    Delphina- seafood paella

Lovely, lovely experience! This was the perfect all-inclusive relaxation getaway! There's no way I can capture the full breadth of my 5-day stay, but here are some highlights: Customer Service: the staff, from the bellmen to the restaurant staff to concierge, all were welcoming and super hospitable. We had a small mishap with our room, and we were accommodated promptly and received starwberries and a note as an apology. Pools: the pools are spacious enough for all guests. I spent most of my time at the adult pool, which has a cool infinity effect with the ocean! Both pools have a swim-up bar. It was definitely a task to secure beach chairs in the shade, but there are cabanas to rent. Beach: the beach was beautiful, but there was tons of seaweed. Apparently, this time of year (June, July) has the shore covered in seaweed. Not many guests spent time in the beach water. Also, the waves were quite strong. Dining: the dining options truly impressed me! Lunch options were more limited with pizza, tacos, hamburgers, etc. But dinner...AMAZING!! There is a Mexican, Japanese sushi, Japanese hibachi, Italian, Mediterranean, and Polynesian restaurant that you can book off dinner. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly, across the board (and, I say this as a New Orleanian). My favorite experience had to be Delphina, the Mediterranean spot. It sits out on the seashore and is the perfect tropical ambiance. All dinner resys can be continently booked in the Marriot Experience app. Rooms: the rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty bathroom space and nice showers. Housekeeping came promptly daily. Overall property: the property was beautiful! The lobby was huge and peered out onto the ocean. So pretty. Every inch of the resort was spotless. It's a family-friendly resort, but I didn't feel overwhelmed with the presence of children at all. It was conveniently located just a walk away from excursion centers and water sports. I highly recommend this resort...was so sad to leave!

The staff here was very friendly. Every time we walked by someone they smiled or said hello. The resort and room was very clean. Loved the view from my ocean facing room with balcony.

Amazing resort with the most friendliest staff, especially the event hosts. The food is delicious and we barely got to try everything the whole 6 days we were there. There were events every hour of the day and we never were bored. I'm glad I stayed here for my first all inclusive resort. I'll definitely be back in the future. Still can't get over the amazing staff and food!

This is our first time going to Marriott all inclusive. From the very beginning until we left all the staff were amazing. The activities in the pool were so great, George and his team really made sure to be inclusive. I was not super comfortable with water but they kept pushing me in a positive way and I loved the experience. The food was amazing! We were thinking since it is all inclusive the quality might not be great, but we enjoyed the food in most restaurants. We will definitely visit this place again.

The Marriott Cancun Resort is an absolute paradise! The property is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, well-maintained grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything you need for a luxurious stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great experience. The dining options are fantastic, with delicious food and drinks to enjoy by the pool or at one of their restaurants. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Cancun. It's perfect for a getaway, it's an all inclusive resort and you will have all the options to relax there

We stayed here for 7 days, and everything about our experience was wonderful. The staff were amazing--friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Special shout-out to Marco at Delphine--he made our family dinner extra special and memorable! Food: There's a great variety of food options at the resort. Make sure to book your restaurant reservations as soon as you arrive--they fill up quickly! I genuinely enjoyed all the restaurants, though my least favorite was MO's Milkshake & Burger and Ono Izakaya (sorry!). Must-visit: Organic & Co This spot became our go-to! Everything from the coffee, fruit bowls, and breakfast sandwiches to pizza on the go, fresh juice, and especially the bakery items and sweets. all top notch. I highly recommend the tiramisu! Restaurant Highlights: Hana Grill: The Ribeye and New York Strip Steak were excellent. Delphine: Start with the clam and mussel appetizer, then enjoy your meal with an ocean view. The ribeye and lobster risotto were unforgettable! Poolside Eats: Don't miss the seafood tacos and the ceviche mixto! a must-try! Room Service: Room service was great! I especially recommend ordering breakfast to your room. it was much better than the breakfast buffet, which was a bit underwhelming. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We highly enjoyed this resort! The service was absolutely amazing. I barely sat down and already had a server taking my drink order. The water park area is small but fun. It is a little chilly because it's in the shade a large part of the day. The people at the waterpark were so kind and helpful. They help you get in and out of your tube. My kids absolutely loved the pizza. They accommodated my picky son. I highly recommend asking them to make your personal sized pizza. I enjoy going to the cevicheria and having the seafood tacos at the stand next door. The shrimp tacos were my favorite!!! All of the drinks that we had there were really good and we tried almost all of the bars. My daughter loved sitting at the bar down by the beach because you could sit in the swings. My daughter did go to the kids club briefly.Just to do one activity, and she really enjoyed it. The kids club staff did come and find us down by the pool, and she went and played a game with some other kids in the pool. At one point they were doing face painting, and they actually did a really good job. For dinner we went to the steakhouse. My kids and my husband each ordered two steaks and they said that they were amazing. I ordered the fish, and it was really good as well. We have been to a number of different all inclusives in Cancun, and this one definitely rated up at the top.

