I honestly don't know if I have this woman's name right. She claims to be the manager. Her name is "Kylie" So extremely rude, if I don't wanna open a credit card, her attitude and mannerisms completely changed, and she became a psychopath! The store is absolutely filthy unorganized an accident waiting to happen! It looks like a big disgusting garage sale. I love shopping, but I will never step foot in this Marshalls again I am so over being harassed about their stupid credit cards! The only time I really hit Marshalls is when I need Christmas decorations....I will admit I have never met a Christmas decoration and or tree ornament that I didn't like and or want. I have so many tree ornaments that I could probably decorate half my neighborhood...and what do every year? You guessed it....I buy more.... This store has pretty good selection of table top decorations and Christmas hand towels....I was hoping I could find something really tacky like a hand towel that sings "jingle bell" every time you use it but maybe that's only available on etsy or something like that.... I've never really bought anything else here although they have nice kitchen stuff so next time I might browse through that section a bit.... read more

I'm definitely a shopper and I've spent TJ Maxx marshals home goods thousands of dollars in the first time I got treated very disrespected on a return because I didn't have my receipt and they looked at me like if I had switch the ticket or something that I had to take it back to the Marchell I bought it and had Receipt with me .The manager Gail this is the second time that Marchell treats me very very disrespected. Oh my gosh, I feel like an odd ball providing 4 stars for this location. I've been shopping here for for 10 years. I've purchased anything from house wares, clothes, and shoes. The setup is always appealing as I walk through the door. Marshall's is very much a hit or miss store. If you don't get it when you see it...you'll regret it. My finds are always high end brands when I shop here. My favorite style of dress is business casual. I've purchased brands such as Vince Camuto, which is very expensive at the mall. It is a place where I go when I am not up to the hustle and bustle of the mall. The manager knows me and he always ask, what am I looking for today. He always tells me he is so glad I love shopping there. He said, it helps keep his store open. It's the best location in my opinion. However, the Cobb Parkway, location may get a boost. Since, the Braves stadium is coming in 2017. If I'm not at White House and Black Market, Ann Taylor, Nordstoms, or Bebe, I'm at Marshall's. read more

This store is awful. It has to be a high volume store, but it's terrible. I don't know if it's bad management or what. The TJ Maxx next door is equally as bad. The Marshall's continually looks like a mess. The clothes look worse than a thrift store. Half of the racks are all crammed together. Then there is huge open space. I used to go there for the shoes. Now it's all off brands and it's a mess. Purses are either $200 Michael Kors or junk. TJ Maxx at Howell Mill is a much better example of this company and I usually try to go there versus this store (and this store is 10 minutes from my house). I have been going to this store for 15 years and it's been the same. Is it too much to ask with such a great location to get it together? Maybe I should just go a bit north and shop at the new outlets. It's sad. read more

Hadn't visited this location in quite awhile. Was in the area yesterday, went to do a return. Met the most attitudinal, bordering on rude, senior aged clerk ever- named Gay. She was very pretty, but omg what a horrible, snitty, attitude. No matter how hard I tried to be nice and polite, I was met with her bitterness. She surely did nothing to make me want to return to this location anytime soon. I'm sure she's a nice lady. SISTER SISTER This store is the "not quite as accomplished" sister of TJ Maxx. However, it is still a nice store. They carry very similar items and collections and they don't carry the high-end runway collections and they don't have the same jewelry and accessory options. This is a great store for finding basic clothing items and cute summer pieces to upgrade your wardrobe. Spring clearance is underway and there are great options available. I would classify the shoe department as hit or miss because there are more non-leather options, (I prefer leather), offered and the sandals tend to be too casual, too flat or too high for me. Overall, it is a TJ Maxx Jr. and worthy of a peek. read more

Today I went into Marshalls, where I love to shop usually, and Dera the cashier was rude to the extent that she rolled her eyes at me. Her manager came over, because she said she "just couldn't deal with people like me today" and the manager was more rude than she was! There have been several store managers who have gone above and beyond at Marshall's stores, but this store today just got to me! They were just so unprofessional and rude, and they lost a customer who was about to spend over $300 on new clothes! I told her to just take it all back. I do not want to do business where I am treated that poorly! She was the cashier #2 around lunchtime, if anyone had the same problem.. Apparently, we weren't the only ones leaving there upset today! read more

Came to this location with my family to look for warm clothes for a trip that we are taking tomorrow. Between all of us we spent about $500 in the store and spent about 3 hours there. When my newborn baby needed a serious diaper change bathrooms did not have a changing table or station so thinking of where I could change my baby I went into the dressing room and ask the attendant if I could go in and change my baby and she reply with a yes but told me to take a little card that had written JUST VISITING so they would not think I was doing something weird back thereat this point I was like ok whatever. I changed him on the dirty floor sitting next to him and took the soil diaper to the bathroom trash and once again my baby poopedI was like oh no, but oh well went back to the dressing room and the attendant with a dirty look on her face asked me "you need to change him again" ummm yeaaa and then she touched by babies wipes and asked if those belong to the store and I with a confused face was like noooo those are my babies wipes from sams club and she was like those are for facials and I was like noooo those are mine and they were bought in SAMS. She did not believe me but I still went in and change by babies diaper once again on the hard cold floor. Wanted to complaint but didn't. I was just to upset and tired. Maybe I will tomorrow. This Marshalls was well organized and had a good selection of clothes .They had Nike sneakers for fantastic prices my only problem was the checkout which took way too long over half an hour and both times I was here they only had two people checking out.Definitely worth the wait read more
