pet dander?! Not I. It has been well documented that pets are unhygienic and harbor all types of bacterias. Why would anyone willingly expose themselves to such horror? All because this hideous and selfish woman can't afford a dog sitter? Lets not forget that there are also folks who want to shop in peace. I personally do not think pets should be let loose in clothing stores or any store for that matter. I will not be shopping at the Brickell location ever again.

The following day, I emailed her assistant 4 different concept sketches so that we may move forward (job ad claimed this was a job with a tight deadline and required several revisions). No answer. Several days later, I emailed asking for an update. No answer until about a week later. I get some pretentious 'we're having such a busy season, we cannot answer your email at the moment.' Ridiculous. It's been well over a month and I have never gotten a response back. I am a beginner at freelance work and have been struggling to land a full-time design-related position. I like to work with family owned companies, and this is the most unprofessional flaky experience so far. I don't recommend working with this company.

This is hands down the best De Janeiro shop in NYC. This location is a block from the J and Z on Broad Street and the 2 and 3 on Wall Street. The staff is amazing and the store is well organized and clean. The ladies here are the sweetest and always happy to help. When they saw me struggling to grab my shoe size from the boxes of shoes, they were quickly ready to help. There is also never a wait at the cash register and as soon as they see you waiting by the cash register, they drop everything to help you. Love this shop and its amazing staff!

I took the dress back the next morning and when I returned it they informed me that it was only for store credit and the credit would expire in 6 months. I think it is a pretty absurd policy since I hadn't owned the dress 24 hours.

I went there, not really knowing what to expect, but having heard rave reviews of the collaboration of the designers at Melissa Shoes and Vivienne Westwood, I was really excited. The sample sale space was a bit smaller than expected and was very crowded (I did go on the Friday evening of the sale). The plus was that the prices on a number of the shoes and flats had come down to $20/pair from whatever price they had been at and the accessories and bags started at $30. I tried on a number of the closed toe-flats and sandals. I found that the sizes tended to run small, so I picked a size 9 in the sandals (by Melissa) and a size 10 in the closed toe Vivienne Westwood gladiator shoes. Both shoes ran me $20/ pair. I also considered getting a handbag for $30, but they were out of the handbag in black, so I decided against that. The fact that the shoes are plastic does take a bit of getting used to (and my feet feel it!), but I like the fact that the shoes are eco-friendly recycled plastic. I will report back on how they stand up the the wear and tear of Manhattan!