Simply nice AF! They treat every visitor like royalty. They remember your name and hold doors open for you. Don't have to ever leave the resort. Lots to eat lots to do and more t

A great all-inclusive resort, beachfront on the beautiful Cancun riviera, with white sands, swim up bars, and multiple bars and restaurants. The rooms were recently remodeled, spacey and comfortable. Service is excellent at all the resort outlets. Food is four stars, which means very good, with room for improvement. The breakfast buffet is good, but not on par with other comparable resorts. Lunch offerings are weak, they definitely need to improve their variety and quality. Dinner on the other hand is very good, with multiple restaurants; Mexican, Polynesian, Japanese, and American, generally pretty good. The atmosphere is cool, with activities for families on the main pool, and adults only at the smaller pool. There is also a lazy river and water slides, but the best asset is of course direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

this is the first all-inclusive marriott in cancun! the resort is stunning at first . when you walk in, you see directly in to the window on the other side of the building of the most beautiful ocean blue! since we were there around christmas time, they decorated the lobby so beautifully. the rooms are super nice and clean. we had an ocean view room and it was simply amazing to nap in bed with the sliding window open to hear the ocean breeze. the pros stop there though. food, service, entertainment are pretty horrible and i was feeling torn about this review because I loved my ocean view room so much. food: 1. HAVE to make reservations or you'll be hungry. this is the first all-inclusive resort i've been to where they are incredibly strict on this. you cannot show up early or late or they will give up your spot and put you to the back of the line... even back if people who didn't make reservations. 2. lack of food options: if you don't make a reservation, good luck. the buffets for the restaurants are all breakfast only and they have the slowest cooks in the world working. the only coffee shop of the resort has laughable options, pastry options are minimal, and food terrible. 3. ordered room service several times and they never showed up. the phones don't work properly either other amenities 1. outside pool is small although they have an infinite pool which was nice . not the worst complaint about the hotel but wish it was bigger 2. they have a lazy river! this was really fun option although i wouldn't call it lazy because it went pretty fast. it was fun but the water was super cold! i highly recommend it though! 3. gym. it was small but clean and did the job 4. no entettainment: i kind of felt bad for the kids because it is BORING. there is no night or day entertainment. they do have a really cool looking kids club but that's it this place is a good option if you are not traveling with children or don't like food :p I'm not sure I would come back to this resort unless i had credit. i did give this place 3 stars though because while it could be waaaay better it had a clean and nice feel to it... compared to other resorts i've been to

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We get an email from the staff saying that there are several things that are closed: fitness center, spa, water park, and kids club are what they mentioned. They email about 1-2 weeks in advance of your stay and I couldn't cancel without penalties at that stage. The main reason we booked it was for the kids club and water park. As you can see from their website, they advertise it's completely renovated and they suggest the resort will be complete by April 7th, 2024. Completely deceptive and they penalize you for being on this resort since it's running at half capacity. You also get to enjoy the nice sounds of construction while you are at the pool since everything is being renovated. When we arrive at the resort, there is more that is closed. Press + Start is barely open; No arcade games are open. There is barely anything to do while you're at the resort. Hana restaurant is the main area for breakfast; it's supposed to be open for lunch but it's closed. All the restaurants are generally 15-20 minutes ready after the suggested opening time. Maybe it's worth the renovations but otherwise stay away from

