I have been coming to this car wash for two or three years. I pay for the package, it's one monthly fee, and you can come as often as you like which is a really great deal. There's one gigantic problem though, and this just started. They are only opening up one of the bays to being the cars thru. And no, it isn't because it is winter time. This started last year. It creates long lines all the way down old Washington Road. I'm not sure if this is a sign that they are going out of business, I don't know, but Im not sure how that could be possible, when I see the amount of cars waiting, including myself, to get in. I'm going to discontinue my monthly membership because instead of waiting 20 minutes to go through, you now wait over an hour on average. I know that other car washes in the area offer the same monthly programs, and don't have this problem. I love coming here, I love the staff, as well as the owner. But this is ridiculous. When I thought that it was a short-term problem that was one thing, but now I see that this is the way it's going to be. And I don't know why. But I know I can't do this anymore. Sorry Marque. I will resume my membership when the second Bay opens up again. read more

Stopped in for the third time with my Tahoe they did a bad job I got the B package $29 and they didn't vacuum the rear of the vehicle nor wipe the dirt from the leather on the drivers door there was a white spot from bird feces still on the hood overspray from tire shine on the running boards and wheels looked cloudy once I got in the sun and the area where you pick your car up is so slippery from buildup of chemicals it's like walking on ice won't be going back there read more

Expensive for an individual wash but the monthly pass is a good deal if you use it. Like any automatic car wash you can't expect perfection and can expect scratches and good and bad washes but with the monthly plan you can just have them wash it again free. read more

First visit. No line so I'm getting the works. No AC in the waiting area. There's a large screen display an the wall but not plugged in. No store area and only a water fountain and soda machine. Otherwise a very large open and bright facility. Large in door bays for drying and detailing. Best looking facility in Waldorf. read more

I have the monthly pay and you can go through as many times as want per month. You drive your vehicle thru the wash and after they put it on the conveyer belt to do the inside, windows door jams and all. I always do a walk around and most times find nothing wrong but evert once in a while they may miss a few bugs but bring it to their attention and they take care of it. I really like this car wash. read more

We have the monthly plan for my wife's car looks like it came off the showroom floor every time. They do a nice and timely job.

Hands down, best place to get a car wash. Everyone who works there is hard working and fast paced! I was impressed from the get-go. When my car wash and interior was done, I met the guy who drove my car out and he was finishing up the interior, looked under my seat and saw a few spots had been missed by the person doing the vacuuming! He called over their boss and told them it needed to be done again, so they drove it through again, did even more interior wiping and vacuuming, and while I waited the owner came out and apologized and refunded my money!! I didn't even complain but he explained to me that because they hadn't done well the first time it wasn't the right thing to do to charge me. I swore they did a good enough job the first time, but he insisted! This is a place that really values their customers and will go the extra mile to make sure they are happy! I will definitely be returning there from now on for my car washes. read more

Ive been to this car wash a handful of times and honestly had no issues with the services until I noticed a scratch on my front driver's side wheel. Being that I noticed it a couple days after I went here I figured I couldn't prove it to be their services. So I went again and immediately after I was done I found yet another scratch on my rim which was definitely not curb damage. I pointed it out to one of the people that worked there and then got escalated to the owner who was there, Christian Kim. I showed him the damage and he was adament about the fact that it was not his machine. I honestly just wanted to point it out to him that it was damaging my rims and that he should look into fixing the problem. He immediately went on the defensive and became very uncooperative so now Im going to bring this to legal matters. I took my car to an automotive shop nearby and they told me that that is a common occurance from that location. Lesson learned on my behalf hopefully you dont make the same mistake. My advice is if you have rims that you care about I wouldn't use their services they will not own up to their mistakes when it is clearly their fault. read more

Went through this carwash like I have many times before. Only this time while going through the carwash, I watched as one of the spinning brushes knocked the mirrior off my car. I came out of the car wash pulled over and reported that damage. One of the workers called the owner who was not on site. Afte about a 10 min wait he pulled up. He said he would go check his video. He came out and said that everything in his system was running correct and that he has a sign that says he is not responsible for the damage. He also pointed out that my car was old. 2004 BMW 325ci. I don't think that anyone with a really nice car would take it to this place knowing that they are not going to be responsible for any damage they cause. I have three cars in my house and went there all the time. He has lost my business and I will pass on to anyone who listen about his business pratices. I did not want to cause a scene, because trying to talk to him was useless. I will see him in court. read more

