Unfortunately I never took to time to rave about Marquee because they USED to do an amazing job! Lately (as in multiple carwash services within this year) service has left this business. Dirt that is left on the car after running through their auto wash doesn't get attention from the attendants. They seem to just dry the car off and smear the dirt even more. The wheels don't truly get cleaned, but they try to hide it from adding the extra shine to the tires. They still do a good internal job, but most of the hard work for my car goes to the external cleanliness. At any rate...I think I am done giving my money to this business. read more

They don't even wash enough to get bugs off the headlights. I had to have them vacuum 2 times and the dude lied and said it was in my carpet, it wasn't it was simple dust from shoes under the pedals! Quality and service has gone down for a $40 car was no expect way more read more

Outside cleaning is ok, definitely don't leave anything valuable in your car that you want to keep...

For the first five or so times I went back hey did a good job not great but good enough . Now they are just doing a pathetic job ! Just left there my car is still wet and smudged all over and the half vacuumed did not even remove the mats . I'm done for $55 a month they got to do better. read more

I rated them accordingly because they've change as the staff are younger and/or kids that are often joking around, laughing and playing and not applying attention to their work, as I continue to have to call them back to my truck for cleaning very obvious ares they missed (mirrors, windows and tire treatments). I had a flower on my dash from my father's funeral. It has been there since March. They threw the flower on the ground and the other cleaner stepped on it and crushed it. I have had my car washed at least two or three times since placing that flower and they never touched it. I am so upset they did that but left a Target receipt on my seat and my dash still had dust on it!! My car mats don't even look like they were touched. Never again!!! read more

f I could give this place a -0 I would I got my car washed and when I tell you, it is absolutely horrible. It is the worst. The inside of my car was left wet. It smells like old mop water. They always have done well by me. As with most assembly line process, you don't get perfection, you get satisfaction. There are those who wash their car semi-annually; they'll pull in here and expect a miracle. If you wash your vehicle here more than twice a month and you're not on a membership... You deserve no stars! It's really unlimited... I get mine done a few times a week. Especially when there was snow, and now the pollen. On a weekend, don't let the line scare you. I pulled in, line at the street and I was still out of here in about 30. That's less time for you to do it yourself or drive all around town looking for something 'quick'. During the week you can expect the same in and out times because they only open 1 lane. My only gripe is rain days... It'll rain early and then the sun will come out... This is the worst car wash in the area, they are lazy, non informative, I only went here because my husband brings our cars here. I asked for interior only because I read they steal customers belongings. There are no signs and no attendants to assist. I asked for my wheels to be cleaned and my dog could've done a better job. Not the greatest car wash ever, but they are quick and the prices are reasonable. I think the day I went they were pretty busy and I feel like they were rushing trying to get through all the cars. The dash wipe was pretty patchy and they didn't do a thorough job vacuuming the floors. Like is said, it's quick and a decent price so I'll probably be back. Also, the outside of the car wasn't completely dry. But if you drive fast enough when you hit the street, it'll probably help. Lol. This place is open longer than Mr Clean, but the clean is missing. I went to this place because it was open (long time Mr Clean user) and had no less than 5 spots/bugs on my car that I could take off with my finger and a little spit. I'll probably never go here again. read more

I have always been pleased with the way that the employees at Marquee keep my car clean inside and out. Their blockbuster (top) package is only $26 and it includes everything. (Another carwash up 301 charged $38 for their top package and wanted to charge me $8 extra to clean my tires and my car was not clean afterwards!) I would rather pay $26 to Marquee and tip the crew $12 rather than ever patronizing these other fly by night car washes in this area. I have also used their detailing and waxing services in the past. I have been taking my car to Marquee for years and they always outshine the rest! Always smiling & polite, will correct spots, they miss. I compared to the new Wave Klean and Wave did not clean the backs of seats or door seals - Marquee always does. Wave swept floors but not under mats - Marquee takes out all mats & cleans extensively before replacing. I love Marquee, have tried others, but so far, nothing compares. read more

Got here at 8:15 it took 20 minutes to get To the car wash area, something happened and we all we just stuck waiting! No one provided an explanation. For whatever reason only one side of the 2 lane assembly line (where they dry your vehicle off and shine your wheels is open, so everything is backed up. The line is now backed up out to he street! I just asked and was told they had issues with the machine. It is now 8:55 and I'm still here. read more

Poor wash quality and poor customer service. Paid $44 for their top of the line interior/exterior car wash--expecting the dirty leather seats to at least be wiped down to remove the visible dog hair and mud, back floor vacuumed well, grill dirt cleaned and excess polymer drips wiped off. Particularly since the red carpet wash upgrades the interior cleaning to a blockbuster clean. What was I thinking? Three helpers said they don't understand while the manager finally said-oh there's no difference in the interior cleaning. Red carpet is just upgraded exterior clean and when I showed him the description-he actually said-oh just different words. And them tried to sell a detail package gor$100+. Wow! How about just clean the car like you're supposed to. He re leaned the inside and them advised the dried yogurt on the beige leather seats is actually a bleached spot on the leather and can't come off----until I took his cloth and wiped it off. Never again. I had 2 Marquee pre-paid cards that I haven't used in a couple years. Yesterday I was in the area and decided to wash the truck but was denied because they claim that both cards are expired and all my pre-paid funds are gone. On September 1 around 2:35 p.m. my iPhone was stolen from this place. I specific told the attendant that I dropped my phone and if they found while cleaning please let me know. Well they said no phone....THAT'S BECAUSE YOU STOLE IT. I've tracked my phone to 5600 Regency Lane, 296-8 Quarry Ave and just yesterday 6705 Foster Street (AGAIN). I went to speak with the Manager Jose yesterday (Sept 2, 2014) to tell him that someone stole my phone from here. He was NO help whatsoever. I told him I could track my phone and he asked TWICE did my phone have GPS. Now all of a sudden around 8 p.m. Sept 2 they stopped charging my phone and now it's dead so I can't track it any longer.
