I've had the pleasure of staying here for the past year, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place both to business travelers as well as those who travel less frequently. Let me start off by saying that I'm not one of those travelers who demand/require a lot of pomp and circumstance. If I stay at the same hotel on a weekly basis, I try to know everyone in the hotel on a first name basis. From the very first night, this hotel was top notch in every aspect. The chefs, Larry especially, know their stuff. I've had almost every item on the menu. Never once did I have something that was prepared perfectly. Michael, Allison, and Maria were amazing at the bar. Clare and the entire front desk were always there to greet me with a smiling face every week. Amy up in Concierge was always a welcome face each evening. I think it goes without saying that my stay there was excellent. I would not hesitate to suggest this place to anyone. Front desk made mistakes on a few key items when checking us in. They got confused despite the reservation being specified for more ppl, we also prepaid for breakfast. They tried to charge us but that was corrected. Check in was fine despite needing to direct them a few times. We were there with in laws on a Saturday night. There was a lounge in the lobby that had lots of drunk rowdy people. We figured maybe an event was happening that weekend. The worst part was probably the thin walls. We heard our next door neighbors having weird spurts of loud sex on and off for hours into the night? .. I thought I'd chosen a comfortable place to stay when with family because of the the modern renovations but probably won't be coming back due to the crowd. read more

The rooms here. They are great. Second to none. I filled out a credit card authorization form to be charged because my younger brother was gonna get there before me and they still charged his card instead for the room rates. AND THEN the next day they tried to charge my card for the room the second day double charging us. Our rates also came with complimentary buffet breakfast. They should've specified that it just would be bagels and granola bars. I've never been to an hotel that the complimentary breakfast was just snacks and not meals. We stayed here during a week long vacation to North Carolina and really enjoyed our night here. Dublin was not anything to write home about, but we prefer Marriott brand hotels and this particular one was clean and the staff was super friendly. My husband said the gym was very clean and the hours were a perk. The bathroom was small, but well maintained as was the rest of the room. We had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning which was absolutely horrible (I took one star off for the breakfast because it was simply that bad!), but having water and coffee in the hall outside the lobby during the day was an unexpected kindness. I just had the best experiences at a Marriott!! Michele was absolutely amazing during check in. She was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She gave me a short tour because I told her I had never been to this location and provided me with information on restaurant options within walking and driving distance. She made me feel like she personally appreciated me being here. I later went to the market and, without me asking, she called another area of the hotel to assist me. It was like concierge service with every interaction. When I am back in the area, I will definitely stay here and would recommend others do so. i visited this Marriott while going to Dublin Irish Fest. It is nestled in to an office park dominated by Nationwide leased buildings near Tuttle Crossings. The hotel was busy due to the event and other events happening in the Northwest portion of the city. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were nice / modern. The only knock I have on this place was the restaurant / bar was severly lacking. I remember over 10 years ago where they had more of a selection. They offers beers and a very limited menu (I don't think they had any appetizers). read more

It's a nice place to stay in Dublin. Convenient to for shopping, food place and right off the highway. Customer service was good and efficient as for service. A pool, a bar and restaurant located inside, plenty of parking and along with a work facility. They have vending machines within as well. The bummer no continental breakfast. Overall very nice. Great customer service both over the phone and in person. We called ahead and the room was ready when we arrived, as promised. Well situated near plenty of dining options. Three complaints: 1) the water-saving faucet in the bathroom meant for very little water pressure at the sink (NOT an issue with the shower though, thankfully). 2) the Internet wasn't free. Shouldn't the Internet always be free? After paying for the room, throw me a bone! 3) no complimentary breakfast. Bob Evans down the street works. read more

the people here were really nice, however lots of things wrong with the room. we stoped here for the night because we're traveling. they only had a room with one bed and a pullout couch. when we got in i pulled the bed out of the couch and immediately there was a pee stain on the saggy mattress. there was no bedding for the pullout so i went down to the front desk to ask for some. the bedding on the king bed had hair on it and a stain on the comforter. i felt very dirty staying there and do not recommend this place. read more

It was extremely minimal and modern. The bathroom was beautiful with a really nice shower. It felt super clean and way nicer than I anticipated from the photos I saw online! I would suggest staying! Stayed here on a business visit and was very impressed. The newly modeled rooms are spacious, clean and have a nice, contemporary feel. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel is still under some renovation but the florets that are completed has me excited for what is coming in the future. Nice hotel and I have stay there a number of times. But I still wonder why they don't have Comedy Central. When it costs nothing to have 700 channels at home, why are there still missing staples in the room. There are 6 ESPNs, Velocity, HD Net but no Comedy Central. That makes no sense. read more

The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel decors and the room were a bit dated but kept very clean. I have the access to the lounge and it was small but had all the things that I need in the morning and before dinner. I would definitely come back to this hotel should I come back to Columbus again. read more

Very poor experience. When we arrived, no one was at the desk to assist us, and there was a line of guests waiting to be helped. The staff were ignorant and unhelpful. When we arrived at our room, the door was opened. My wife called the front desk, and no one answered. She had to go back down to the front desk and get a new room. An employee was supposed to assist us in taking our bags to the new room. He first went to the new room, and gave up because no one was there. We were, of course, still at the old room. The rooms themselves are average at best. Also, the water vending machine was out of service on our floor. Save your money and stay at an economy hotel. I expected better from Marriott. read more

Tip. Save your money and more importantly sanity. I stay in Westin hotels and live by the spg product! It's amazing. Without a boring story: front desk non accommodating and room not the cleanest. There are two basic, fundamental items that I look for when staying in a hotel. The first is cleanliness of the hotel and room, and the second is the levels of service provided by staff. I must reiterate that the staff were phenomenal. I also must say that the recent renovations are superb. I did run into several problems during my stay. First, there was a pubic hair from a previous guest in the shower stall. This is absolutely disgusting and have been caught. The second item was that the French Fries ordered with a sandwich for supper were cold and limp. Again, disgusting. I called and asked for the Manager on Duty's E-mail address. I E-mailed her and I did get a response. She offered to make things right by comping my room service charge, as well as provide some bonus Marriott Rewards to my account, however I've yet to see them. After thinking about it, I believe that I deserved more than a free meal and some points. I would have expected them at least to remove one night's charge, but I was told that wasn't an option. I reached out to Marriott corporate offices for assistance and they responded very quickly. I have communicated with the Rewards team at least 4 different times. Each time they said that the General Manager would call me. I have yet to receive a call. This is absolutely inexcusable. The leadership at this hotel has failed me. I am a Rewards Platinum member and this is the best that they can do? I'm loyal to Marriott. No more. read more