Amazing Family-Friendly Experience - Worth Every Penny! We had an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. Staff were ready to help with luggage, greeted us so warmly, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Traveling with two young kids (a 5-year-old and a 7-month-old) can be stressful, but the team here made everything so smooth. Whenever we had the stroller, there was always someone ready to assist us, whether it was at the restaurants, pool, or around the resort. Food-wise, everything was top-notch. My favorite spots were Mo's Burger and the sushi restaurant - everything was super fresh and flavorful. Around the pool area, they serve everything from pizza, nuggets, burgers, fries, tacos, ceviche, fruit, and more - you'll never go hungry! Plus, the servers were constantly checking in and even started remembering our drink orders, which made everything even more relaxing. My husband didn't even need to leave the pool to get a drink while swimming with our 5-year-old - they brought it right to him! One highlight was renting a poolside cabana for $150 USD - totally worth it. It was spacious, cooler, and perfect for our baby to nap comfortably. On the first day, there were no available chairs and since we had the baby, the staff graciously allowed us to use a cabana complimentary. The next day we officially rented it and were treated like royalty - tacos, shrimp, octopus, guacamole, coconuts, sparkling water, and more delivered right to us. There was a small mix-up at check-out about the cabana charge, but the supervisor quickly sorted it out and even offered us a complimentary lunch at Mo's before leaving. That level of care and service really stood out. The amenities are also excellent - the kids club had daily activities, the main pool had games throughout the day, and every evening there was something going on at the lobby. The resort has a huge pool, an adults-only pool, a splash pad, lazy river, and a slide - plenty to keep everyone entertained. Final thoughts: Amazing food, outstanding service, family-friendly atmosphere, and staff that truly go above and beyond. Please remember to tip! Even though it's all-inclusive, the staff work incredibly hard and deserve to be appreciated. I saw so many guests not tipping, and it didn't feel right. The team here genuinely made our trip unforgettable.

The Sushi spot at the restaurant was amazing!

We went to celebrate my husbands bday and our 21st anniversary! The food was amazing , the activities were awesome, the pools were always clean and staffed well!! Make sure you stop by the main lobby bar that opens at 4, Jason and Enrique will take care of you! They also have awesome ladies that walk around and make sure you are never in need of a drink! Can't wait to go back!

Every single person that works at this property is out of this world! Kind, helpful and always going above and beyond to make things memorable! We visited there one evening and have the best time and service! This isn't the same restaurant where you go to breakfast but at night is a Spanish tapas restaurant. Everything was fantastic but all the food on the property is really great! We especially loved to order lunch by the pool. All the cocktails are fantastic, even poolside! Rooms are standard JW with some of them recently updated with the others on their way to being updated. Yes, there is a sort of a musty smell in the air, but that's in most hotels. It's a very hard to keep those highly humid rooms from smelling a little musty. You just have to get over it and enjoy the time outside the room. Pools are super cute and the beach area is nice. There is an adult pool that is open during the day but wish it was open later! Lots of places in walking distance if you decide to venture out of the property but why would you need to! Easy drive from the airport and to the downtown or for departure to Isla Mujeres. Unfortunately, for the past two years, our experiences have declined significantly. The hotel no longer maintains the level of service and standards we once loved. The atmosphere feels different, the staff are not as welcoming, and there is a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care. During this stay, we had a particularly unpleasant two-day experience at the beach regarding the setup of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rather than going into every detail, I will simply say the situation was handled poorly and left us very disappointed. What was most upsetting was that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue or make up for the inconvenience. Even after speaking with Guest Relations, who mentioned contacting the General Manager, nothing improved the following day. No accommodation or gesture was offered, which was surprising given the hotel's luxury positioning. It is also noticeable that the property feels quite empty during weekdays, except on special occasions or long weekends. Even then, the warmth and hospitality we once associated with this hotel seem to be missing. That said, I want to sincerely recognize Valenzo, who served us daily. He was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for anything, he would notice small details, like refilling ice before we even realized it was melting. His service was outstanding and he truly tried to make our stay better. Thank you, Valenzo. You made a difference. It is genuinely sad to see a place that once meant so much to us lose its standard. We hope management takes guest feedback seriously and invests in retraining staff to restore the level of service this property was once known for.

