12/21/22 The other day on 12/18/22 we stopped by this store after our trip to Denny's. This store was plenty busy and the managers had their work cut out for themselves. Prices were good and ambience was good for the most part. Employees were working their butts off from what I saw. At least the ones I saw on the floor. The men's bathroom is more than an epic fail. The employees I spoke to about the problem in the breakroom didn't seem to give a damn one way or the other. As I started to enter the men's bathroom, I saw water pouring down for one of the toilets and water advancing towards the door. I told two employees and one pretended not to understand, but I think he know about the bathroom situation. The other employee told someone, but by the time this happened, water was spilling into the employee breakroom and heading into the public area. I talked to the manager and she looked very annoyed thos was happening. Hope she was able to get the situation back under control. I wasn't about to set foot in an inch of toilet water, so I let some customers know what they were heading into before the slipped and fell. Is anyone else a huge of America's Test Kitchen? Well, I am! Whenever the show or their magazine lists their tried and true test on certain kitchenware items, I always have to get my hands on it. I needed to get some non-stick skillets, so the hubs and I stopped by this Marshalls while in the area. I'm glad that I did! Besides having a nice variety of kitchenware, I liked how the pans and all their dishware were organized by color and shape! I was able to find some great skillets at a great bargain price - I was even more ecstatic that the skillets were in perfect condition, without any defects or chips! By the check-out line, I was able to find a good variety of scented candles as well, and it seems more of a variety compared to other Marshalls/TJ Maxx/HomeGoods locations. I've been here twice by mistake. First time Super crowded. Many kids running around and crying out. Bathroom was messy with lots of toilet paper on the floor. It was like unorganized zoo or something. Some of the staffs can't answer to simple questions right away. Price, placement, etc... Second time Not packed. The only reason I even venture into this store is for socks, undershirts, and underwear. And the only reason I do that is because of their low prices. I certainly don't come here for the lines, which sometimes make the DMV look like express checkout. Seriously, come during Back to School Week or Christmas and you are still likely to see only one or two registers open. And when you do get to the register, there is a good chance you will be met with rudeness and attitude. On the rare occasion when someone is nice up front, it will be like finding a skittle rainbow in a cave. Besides the rudeness and purgatory-like lines, this place also fails in shopping display. When I make my way back to the sock and underwear section, everything is a jumbled mess with packages torn open as if it all had been picked over by vultures. I'm shocked that this location has such a low rating. This is one of my preferred stores. On the first glance it's not too special- it's not overly nice or recently renovated. But it's what it's not that I enjoy. It's *not* always crowded with people, it's *not* jam packed with stuff- the aisles actually have room to easily move & browse through. It's just a more pleasant experience overall for me. I will agree, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the store doesn't have much selection as some of the others. But if the trade off is more room instead of tightly packed aisles, I'll take that any day of the week. It's also near a target which is nice because if I want to shop at multiple places I have options near by. Overall a solid choice if you're looking for a Marshalls. read more

Customer service here is pretty terrible. Almost deplorable. Come here because you need something simple, and stick mostly to clothing. I came in looking for bar pieces, wine glasses, maybe a shaker, other glassware. The selection was limited but everything looked picked over. The worse part were the bar carts and furniture. Everything was broken or discolored. I will say they had a great selection of raw honey. Come here and keep it simple. read more

A Big Location For Marshalls, I've Gotten Some Pretty Great Deals Searching Thru The Store From Items For Fraction Of The Price Of Higher Priced Stores. Been to this Marshall's a few times now, mostly during summer, but today I made a flying stop because I'm in desperate need for some nice black leather gloves. To my disappointment, there were hardly any gloves, full-stop. I much prefer to trawl through the likes of Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshall's in search of things like this because I like avoiding silly retail prices when it can be easily found at these discounted retailers instead. Burlington is another that can usually yield the odd great find for cheap as chips. This Marshall's is not huge and is usually orderly and well zoned, but on occasion you can see that people go through the racks and are carelessly making more work than necessary for the associates here. They all tend to be very friendly and don't hover or pester you, and can be frequently seen on the shop floor so that if you have a question they are accessible enough. The prices are just a wee bit more than @ a ross or burlington with no substantial difference in quality, and if you look well enough and have patience you really can find some great bargains. On the right-side on entry you'll see shoes and home stuff, along with bits like furnishings and luggage and home decor stuff, as well as along the back wall. In the middle you'll see it all taken up by clothes for birds, and on the left side part of the store along the wall you'll see men's and kids. Far left corner is the spot for toys and random kitchen stuff. There can be long enough queues but what really holds one up is the amount of stuff the average person is looking to ring up. Thankfully, I don't think I've ever been in this store and had people's kids running amok through aisles like on the MD side, nor loud obnoxious punters telling others' their "Young and the Restless" trials and tribulations over their phones. You can generally shop in tranquil anonymity here. Hope you have better luck than me today on your next visit here. read more