Disappointed on my last visit (7/24/15). I took my truck in to get it detailed. When I picked it up I had 2 missing floor mats and a broken back seat. I didn't notice the broken seat until I got home. I did notice my missing mats and asked for them only to be told "what I have is what I came in with". It wasn't worth the argument- mats are replaceable- no big deal. So I called to address my broken seat - no answer. I remembered the cashier had called to let me now my truck was ready so I called that number- it was her personal phone. She said they never answer the business line. I told her what happened and she the owner was there if I wanted to talk with him (Chris). I got into an argument with Chris and he hung up on me. So I drove back to the car wash. I was greeted by the owner and manager on duty. The owner (Chris) was rude and very argumentative with me still and didn't want to accept responsibility. He told me they never lose mats and that his staff isn't afraid to speak up if they damage something, and he insisted that my seat was broken when I brought it in. Well, he wouldn't know b/c he had just arrived in the afternoon hour and I dropped my truck off at 8:30 a.m..The detail cost me $120, not sure what its going to cost to repair my seat. Please note it's not over yet. Make sure you check your vehicle before leaving it in the hands of others. I'll be looking for another car wash place. read more

Be warned. If there is a problem it is all on you. There machines tore both windshield wipers off my Ford Explorer. They simply said we are not doing anything about it. They except no responsibility for tearing your property up. It cost me $75.00 to replace with Ford wiper blades. read more

I have had a good experience here every other time, but not this one. I specifically did not want my trunk touched since I had stuff organized in there, so I did not open it. Far from the case. I got my vehicle back and the item I had in the trunk was long and extended onto one of the back seats which was folded down. The person has jammed the seat back into regular position so the long item was slanted from the trunk and jammed into the roof of my SUV. All of my things(including my very greasy and dirty work boots) were thrown on the back seat. Some of them were still on the rear floor area, which the mat (one long mat), was put on top of, and backwards. So I had to re-organize my trunk, remove and re install my rear mat and take my stuff out from underneath it. The front mat was also not installed right as you see in the pic so I had to do that myself as well. The cleanliness wasn't terrible but they may have used dirty rags because there were a lot of streaks on the hood and some on the doors. I'm also not sure if they sprayed the interior scent because I couldn't smell the vanilla inside like I usually can. read more

An employee from this car wash stole my bank card and used it at a vending machine. I have gone to this car wash previously and I know the routine very well. This time when the guy drove my car out he acted very strange. He didn't look my way and rushed back inside. Usually the person who drives your car out inspects the outside and wipes it down a little. In addition, the receipt is left on the dashboard but this time it was balled up and in my cup holder. You best believe I will be up there tomorrow handling business. read more

This is the worst car wash ever! Paid $25 for the wash, bugs spots, still on my windshield, back windshield had dried spots from being out in the sun. Left my FOB in the car, someone took it out, and pocketed it. They told me I had it, which I didn't then they found it and planted it in a side pocket.....WOW! Worst thing is....no one spoke good English. How do you expect to provide customer service.......really! read more

They did a great job. They are open on Sundays. They didn't vacuum the back seat after I instructed the worker what to do. I'm not sure if it was the manager, but he took me to the other bay and spent at 10 minutes vacuuming and went above and beyond to make it right. GREAT JOB ALL!!! This is one of the best places. As I'm writing this, he is using the air hose to clean the dog cover protector! Superb! read more

Had a similar experience in 2010 like Jared B.... My car was 2010 model that I had just picked-up from the dealer. Talk to one of the owner and I was bombarded with a hyperbole as to why the car was scratched. read more

I purchased six 'Red Carpet' washes and have used four. So far it is just so so. The problem is the employees appear to not have any supervision. As the car goes through the part where they manually clean it, they are constantly laughing and goofing off, not paying any attention to the car. For instance, today I watched from the bay while the employees were so wrapped up in their friendships, they literally kept circling the same spot on the car with their rag, and never even looked at the car the whole time. I was shocked they would do this while we the customers observe their behavior. Of course, they missed all kind of places inside and outside. What could be a superior car wash turns out to be just so so. This is pretty expensive for a so so car wash. I don't plan to purchase any more when these are used up. I will look for something different. BTW, my car is almost new, and was pretty clean when I took it in. Mine was a very easy job this morning and yet they still missed many places on it. read more