We checked in on a Sunday around 4:30, and the room was already cleaned up and ready. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms on the fourth floor, and the room was well maintained the whole trip. Housekeeping was really good, and the lady who seemed to consistently clean our room was super friendly. They also do evening turndown service between about 6 and 9, which I liked more than I thought I would. The food was hit or miss. Sea Corner was easily the biggest disappointment. You really have to like ceviche to enjoy that spot. I tried the battered fish taco, which was a really small rolled fried fish taco and honestly tasted kind of stale. The red snapper tostada was okay, but still pretty subpar. Overall, Sea Corner is one I would skip. Ciete's breakfast buffet was decent, but still very buffet. Some of the food had that stale, been-sitting-out-too-long taste, but the omelet bar and fresh juice/smoothie bar helped a lot. They have two omelet bars, which spreads people out, and Marco at the smoothie bar was awesome. He remembered me after my first smoothie and was friendly the rest of the trip. Azure was pretty good. We split hummus and pita, and I got the chicken in red wine. The chicken was cooked perfectly and came on a bed of mashed potatoes that were really good. Dessert was just okay. The baklava was very cinnamon-heavy and almost tasted like a churro. MB was good and definitely felt like their "dress up" restaurant. I had the stuffed chicken, my girlfriend had the veal cheek, and we also tried the filet mignon. The filet was cooked perfectly medium rare, and the meal overall was good. Not amazing, but one of the better dinners there. Hidden Garden was probably our favorite restaurant. We went there twice because it was that good compared to the other options. The samosas, gyoza, chicken satay, shrimp fried rice, and desserts were all really good. The Thao, basically their version of orange chicken, was also really good. The pad Thai was okay, but sweeter than I prefer. Their signature cocktails were also really good. The Thursday night show was a nice part of the trip. They had a buffet by the pool, with a mariachi band from 7 to 8 and traditional Mexican dancing from 8 to 9. The dancing was almost like a theater-style show, and that part was great. The buffet was on par or slightly below par. They had a crepe bar, a grill with pretty good steak and chicken, and a couple decent soups, but a lot of it still had that left-out-too-long, slightly stale buffet taste. The entertainment and activities were a big highlight. Trivia every night was great, and karaoke was a blast once people started getting into it. Pablo hosted trivia and karaoke with Jorge as the DJ, and Pablo brought a lot of energy. Jorge also DJs at Egos later at night, and they played a good mix of American dance music and Latin dance music. During the day, we tried archery, water aerobics, bingo, the guacamole class, casino night, and a self-facial class. Archery was a blast, and aqua aerobics in the infinity pool was really fun. Ricky was a ball of energy, and Jocelyn was really cool too. The activities did not feel like boring resort filler, which was a nice surprise. A few things could be better. Pool towel service closes at 6, even though people are still in the pool later. There is also basically no shade in most of the pools, so you get crispy pretty fast. They also need to be clearer about which pool beds are first-come, first-serve and which ones are paid or for Club Aqua. I saw multiple people get moved because it was not explained well. Communication could be better too. Some restaurants are closed on certain days, probably because the resort was around 50% capacity, but they should give you a schedule at check-in. We planned to try Verana, their Italian restaurant, and then found out it was closed that day. The humidity is something to think about. Obviously it is Cancun, but the indoor areas and hallways do not have much air circulation. Our fourth-floor hallway also had a broken water feature with sitting water, and I think that made the hallway smell more humid and musky than the rest of the resort. The drinks were decent, but I would not go in expecting strong resort cocktails. I drank margaritas and pina coladas most of the trip and never really felt much from them. For stronger drinks, shots are probably the better route. Overall, Live Aqua Cancun was a really nice, relaxing trip. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the activities were way more fun than expected, and Hidden Garden was a nice surprise. The food is not amazing across the board, the pool setup could be better, and communication could use work, but I still had a really good time. Good resort, not perfect, but definitely worth checking out.

The food was another highlight. With multiple onsite restaurants. Vina del Mar was perfect for starting the day- it serves breakfast lunch and dinner and offers mexican and international cuisine . Outdoor sitting was beautiful. All other restaurants would need reservations- and we tried Chianti Trattoria Italiana - serving Italian cuisine and had elegant atmosphere. La Joya- serving authentic Mexican cuisine with incredible presentation. With its prime beachfront location, relaxing pools, outstanding dining options, and exceptional service, Grand Fiesta Americana Cancun delivers a truly luxurious experience. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would love to stay here again.

