It's a great theatre. We have never had an issue going there with food, rest rooms, or technical issues and we go to every big movie that comes out. I'm not sure if all the bad reviews are people being vindictive or what, and I get occasionally, something might happen, but it doesn't deserve bad reviews. The staff has always been very considerate and seem to know what they are doing. I never claimed to be an expert on theatres but have been to quite a few in my middle of the road life. Cute theater pretty clean. Popcorn very good but they were out of hot dogs, big bummer Also the theater was freezing cold. Bring a blanket with you. I finally couldn't take it anymore and left the movie early. On the way out I told them about the temperature problem and they said they would turn on the heat but by then I was ready to go. First, I would like to say Thanks for having a movie theater in Crestview, FL. The staff is always helpful and make sure my family is squared away. The experience drastically decreases once inside of the specific showing room. The rooms have been stinky like mildew the last 3 times we went. The seats and floor are dirty. The bathrooms need some TLC as well. I hope someone in management see these comments and aim to correct it. A lot of people would love to support this theater, but is conflicted with the "not-so" clean establishment. They rather drive to Destin. read more

I am not from around here so the prices are refreshing, I'll just say that right off the bat! We always have a great experience. There aren't assigned seats like at other larger movie theaters so I wouldn't personally see anything major here opening night since it's first come first serve but it's a cute little hometown theatre! read more

Met up with friends at this theater, didn't expect much but this was below expectations. Staff was very kind! It was very dirty and filed with roaches. I just felt sticky and greasy just sitting down. Place was clearly run down but had a homey feel. We appreciated the enthusiastic staff and they were very helpful!We did have a great time though! I'm sure we spent 20$ on the claw machine. (That was rigged) it felt outdated but overall was an okay experience. It was alluring and fun to hang out in! 3/5 read more

I purchased tickets four days in advanced for Marvel's Infinity Wars. I walked into my local small town theater to see the two center rows of the theater covered in printed out VIP signs. This has never happened before. VIPS don't come to this tiny theater in Crestview, Fl. If I had known I was able to reserve seats, I would have done so. However, this tiny theater in this tiny town doesn't have reserved seating. SO WHY ARE WE LIMITED TO THE SHITTY SEATS IN THE THEATER???? ***EDITED TO ADD*** The theater messaged me and let me know that this was in fact a private showing and I should not have been able to purchase tickets. Nice to finally have our own premium theater in Crestview. In the beginning it was plagued with movies that would stop or sound that would drop out BUT it seems they have fixed most of these issues. I was a big fan of their free movie summer program and didn't mind paying for popcorn for the kids since I got in free. We came most every week during the summer and it was a mcuh appreciated break for the kids when they got cabin fever!! The prices are cheaper than any other large theater chain in Ft. Walton Beach or Destin so when I do see movies before Redbox in the theater I come to this one. I have given them 4 stars becuase their credit card machine has been down twice during my visits BUT I luckily had cash. Some other unfortunate souls did not and had to leave. read more

Just a clean nice small town cinema that anyone near by could go to for a family outing I enjoyed the convenience!

Heavy mold smell in theatre. Upon leaving noticed tiles bulging from wall and peeling wallpaper with mold. Very disgusting.

Solid theater especially compared to what Crestview used to have. Reasonable prices and a quality experience. Unless you really want to see something in IMAX 3D then this theater will meet your needs. Comfortable seats, clean, and good service. They offer discounts for seniors, military, and students. When you look for this spot, it is easy to miss because it is oddly in a neighborhood area. When you see the Ale House, turn in on that street because the movie theatre is located behind it. They cleaned the theatre before the movie started and did a great job. They don't clean in between movies, popcorn everywhere on the floors. Their "large " slushy is the size of a small soda, total ripoff.movies sound quality was good but for 3D movies I'm sure the brightness has to be slightly up cause with the glasses I couldn't see most of the screen read more

Started off as a nice theater, but rapidly declining. Dirty, in disrepair, and staff are typical careless teens mostly.

This theater sucks the play the same movies for a month at a time. The theaters in Destin and Fort Walton Beach get 3 to 5 new movies every week. Maybe they need new management ! read more

We always enjoy the Marquis 10 in Crestview. Compared to all the other places we've gone for movies their popcorn is the best and has the best flavor and texture and never tastes old. It's nice to go to the movies without having to drive all the way to Ft. Walton or Destin to see a movie! I would like to also add that I noticed another person saying on the reviews they bought the bucket for the popcorn and think the bucket owners get the old cold popcorn. That is silly, there is no other popcorn but the stuff they are constantly popping. We got the bucket too and have ALWAYS had great popcorn as it all comes from the same popcorn popper! Don't pass it up. The only down side is when I bought the bucket at the beginning of the year, we didn't actually go to the movies again for a while and by that time they marked it down even lower. If you don't go that much wait until the time of the year you do like summer when the kids are out of school or winter when you go more for an indoor activity when cold before you invest in the bucket, by then it is MUCH cheaper. I've been there 3 times and different times and days, never a crowd, maybe because they charge too much. If they charged normal prices, then they would have more people show up. Tonight is the second time we have left this movie theater with a tick on one of us, this time is smelled so bad of pesticides we almost left early. My ankles itched the whole time during movie, I left with bite marks and welts. Don't know how we made it through the movie but they will never get our money again. I don't understand any positive reviews for the Crestview Marquis Cinema 10 unless they're relatives of management or owner - or PAID for a positive response. My wife and I have gone there several times ONLY because of its proximity. EVERY TIME we've attended, something is sewage-backed up in a restroom with yellow tape blocking the facilities - sometimes more than one. Stay away from the West side of the building - that's the worst. The last four times we attended the sewage stench was so bad we had to leave before the movie even began - and noticed only a few people stayed to endure it. At least 5 times we attended only to see a note on the door advising that a projector was defective and the movie suspended. Yesterday, 7-14-2018, we went to see "Skyscraper," and it was the first time we'd seen the place with more than 10% capacity - it was about 75% full - the air conditioning was down - AND the sewage stench prevailed too. People were audibly complaining - many walked out. I saw guy trying to chase down a big roach on the floor. Folks, why the **** would you eat popcorn or anything else at a place like that? We're finished. Never again! A cinema owner that cheap and uncaring about patrons should be shut down from doing business. read more
