Sometimes when I get too lazy to drive all the way to town square, the fashion show mall, or galleria mall to get my retail therapy fixed. I'll just stop by Marshalls since its 5 minutes away from where I live. I find great tops & shoes almost every time I am there. I think Marshalls has made become a shoe-aholic but I resist my temptations on buying shoes that I probably wont wear. The store is somewhat organized. One must be patience to go through the racks and look at the clothes one at a time because trust me you can find an AMAZING top/jeans/jacket/etc for a great price. I've always been a fan of Marshalls stores, this one is located in the Target shopping center. It's clean and well organized , everything is easy to find. Check out lines are short as there are always plenty of cashiers available. If I could give zero I would, I went to the fitting room my friends were trying some items on. I had two items I was going to purchase. The lady Working the dressing room was not nice at all. She held on to my items which is fine but she kept telling me she would be off in 10 minutes and I had to come back before she was off otherwise I would lose my items. Then In between that I decided to go get two dresses I wanted to try on and as I was walking out of the dressing room she assumed the shirt I was wearing that I didn't buy there was stolen. She asked is that yours and I got confused with her question and ask what was that and she said is that your shirt I said what my shirt yes this is mine. She said we have cameras, okay well this is my shirt. There was absolutely no reason for her to assume I was stealing. Then when I asked for my stuff that I was going to buy she said I didn't leave anything behind and she didn't know what I was talking about. Just horrible horrible service, she was disrespectful and racist. I have never had this issue in my life. Not okay for her to treat people like that. I only had on my my bag and zero items when she accused me since she was already holding the items I was going to buy. read more

My favorite thing about Marshall's is the shoe department and this one does not disappoint. Rows and rows of brand name shoes and a sizable clearance section make my shoe-aholic self tingle with anticipation. I don't frequent this location since it's clear on the other side of town from where I live, but when I'm in the area I always like to check it out for deals. Reason for visit: To buy last minute Christmas gifts Parking: The parking lot is usually ample but was crowded due to it being the weekend before Christmas First Impressions: This Marshall's was clean and well lit, however the store layout looked chaotic and disorganized. Visit Experience: I went to the beauty and kitchen aisles this visit and found a few good things, the selection was picked over because of the holiday, but I was still able to find most the gifts on my list. This Marshall's had a few clearance end caps and a clearance aisle that had good quality things in it still. Overall, great selection of brands to choose from in the store. Things that can be improved: The store layout is crowded so it can be overwhelming, especially when there is a lot of people in the store. Favorite moment of visit: I was able to find a Laura Mercier Face Mask for my coworker! That was the steal of the night! read more

Went here looking for business attire for an interview my daughter had. There doesn't seem a rhyme or reason to the way this particular store is laid out. The worst was they gave my daughter two right shoes. Perhaps she should have looked but didn't. When we got home she realized she had two right shoes. The cashier had checked the shoes at the register but missed it as well. The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars is because they stayed until we got back to exchange the shoes. read more

I like this store but sometimes I just don't have the patience to go through the racks and racks of clothes but not today. There are some pretty good deals but you just have to look. I went in there looking for socks and not only did I find socks but I also found shower gel, work out clothes, and coffee for my Keurig. My arms were full since I didn't have a cart with me. I usually hit the clearance section first, I'll browse really quickly and if I don't find anything there then I'll head over to the regularly priced but discounted goods. The shoe department is pretty decent. I like their home goods dept... I usually find something that I don't need but end up buying because hey, I'm sure I'll have a need for it one day. This is the mecca of great deals. I LOVE coming here...whether it be for kids clothes, toys, housewares, shoes, clothes for me or just killing time because I can't think of anything better to do. The staff here is really friendly (again...its amazing how far a smile and cheerful attitude go) and always remember my family (mom often comes along to browse). You must realize that this place is hit or miss (hits happen more often than not) and you need a good hour to 3 hours to go through all the stuff....but when you find something cool (example: found the coolest Beatles baseball style t-shirt for $7.99) and that happens to be at a great price...it feels better than getting something fancy and full price. You walk around with almost a sense of superiority because you found something that's badass without breaking the bank...hahahaha to all the girls out there who shelled out big bucks for that designer outfit (ok ok...that might just be sour grapes :P ) read more

If you're looking for discount merchandise that feels like luxury, this store is your best bet. Yes, there are competitors, but this store always has something I love at incredible prices! The store is clean, well stocked and always has amazing name brands. The only problem I have is that there aren't always enough in my size, but I understand why. You can find anything in this store, and I do mean anything. From picture frames, to kitchen tools, to decorative pillows, baby clothes/shoes, anything for your decor, rugs, lamps, you name it! It's like a mini-Macy's in this place! The employees here, also, are fabulous. Helpful and always ask how I'm doing. I really enjoy being in stores where people actually like their job. That's becoming more rare (but not here!). The manager is also spectacular. I see him all the time when I shop here. He doesn't just sit in an office lording over everyone. If it's busy he opens up a register and stars moving the line forward. He's also always so cheerful, I love seeing him! He even offered me a discount on a sweater with a miniscule snag (that I probably did) and I didn't even ask! Nice guy! I love this store. I'm always surprised by the rotation of clothes, I can go once a week and find a ton of new things. You should stop by here, the things they have are quality! read more

