I had some shorts and tank tops to try on, so I went over to the fitting room after shopping around for a while. I hung my items up so the attendant could count them and she noticed I had a Starbucks drink and told me I had to either leave it in the cart or with her at the counter (GROSS!). I definitely wasn't doing that, so she wouldn't let me try the clothes on. She was super rude about it too. I told her that I walked around the store with it, so what was the difference if I brought it in the fitting room?? I could have spilled it anywhere in the store and it would have had to have been cleaned up. If drinks aren't allowed, they should post it. It was just an off-putting experience and I told her that I'm a grown up and I can handle having a drink. In the past, I also had a bad experience with this attendant. She's miserable. To sum it up, I left the store without trying on the clothes. The line is always massively long when I go in here anyway. I doubt that I will go back to this location again. read more

I come here pretty often because of the good deals and they are always adding in new items so I am always able to find something. It's also the only clothing store somewhat close to the west end so it is convenient. The only thing that makes me not excited to visit this store is the pressure I feel at the checkout line to buy a credit card. Even when I say no, the staff keeps pushing it. Every time. Gets kind of old. Good deals and good quality keeps me coming back. read more

Got to be honest: when I visit Marshalls, I skip the clothing section. Since different brands of clothes fit very differently, it's not usually worth digging through the racks finding clothes to try on. But, I'll still poke my head in here because there are plenty of other things I can find much more easily. Boots, purses, home items, notepads - those sorts of things are fun to look at, especially as I evaluate new colors, patterns, and so forth to include in my home and workspace. A lot of items here make great (and affordable) gifts for people, too; so even if I don't find something for myself, I rarely leave disappointed. Free and easy parking - plus the fact that this Marshalls is located next to a Panera and a convenient store/pharmacy - means that even if I leave empty-handed, I don't feel like I wasted my time or energy. I'll certainly continue visiting and seeing what's available here as long as I'm in the area. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this store that I didn't expect to find in the first place. Tons of items on clearance. It is smaller than your typical Marshalls but they still have a good selection of items especially in the women's and jewelry sections. Don't sleep on this Marshalls! read more

My go-to Marshall's location. This store seems to be pretty organized, employees are friendly, and inventory is stocked. I am a regular at this Marshall's store I like this location because it is convenient for me living in Mt. Lebanon. At times, parking can be a hassle in this plaza, especially around the holidays. Other than that, no complaints. Good store & fair prices. read more

I love a good Marshall's! Marshall's is my favorite of the chain and I do attend this Marshall's almost on a weekly basis as I work right down the street! They always have such a good variety and organized goods! The staff is always friendly! The are currently re-doing some of the parking lot so it might be a little bumpy but it's not always like that! I'm here at least once a month! It's so nice to have a Marshall's location that is away from busy shopping malls and shopping centers! The parking lot is typically near-full but I can always find a spot no problem. I tend to visit the store after work on weekdays because it's not too crowded. Come here on a Saturday or Sunday, and if you're like me, you will be cursing yourself because it's madness with people everywhere, leaving their carts in the middle of the tiny aisles, and it's just impossible to navigate. They always have a nice clearance aisle with some cool stuff. Their clothing section leaves a bit to be desired to me, but I can still find a cool top every now and again. The men's section is also pretty small so my boyfriend gets through his browsing in about 15-20 minutes and is hanging on the cart asking when can we leave haha. The store is usually organized pretty well, even for Marshall's standards which is more of a 'clutter chic' style haha. I have never been approached by an associate asking if I need help but the cashiers are always very friendly and quick with checkout. They also seem to staff a good number during busier days because I can get through the line within 5 minutes, which cannot be said for the one at the Waterfront or Irwin (be warned at those locations as you will wait in line forever!). If you are looking for wedding gifts, graduation gifts, baby/toddler clothes or gifts, trendy women's clothes/shoes, one of a kind home decor, or everyday items like air fresheners, candles, makeup, and pillows, this is the store for you! It is always a fun time to walk around and see all the cool stuff they have in stock that week. And from week to week the stock almost completely changes so you're always in for a treat! And another plus is that they are located right next to Panera Bread so you can have lunch or stop for a coffee while you're out browsing. read more

I'm gonna be honest.. usually I find Marshall's overpriced when comparing it to other discount stores such as Ross. This location seemed to have amazing prices and an amazing stock of good clothes and home decor. read more

Best gourmet treats Ive seen anywhere, but shoes, bags and dress selection were pale in comparison. Im still a maxxinista.

I do like shopping here. However, finding what you want can be somewhat difficult. The layout for the clothing can be improved in that having the "juniors and misses in the same line up so you don't have to zig zag. The store doesn't seem to get shipments of new clothing very often, so some sections can be bleak. It's like finding a needle in a hay stack. The employees are always very nice though! And I never have to wait for a dressing room. read more

Marshalls is AMAZING!!! It is just amazing!!! They have everything I like, for a really low price!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The shoe section is a mess, when looking for a pair of boots on display there was no pairs of that boot on the shelf and when asked was told that the boot on display was the only one available??? Also the girls that were working the fitting rooms this past Friday(11/25/2016) afternoon/evening would rather complain about how much they hate their jobs rather than help customers. Time to clean house and get people in there that actually want to work instead of complain! read more
