She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer.
