It was so awkward and embarrassing. We were followed around the store the whole time, and the vibes at checkout were just trash. The lady was so passive-aggressive, asking "Is everything okay?" in the snarkiest tone, and she literally tried to peek inside my friend's purse while she was just trying to get her wallet out to pay! Then, as we were walking out, we heard her say "they left the store" into her walkie.Like, we literally just spent money here! It was so weird and uncomfortable. If you want to shop without being treated like a criminal, go literally anywhere else. For example go to the Marshalls in cypress or even Downey!!

I saw a lot of labels like Labubu, Miffy, Smiski, Snoopy. The brand's target audience are young adults: college students & early career professionals, but I didn't see anything work appropriate unless your office leans towards casual, though there were a few tops that would work for business casual. Urban Outfitters has an exclusive in-house denim, elevated basics label called BDG, which is known for their vintage-inspired, trendy streetwear that focuses on baggy, barrel, & relaxed fits. More moderately priced than budget-friendly, it's a splurge for teens as mine gawked at some of the price tags. I haven't shopped retail in ages & wanted to see what's what. I'm not their target, & H isn't quite into their style. I think the price tag might have made her think twice. Her closet has quite a few fashion forward hand-me-downs as well as her thrifting & consignment finds. Maybe in a couple of years (when she's working)?

While trying to pick up my online order, the employee assisting me allowed another employee to take over the same computer so they could process an employee discount for a friend. My transaction was interrupted, my order was passed between employees, and at one point they could not locate my online order. After being patient for quite some time, I finally expressed my frustration and explained that I felt ignored and discriminated against based on the way I was being treated. Unfortunately, when I brought my concerns to the manager, Ashley, I did not feel they were taken seriously. She appeared to dismiss my complaint and returned to laughing and having personal conversations with the staff. As a customer, I felt completely ignored, disrespected, and as though my time did not matter. I understand stores can get busy, but basic acknowledgment, professionalism, and respect should still be expected. I'm sharing this review because I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service and professionalism at this location ,please review the camera footage . No customer should have to wait that long while watching employees socialize and feel as though their concerns are being laughed off or dismissed.

The store can be a bit overwhelming, but they were in the process of restocking on merchandise. Caught by my surprise they had Korean skincare products at affordable prices. It was so interesting to see them being sold in Marshalls. Now I know where to get them. The store stocked up on some awesome products. I didn't want to leave because it was so intriguing to see what they put out on the shelves. From organic products, toothbrushes, face masks, hair items, purses, shoes, home goods, and so much more. I wanted it all. The prices were on point! Marshalls has everything you need! I walked out with some clothes, deo, and makeup remover. If I had stayed longer, my bank account would be depleted. Customer service is always good. Very nice cashiers upfront to check you out.

Service was great; they are trying to sell their credit card but I declined and they didn't pursue it which I appreciated. Parking is in a large lot. There's an Einstein Bros Bagels, Flame Broiler, Sunright Tea Studios, CAVA, and In-N-Out, and a shoe store in the same area.

I was in the store today to pickup an online order, shorts…read more I asked about returning some bra's that I had purchased for my daughter (3) in February, 2 of the 3 bra's has exposed wire, clearly to the customer the bra's are defective (no good). The lady told me that it was my daughter's fault not the merchandise. I kept cool and said nothing, but thought how unprofessional she is. Items costing $50 each should be made better, quality. The shorts that were in the store had what appeared to be a bleach stain so I ended up exchanging for a lighter color. So Lane Bryant items can be DEFECTIVE.

Yes! The lady at the register was friendly & helpful, conversant. Their merchandise is of good quality, although a bit pricey, most of the clothing I've purchased in the past have lasted well. The employees are always amiable. This one os located in the Lakewood Center mall, near Target, close to the carousel. My only complaint is, they do have plus sizes but limited to plus sized TALL women. Like....Hello Lane Bryant, short/petite XL women are people, too . I would love to see their designers & visionaries come up with designs for clothes for short & stout women to look fabulous.