There was lots of it available, and since this property doesn't require reservations we didn't have trouble getting into any restaurants. But, the food itself was just fine. Nothing spectacular and a bit bland at times. However, this was still such a positive experience that I would recommend this resort and absolutely return.

Grand Oasis Cancun was the worst all-inclusive resort experience we've ever had…read more We booked this resort for our sons' senior graduation trip based on advertising that promoted it as a fun, energetic party resort. The reality was the exact opposite. Check-in took over an hour because staff claimed they couldn't find our Expedia reservation. Another person in our group had already paid for services through the resort's website but was repeatedly asked for additional payment. Our group spent an extra $1,000 on upgrades hoping to improve the experience. It didn't. The rooms were small, outdated, dirty, and not worth the extra cost. The food was terrible. We expected mixed quality based on reviews, but much of it was barely edible. Making dinner reservations felt intentionally difficult, and once we finally secured them, we were forced to sign agreements acknowledging additional fees if we were late. The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of atmosphere. There was very little music, almost no nightlife, and most activities shut down before 11 PM. We ended up leaving the resort almost every night so the boys could find entertainment elsewhere. What frustrates me most is how misleading the marketing is compared to the actual experience. After more than 15 years of booking travel through Expedia, I'm genuinely disappointed that Expedia continues to partner with and promote a resort that feels built around false advertising, upselling, and disappointing guests. We trusted the Expedia brand, and this resort fell far short of the experience it promised. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Sometimes all inclusive hotels can feel gimmicky, like being on a cruise ship or something. This was not that at all. This was a high end experience from start to finish. The hotel service and facilities are impeccable. I was blown away by the care they take to tend to each guest. I was only there for a few days and people took the effort to learn my name and my personal preferences. To start, the room was incredible. I stayed in a suite and it had a juccuzi right inside the room and an ocean view with a hammock. The room also came with a mini bar which was restocked daily (although you could also call and request anything at any time). Every day they had a different schedule of activities for guests with quality entertainment (not tacky acts). They had all all white party with a circus one day which was fun, a foam party, bull riding and more. The food deserves its own review. It exceed my expectations by a lot. They had several food options to choose from, including an Asian restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, a mexican restaurant a cafe and a global buffet. The restaurants were all open extended hours until 10 or 10:30 so there were always food options available. The global buffet did different themed dinners every night. Of the restaurants, I liked all but I'd say the Mediterranean was the most high quality. The preparation and taste was on par with any top NYC restaurant. The octopus dish was especially memorable. Second favorite was probably the Mexican restaurant. They have a chef from Oaxaca who makes a great mole. At each restaurant, the managers always made an effort to stop by my table to make sure I had what I needed. The employees genuinely care about serving you and they do it gladly. Sometimes you go to places where the employees are disgruntled or have a bad attitude. Not the case here at all. Everyone seemed generally happy and in a good mood. It felt like most of the people here were celebrating something, whether a bachelorette party or birthday, but it didn't feel overall raucous or anything. They had a silent disco one night and I think that also helped with any potential late night noise issues. I was really impressed with how well curated the schedule of activities was. Additionally, the hotel was very clean. When I first got in, people were mopping. They're constantly changing pool towels that are left out. Everything was spotless. The sheets were crisp and white. My room was changed to my liking. No complaints. One of the better places I've stayed. I would definitely come back in a heart beat. I loved it here!