I respectfully disagree with the previous reviews. The times that I have gone to Marshalls, I have had a very positive experience. Today, the line was pretty long, but they opened up three additional registers in the five minutes that I was online. Admittedly, this is not the best place for the guys. I took a friend here to find some clothes and the selection was slim. I have always lucked out during my trips. I purchased a pair Nine West heels from here that I am constantly complimented on! I am also usually able to find really nice, designer dresses and tops for work. And, today I found two beautiful, deeply discounted dresses to wear to a wedding. I bought them both cause I couldn't decide which I loved more. You seriously can't beat the prices! I can't speak to their plus sized selections since I generally wear a 6/8. Even during my rushed frenzy, I was able to find some gems hidden in the racks. I'm sure if you take your time that you will find something you love. read more

I try to frequent Marshall's at least once a week. I always find something at this location; from cute lingerie to quirky household items. Plus this location still has layaway in case you see that high-end item that you don't want to miss out on but can't afford it right at the moment. It was such an empty store. I strolled through the store like 3 times thinking I might've missed the "dress" section but they really didn't have anything. Home section was such a mess that I couldn't even stroll through with my cart. And everything was dumped everywhere which might be customers fault but there was no associate organizing it. read more

I bought a few items for Christmas 2020 and when I got to the cashier she convinced me to apply for their credit card. I usually never do this, but I did. What a big regret!! I got the credit card a few weeks after Christmas and never used it or even activated it. Fast forward to Feb. 2021. I get my statement in the mail and there is $153 dollars of fraudulent charges from San Francisco. I immediately reported it and cancelled it. NEVER going back to this dump. Probably the same cashier used my account that set it up. read more

I have never had a problem with the merchandise I purchased. I have never had an issue getting a sales associate to help me. And a check-out line is a check-out line. Lousy retail aesthetics for this Marshall's gets this reviewer's two-star rating. The look of the sales floor generally sucks. Cheap looking shoes are strewn about. Ladies undies are hung on mini-hangers for all to see. Merchandise on the shelves is in disarray. Too many clothing racks give the sales floor a junked-up feel. The sales associates can't seem to find the time to neaten anything. read more

I'm not much of a fan. I get that you can find some deals and some people like the hunt of that... but, most of the items I see in the store are defective, blemished, or undesirable for some other reason. That's how they are able to keep the costs down on the items, but good luck finding something you actually want in there. I don't know what the others are talking about, this is probably the cleanest Marshall's I've ever been to. And they have the best options. When I told the cashier, Kouther, she was elated and said her boss works really hard on the facility. It's nice to see loyalty like that as well. She was so friendly and helpful, this is the only Marshall's ill be going to from now on. And I noticed all of the "messy" pictures are in the men's area... Maybe people should learn to put things back properly when they are browsing items. So rude. read more

If you're a Marshall's fan then excuse this write-up. But, I've given this particular location try after try and each time is messy and unorganized. I went the day after Christmas and I was one of the first patrons in the store...boy, I wish I would've taken a picture...the main aisles every few steps there was a pile of rubbish! You had to step over and maneuver your cart like you were going through an obstacle course because each pile had hangers and trash heaps. Let me first off say, I do not come here for clothes shopping. I get great deals on shoes, and household items though! I found a drinking glass set much cheaper than I'd find even at walmart (I ended up spending less than $1 a glass)! Good quality too. I also picked up some name brand high heels, half price! I'll admit the store isn't perfect, and I've only been here a few times (never to return anything), but the cashiers have always been nice, and there are some great deals. read more
