However, you don't have to worry about rain bc if it rains after you've had it washed bc you can go back the next day. I will say this, you may not want to get it for your teen or young adult child. Getting them to take it to the car wash on a regular basis may be challenging.

I always find the service to be great; and yes, sometimes you might have to wipe your car with a towel in some places, but that's pretty normal. The subscription plans don't equate to getting your car DETAILED. There is a cost for that level of clean and I feel like a some folks need to reformulate their expectations.

Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I only needed exterior cleaning so I opted for the mid-range $20 car wash. A worker is stationed at the entrance of the car wash that makes sure you are aligned on the track before entering. The kids enjoyed the light show as you move through the tunnel. My car was shiny and clean, including the overhang on the trunk that most car washes miss. The car wash uses soft microfiber clothes to wash your car though I'll always be concerned about the dreaded swirls in your paint. A few spots on my tires and side view mirrors were missed. I'm considering the $34/month membership.

This Dash In is the example of how things should be. I have never walked in the door without being greeted by at least one employee, the store and the parking lot is always clean, and the service is excellent. The location is a bit of a pain to get into. You have to make a U turn if traveling south on 301, and if traveling north or making that turn, you have to watch for cars merging onto 301 from Smallwood, as you try to turn into the store. It is worth the trouble, The owners of this store are often working there, and they are totally into customer service. It is rare to rate a convenience store, but this one deserves more stars than Yelp allows.

Then, they hand dried it...and told me keep going. As I drove away, I realized, they never vacuumed the car. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. So, now my car is still not clean. This place seems like a complete ripoff.
