She was really patient and we felt awful when Wes forgot to bring down her final payment from our room to pay her on our wedding day.. so she had to wait until we could send my brother to our room to find the envelope we had prepared for her. In the end, we finally got it to her in-person, despite some confusion over where to find her when she stepped out for lunch but she took the delay in stride and never showed any impatience or unhappiness with us to which I am forever grateful. Really embarrassing for me to share, but I just really wanted to thank Yessie and explain just how perfect she was to us despite our hiccups. Thanks Yessie for being so fantastic and understanding!

Everything seemed fine at the time of booking, but when I reached out in January to schedule my trial, I received no response. I followed up multiple times over the course of four months via email, text, and phone calls--ignored every time. My wedding planner also attempted to contact her on my behalf, with no success. At this point, it is clear this is not a case of a missed message or temporary delay--Yessie ghosted me as a client. Because of this, I was forced to find and book a new hair and makeup artist under time pressure, adding unnecessary stress during what is already a busy planning period. To make matters worse, I never received my deposit back. For other future brides out there, please do not let Yessie scam you. Taking a client's deposit and then completely disappearing without any communication or services rendered is unacceptable.

I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing. Neil & Fiona of MXBloom were our power couple duo that provided both photography & videography services. Back in fall of 2022, they did our engagement shoot. We originally weren't that interested in doing one, but that was one of the best decisions because it allowed us to interact with Fiona (& Neil) before our big day. She directed us, captured our moments beautifully, and was so fun to work with. On our big day, Neil & Fiona were a rockstar team! They were professional, polite, AND also so much fun to have around! What I found particularly striking was their ability to capture the candid and posed moments throughout the day, without us feeling like we had to break from "being in the moment" (if that makes sense.) You could tell throughout the entire time, they were both "on" and trying to identify all the amazing, key moments to photograph/video. There were several times we had to shift our timeline during the wedding, and they were both very responsive and accommodating to those changes. They worked so well with our DJ/MC Alan (which by the way, is such an important aspect - vendors being able to work together like one team.) Their service and value provided was worth every cent. I've done a body treatment that's left my body clean and refreshed, but I mainly come back for the hour long facials and massages. The massages are relaxing and she gets all my knots out without digging hard, and she also gave me some suggestions for exercises to do in order to prevent soreness in tight spots like my shoulders. I like to get a facial at least once a season with the changing temperatures and she always goes over the ingredients, oils, and lotions she's using, and you get a nice shoulder and arm massage too! I really like the products she sells as well, Sweet Sisters, which is a local Washington brand that uses natural, organic ingredients.