This was not my first visit to Hyatt Zilara Cancun and it was actually my amazing experience here in 2019 that started my loyalty to Hyatt. I am currently a World of Hyatt Discoverist member, and after my first visit to Zilara, we loved the Hyatt experience so much that we chose Hyatt Ziva for our vow renewal in 2022. Because of that, returning to Zilara was something I had looked forward to for years. First, the staff at this resort deserves so much recognition. My concerns are not a reflection of the employees because the service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. From before we even arrived to our final day, everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely wanted guests to have a great experience. Before our trip, Eddie reached out as our concierge and was extremely helpful in making sure we were prepared for our stay. He helped coordinate our spa services ahead of time and assisted us with securing a late checkout, which made our trip much smoother and more relaxing. At check-in, Luis helped us on the World of Hyatt side and was wonderful. He explained the changes and additions to the resort, helped us understand reservations, and made sure we had the information we needed. Throughout the resort, the service remained consistent. Even when I had a meal I didn't enjoy, a staff member at the teppanyaki restaurant was genuinely concerned, offered alternatives, and wanted to make it right. That level of care stood out. Our room was excellent. We stayed on the fifth floor in a corner room and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, and I loved the pillows so much I am actually trying to find out what kind they are so I can buy them for home. The bathroom was great, especially the mirror with multiple lighting options. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which I always appreciate. The only thing I personally missed was having a bathtub, but overall I had no complaints about the room. The resort itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The pool area is relaxing with comfortable chairs, and it was never difficult to find a place to sit. The atmosphere is definitely more quiet and relaxing rather than a party environment, which can be a positive depending on the type of trip you want. The beach was well maintained, especially considering the seaweed situation during our visit. The staff worked hard to keep it cleaned up, and the things outside of the resort's control, like weather and ocean conditions, did not impact my opinion. The spa was absolutely phenomenal and I wrote a separate review specifically for that experience because it deserves its own recognition. The gym was also impressive for a resort gym. There was plenty of equipment, treadmills, a stretching/yoga space, and even a Pilates studio. I was hoping to participate in Pilates, but the class filled up quickly. I thought the fitness offerings were a nice addition. Where this stay fell short for me was the food. At an all-inclusive resort, the food experience is such a huge part of the overall value because you are eating every meal on property. When we visited in 2019, one of our favorite memories was eating at Pelicanos by the pool, so we were excited to return there first. We knew things had changed since our last visit, but unfortunately the quality and options did not feel the same. We tried several restaurants, and while the service was always great, the food itself was disappointing. The Italian restaurant felt very bland overall, although the bread service and tiramisu were enjoyable. The cacio e pepe and pasta dishes did not meet expectations. The teppanyaki experience also was not what I expected. I was hoping for more of a traditional hibachi-style experience, and the meat quality was disappointing. The buffet was fine, especially breakfast, but nothing really stood out. Room service was quick and the staff was friendly, but again the food itself was not something we loved. My favorite treat on property ended up being the ice cream at the coffee shop. The biggest thing I missed was having easy poolside food options. When I'm at an all-inclusive, I love being able to relax by the pool and grab things like quesadillas, ceviche, or small bites without stopping the pool day. The lack of that type of experience was probably my biggest disappointment. Drinks and pool service were great, and the staff did a wonderful job checking on guests. I personally don't drink alcohol, but it was clear they were attentive with beverages. Entertainment was limited compared to some other all-inclusive resorts. There were some activities and a few performances, but not the larger

A special thank you to Chris, our Reserve Concierge, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. If you're considering upgrading to The Reserve Adults Only section, I highly recommend it. The concierge service, exclusive lounge, premium drinks, coffee bar, adults-only dining, and Bali beds were well worth it. It had the best reviews for what we, as a family, needed. The whole point of the trip was to take our family, including abuelos, on a vacation everyone would enjoy. Being abuelos' first time at an all-inclusive, it exceeded their expectations and they loved the experience. They were able to get food and drinks as they pleased. For the kids, all they needed was a kid friendly pool, other kids to play around and they were happy. However, Fiesta Americana Condesa also offers a kids club from toddlers to teens. I do want to highlight how EVERYONE ( all staff) were exceptional from the moment we step foot on the property to the time we left. For our family, every eatery visited was well run, again all staff was super friendly and more than helpful with some even go your of their way to accommodate for reasonable food preferences, specifically, the Buffet. Are there things that can improve? Yes, of course there are, just as with any other hotel. Some of the fixtures might need updates, the gym could use 40 -45 lb (18-20kg) dumbbells and recovery equipment, Sushi Corner MOST DEFINITELY HAS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT and lastly, there could be more adult activities. But in reality, most people come to ALL-INCLUSIVES to drink to your hearts content, drink some more, then drink some more and maybe throw in some food somewhere. The central lobby bar didn't seem to be at a loss for patrons throughout the day. If you're looking for fun time, a good variety of food, adult and family friendly activities, and WON'T BREAK THE BANK then I'd recommend checking out Fiesta Americana Condesa.
