I have been at this location since it opened in Bixby Knolls it was nearby my condo three blocks in Bixby where I lived over 29 years and it's next door to my LBS credit Union a win win in my opinion. The store is a large well stocked and great prices I love seeing new items furniture bedding candies snacks etc and I almost always find what I came to buy unless I get sidetracked like I did today. The staff at this location are always pleasant and the lines even when they get long move pretty quickly. Today's visit was to find new sandals for my upcoming cruise I found a nice pair after trying on at about 10 and I was exhausted but I'm happy I found one pair. The price brand is Kensie the color: Platino size 8M $24.99 they feel very comfortable. I wanted a comforter and saw a few I like but the store was a bit crowded so I'll return next week and purchase one and two decorative pillows. I found a nougat candy $3.99 similar to ones I had in childhood they taste very good I also bought two bags of Jelly Belly buttered popcorn flavor $3.00 each. I found a nice wooden stand trimmed in black metal I will place small jars of things I use daily in my bathroom. $16.99 I also bought a nice print of a flower for my bathroom it looks very nice in the small space and only set me back $14.99. Towels I love plush towels and when I see what I like I usually buy the same or similar colors. The brand is Common Thread face towels $8.99 & Calvin Klein hand towels $12.99 & Common Thread bath towels $8.99 I only found one plush bath towel it's different from my regular towels and too nice to pass up. This has to be by far the best Marshalls I've visited. I've been looking for a hair product and want sure if they discontinued it but they had plenty here. Their dresses and clothes and just everything has great selection. I know different locations usually get better stuff. Their clearance section for cosmetics and just shampoo's and all that was incredible, a lot of name brands for great prices. Their toy section was great,furniture was great saw some great stools for our island and they were so comfy. As we were checking out the lady was so nice. Their bathrooms are very clean and overall experience was great! Can't wait to be back. They have great stuff here. read more

Pretty clean store but lots of things on wrong size hangers. Checkout was pretty fast even though there was a long line.

Their current selections will bewitch all you Halloween lovers and Summerween party throwers because the spooky spread is out now! I was shocked at how much a jump they got on preparing for Spooky Season but I know there are folks who will absolutely love this. My kiddo is one of those peeps lol. They also still have cute summery things on sale and an overall swoonworthy selection. (Which is why I spent $82 here when we came in for candy lol). After recently starting a new job, I switched from another well known off-price retail chain and started shopping at Marshalls. I was looking for some professional office attire. I found beautiful brand-name clothing and footwear, at lower prices than traditional retail stores. Marshalls' carries high end and affordable brands with the selections constantly changing as they restock regularly. Being a senior citizen I was a bit disappointed that Marshalls doesn't have a nationwide senior discount program. Just left this store 01/31/25, Overall, I will give this store a 7.5. Staff was not friendly. Acting store manager was very snobby and nose was turned up the entire time. This was my 3rd coming to this store. I live in Watts and I come to Long Beach for a different scenery, but I have now learn if you don't fit in, don't try to get it. Two employees had their register lights on and were talking for forever while a customer line of were waiting staring at them. When they finally decided to call the next person in line they did not even look up to acknowledge me or say hello. They continued their personal conversation the whole tome and when my receipt printed and they left me standing there waiting for it like an idiot while they kept laughing about their story. I'm so annoyed with this store! Every time I have returns I have an issue. So I always have my receipts sent to my email that way I save my receipts and use when needed. I understand there's a policy in place if you return over $100. So the manager comes and checks all items . They all have the tags and yes I have my receipt. Manager proceeds to check the items and questions one item . And literally asked if I had placed the tag on the item myself. I said what are you talking about! I purchased it that way. She scanned it severally and was removing the tag. I said what are you doing? She said the tag didn't belong because the label stated it was something else. Wow! Seriously!!!! I told her that it's all in the same receipt and that I bought it there. She then scanned it at the register and said " we'll I'll do it this time" as if she was doing me a favor!!! I don't steal! Was very disappointed with this Marshalls store today. Came here to browse and see if I could find some basics. Nope! The clothing racks were crammed with lots of off brand tops and pants. Only a few name brand items, which were completely overpriced considering all of these clothes are past season. The home decor section was lacking in product and what they did have on the shelves was nothing spectacular. The clearance section is where I usually find great deals, however everything in the clearance section was completely overpriced! A mug with a "red tag" still at $13! How is this clearance?! It wasn't even a name brand item! Over half the clearance items were also broken! chipped, missing pieces, notebooks with paper missing, damaged candles........terrible! Today my sister end me went shopping at this marshalls.. very upset we spent about 2 hours looking for some dresses, shoes and afew things here and there all of the sudden our shopping cart is gone... we couldn't find it. I've got another cart Now the hard part was finding the items we had already chosen.. we started to look for the items we had lost .. and guess what one more time our shopping cart is gone. At this time I went looking for the shift manager as she was pushing a shopping cart. I told her about my inconvenience... well she said look here for your items maybe they are here.. end sure enough I found them and also found out she's the one stealing our carts. The best Marshall's I've been to as far as selection and quality of the beauty products that they have. Specifically, makeup. They keep a lot of luxury palettes in secured containers so it's a lot less likely Thanh you accidentally buy one that's been damaged or used by others. They had lots of Anastasia Beverly Hills products, including multiple Subculture palettes and lipsticks. They also had the Kat Von D shade and light eyeshadow palettes available. I was able to find a Too Faced unicorn tears limited edition bronzer which was the only one left that I found. I asked to see the inside of the product just to double check that it hasn't been searched or damaged before I paid. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to see what else they'll have in stock. read more

