We did have a faux pas as we did not realize that a paid adult had to accompany him. Kudos to the staff for giving us a hall pass and allowing junior to attend the class with us standing off to the side. He had a blast preparing dishes with his three teammates, making fresh pasta for the linguine and clam sauce, and even a desert pizza. The class was well organized and the chef instructor and assistants made sure everyone's dish was prepared and cooked to perfection. I did get a chance to sample the pasta course and it was excellent. This is a great date/family night, or Corp outing experience. Do take some time to browse the store. Sur La Table has high end kitchenware and cooking tools. So, why not a 5-star review? Well half way through the class we were informed that only one of us could be in the class area. The message could have been communicated to us a tad for professionally and customer friendly.