Of all the Marshalls I've visited in this city, this one seems to have the best selection. I always walk out of here feeling like I've scored some kind of deal. Sure, there's the typical smattering of poor-quality teenybopper castoffs, but if you look long and hard, I'm sure you'll find something good. I don't think I've ever left without buying something, even if I was "just going in for a minute." I found a purse here once that I admired (for almost three times the price) at Nordstrom. I also got a pair of bright blue flats on clearance for $8 that I almost bought for $60 at DSW. Back in my home state of Missouri, Marshalls isn't as well-regarded or as well-stocked as it is here, so it took me a looooong time to discover the beauty of this store. I live quite close to this mall, so i'm here lots. (hello, ULTA!!) I wandered into Nordstrom's Rack and was unimpressed, walked to Marshall's and LOVED it! I'm a purse freak. Marshall's is organized, color-coded and a STEAL for great bags! I love the fact they have a brand, "Rosetti" that will make the same style purse in different colors. I've already bought 2, and will buy more, if more colors are made. The gormet food/cooking section never fails to surprise me with cool goodies. A mason jar of gourmet popcorn kernels (White Cat) was only $4.99, and they were excellent. Nice big fluffy popcorn was made, and I had to buy a second jar it was that good. I will AWALYS find stuff to buy here!! read more

Talk about horrible customer service. The manager Ermetra H is real piece of work. I had an item that was faded and she made it a point to go all the way back to the specific department and find one. When she was unsuccessful she found one the was "similar" (it was not)... She stated she had nothing prices at 2.99 everything's was at 3.99.... (Seriously a $1.00) Ermetra was pushy and when I told her the price ticket showed compare to $4 that it didn't make sense it being priced at $3.99. Ermetra seems to need more customer training after all I spent more money. All over a $1.00.... Good luck! read more

Husband really needed clothes so we decided to come here to check it out. Ended up being here for hours while he tried on so many clothes, all designer labels and such good prices. He ended up getting a whole new wardrobe for only like $180, including socks, shoes, everything. I was also drooling over the pieces of All-Clad and Le Creuset they had for sale, I really wanted them but I don't have any room in my current skimpy apartment kitchen to put them, so frustrating. They also had some OXO pantry containers that I snagged because they were about 50% off retail. Love this place, will be coming back regularly. read more

I like that I've seen a few celebrities shop here but that's it. The staff is rude, the place needs a cleaning, and most of the beauty products in boxes have mysteriously disappeared. I have to say that for a Marshalls, this particular location is rather well-kept. Don't get me wrong, it's still definitely a Marshalls. But it never really looks like a tornado rampaged through it, which all too often can happen at other locations I've been to. It's a love hate relationship I have with Marshall's. I love the deals, I hate the environment and well while hates quite strong the workers haven't ever wowed me with great customer service or any kind of out of the way treatment. In fact while I was checking out the cashier didn't even listen to my answer when she said how ya doin? You find everything ok? I answered not so hot, and she replied good, good and to the find everything question I answered not really to which she responded, that's good. I told her I know you say that about 900 times a day but maybe act a little like you mean it, cuz you didn't even listen to what I said. Anyway, there are deals to be had here, though buy it when you find it, cuz next time it'll be gone. Also the store is always disheveled as with most discount stores, it's just a mess all the time. While I'll return, cuz I like to find deals especially in the kitchen area, it's not a place I look forward to going. read more

Had a very bad experience where I was shopping late and was aware that it was near closing time, however they saw me enter the store and didn't say anything. I grabbed the specific item I came for & went to checkout and they wouldn't let me purchase the items because it was past close and they had already closed out registers. I totally understand that, but why did they let me in the store and why didn't they stop me or warn me when I was shopping??? They don't carry as many dresses as Ross, however this and most other Marshall's got a facelift (not sure how recently) and the dressing rooms are cute with good lighting and lots of hooks. You can always find a good deal on something, just be prepared to look through racks of one size, in the hopes the cut & color flatter you. Grab a bunch and head to the dressing room. read more

I love a good deal and Marshall's usually has a few! Sometimes it's a little hard to find stuff, but it's well worth the time and effort to dig through the racks. I have found a ton of cool stuff including luggage, jackets, home items, a suit for my fiancée and more. Worst store ever......it's 9:05 pm and as I may my way into Marshall's some dumb lady that doesn't know how to tell time is already telling customers they are closing in 10 minutes. Giiiiiirl y'all close at 9:30 pm stop rushing people out of your store! Then as I'm making my final selection at 9:22 pm employee by the name of Griselda whom I can barely understand is informing me the the store is closed and I need to go to the register to pay....I ask to speak to a manager by the name of Marjin and ask kindly why are the customers being rushed out of the store and she replies I have no idea. How does a manager have NO IDEA. This dumb employees deserve to be dismissed and if they don't like their job, change it!!! Perhaps a Mon to Fri 8 am to 4 pm.....just saying! It's close it's cheap and the girl found three cute pairs of shoes for $150.. There never seems to be enough employees to keep everything straight so shopping requires some digging and a little observation skills but overall you can't beat the prices. This is a nice bargain shopping store. I love that it's in the Silverado shopping center with Target and the Rack. Makes it very easy to shop at inexpensive stores in a close proximity! I've found just about everything here...home goods, shoes, dresses, business clothes, lingerie, men's shirts, and baby gifts. My favorite thing at Marshalls...their $1 reusable bags! This is another spot I go to for good deals... Accessories, shoes, dresses, knick-knacks for the house, etc! This store is organized fairly well and is always clean. The selection is usually pretty good (but Rainbow and 215 is better.) Ran in here looking for shoes for my daughter and where able to find some. Why they got only 1 star is because of the line and that all three cashiers seemed to have to all be at one register and helping each other. Joanne, Elliott and another elder lady stood infront of register 4 looking confused as they tried to help a gentleman it wasn't until Barbara walked up that anyone thought to call for help.