This location is really nice. Its very clean, bright and organized inside. The aisles are big as well.They have a greeter at the door. My partner and I came on 05/16/21 around 2:30p.m. It wasn't crowded inside and there was social distancing. They had a lot of cute stuff especially for dogs. I was able to find a beach towel and toy for our dog. They had a wide variety of our favorite brand of gummies so we will definitely come here more. There are markings on the ground for the registers and it goes almost way to the back which is good. The line moved quickly and everything was quick and easy. I am still mourning over the loss of Loehman's in Long Beach and found myself at Marshall's. While it does not compare in the slightest i did find some really good deals for my husband, son and myself. Loooove Marshalls never know what fabulous find you will get at Marshalls. I was looking for tea tree essential oil normally they are my go to for all of my essential oils but today they were out. I am Marshall's/tjmaxx/homegoods obsessed so have been to quite a few locations. This Marshalls has a good selection but sometimes seems in disarray. But I do think that is changing as I write this! I think I've been into a Marshalls store once before in my life and left after about five minutes because it was so unorganized. Generally speaking, I would rather pay a higher price for clearly defined sections and clean racks. At the time, I vowed never to set foot into a Marshalls ever again, but since this one opened up directly across the street from where I live, I felt compelled to at least check it out. I figured since it was brand new, it would at least be somewhat organized (turns out I was right). I have to admit, they do have a lot of nice stuff there for steeply discounted prices. So after checking out kohls I decided to pay marshals a visit and they had some solid savings . Don't over look the clearance section because they have items that may be opened or missing something such as a shirt. The savings can be had if you over look small details . The cleanliness of the store is a plus as you don't see much stuff on the floor like other discount stores ( Cough...Ross...Cough) . The restrooms are also decently kept . This Marshall's is close to my office so I've been in a handful of time. I find it to be clean and organized. While I know I am not coming in during the weekend when it is probably busier, this location is staffed with a professional courteous staff. All Marshall's have an amazing selection of skincare products and this location hit the spot with great values on many of the brands I am confident in using. I have called in the evening and was helped by Barry, who was thoughtful and steadfast in trying to locate an item I was looking for. In person Kate was professional and attentive. I have yet to have a bad experience at my Marshall's in the Del Amo Mall but I thought this location to be exceptional in both customer service face to face and on the phone, so it gets a write up. read more

I never really frequent discount stores like this because of bad experiences (yes, I am referring to you Ross Dress for Less and Loehmans in Torrance), but I have to say, this is one of the cleanest stores I have ever been in. The service rivals Nordy's in SB. They even let me return an item that I bought three months ago, without a receipt and with a smile. I am a fan. They have the best price for well made toddler sneakers (when Payless shoes will not work for you because your kid shreds cheap shoes). Their active section could be improved in my opinion, but usually in the juniors section I can find my size easily. This location has a top-notch selection, I was focusing on house ware and not so much clothes, but I did notice they had some gorg dresses in flattering cuts for only 40 bucks. Next time, I will have to check the clothes out.
