Yay Marshalls is open, right around the corner from my work! Went in during the grand opening, and it was a zoo. Lines were long, parking lot was crowded, aisles were blocked--but they have the best deals! I looked around for clearance stuff, but nothing yet because the store just opened. I'm actually love Marshalls and was thrilled to see one when I loved to the area. Unfortunately, this place has a lack of priority when it comes to their customers. My most annoying experience just happened today when I purchased a shirt for boyfriend, took it home for him to try it on and had to return it because it was too small. Well we got there, gave them the receipt and at first they wouldn't accept it because the bottom half was ripped. The guy checking me out the first time ripped the bottom half off attempting to be time efficient. He said he couldn't print me a new receipt but said there would be no problem returning. Well when I came back to return the shirt and almost had to fight with them for store credit, I was deeply disappointed. Definitely won't be shopping here anymore. I I'm the one how want to work in Marshalls, and I did interview with the managers and they said that there gonna call me next time and I didn't reserve any call from them , I was the one want to work because I have college, they were so rude. And they said that were not hiring any more. But why they told me that I have to come to 2nd interview after that I called a manager and she said we're not hiring and I was so upset. It's nice to finally have somewhere else to go besides just Ross and Target. I love that this Marshalls is very spacious and clean. The customer service here is pretty great and I do feel appreciated as a customer here. Their fitting rooms have these cute little hooks labeled "definitely", "maybe", and "tomorrow" that you can use to organize your clothes. I just thought that was the cutest thing. However, this Marshalls has been kind of a miss for me in terms of deals. I think it's because I find their store just so unorganized. Especially the CUBE section, everything just feels all over the place and I'm never sure when one section begins and another one ends. read more

My favorite Marshalls between the Florin, Howe, and Zinfandel locations. Clean, organized, and the boxed items look brand new. I even bought a kitchenaid mixer here for 1/2 the price at other stores! The only bad thing about this location is probably the service. Some of the cashiers aren't very friendly. read more

Never stocked and seems like the staff really does not care. I can never find those things that Marshall's always has like 1000 thread count sheets. They also rarely have quality watches too. It seems sparse every time I come in the store and the guard is always around looking like a suspect himself. I finally decided to just stop coming to this location. This store has a wide variety of clothes, beauty products, everything you can think of at decent prices. I came in a few days ago and they have items for sale in the line while you wait. I grabbed a towel and couldn't find the tag, I kept looking and couldn't seem it find it on the other towels either. I walked up to the cashier and asked her and she said she couldn't find it either. We both looked together and didn't see one. She called on her headset for help and an older lady with a ponytail and glasses walked behind me in the line and looked at the towels. She found the tag and laughed and said it's tucked right on the inside so we opened the towel and found it. Even though this lady was 4 feet away from me and I could hear her clearly laughing, she continued to talk to the cashier on her headset. I told the cashier no thank you and she moved the towel to the side, the lady then decided to walk over and show us the tag, and mention again how easy it was to find. She began to organize items behind the counters and continued to keep talking about the towel and how crazy it was that we couldn't find the tag. I honestly really enjoyed my Shopping experience until I came across this lady. I found more items that I expected and all at decent prices I don't understand why she felt the need to keep throwing the tag in my face and the cashier but whatever! Having to repaste my original review from last year because I got an e-mail stating they took it down. -_- I walked into this store thinking I was going to have a great time with my mother while Holiday shopping. While walking around I decided to get a few perfumes and a gigantic bluetooth speaker. While checking out everything was fine. The woman checking us out was beyond nice and very sweet and talkative. It wasn't until we went to leave the store and all hell broke lose. While walking out through the doors the beepers went off. Now I understood that sometimes they leave tags on by accident and they need to recheck items. Sometimes they have to make sure you're not stealing items. I understand their job very well. So I didn't mind so much that the woman had to take each item out of my bags and check them. It wasn't until about five minutes into doing this over and over I decided to tell them."I understand that you must check each item, but it's already been over five minutes now and clearly you can't figure out what's going on and it's starting to turn into a spectacle". At this point the woman(some blond with blue in her hair) tells me,"Let me do it a few more times. Just double check". Now at this point I'm getting beyond irritated. I'm with my mother, and everyone in the store is gawking at us. She finally turns to us and very loudly announces that I need to walk through the doors. I obliged and walked through. Nothing went off(obviously). She than turns to my mother who just so happened to be holding my purse at the time and decides to very loudly announce that obviously we had something the purse or maybe even our clothes. That's when I went off. My mother was mortified and clearly embarrassed. Being called a thief in front of random countless people. I decided to tell her,"We're leaving. This is bullshit. You've retained us on the prospect that you left a beeper on an item. I understand it's your job to make sure people don't steal things etc. But it's extremely unprofessional to hold us in front of countless people and call us thief's after you've already checked." Turns out some woman left an alarm in one of the perfume boxes. So you not only retained us but than insulted my mother. Which turns out it was all your fault to begin with. Never the less I will never be going back. Worst experience of my life. read more

This location is starting to improve and get newer merchandise. They've also fixed the long line situation. The staff is getting more friendly and ready to help. This is still not the best Marshalls, but it's in RC, what do you expect?! One year in, they've managed to keep everything clean and decluttered. read more

Been there a few times. Selections are not as great/much as the other marshalls locations in the sac area. However I got to see the female older manager there almost everytime I go there, she Never greets or smiles, looks like she's not happy with her job, eh?!That a zero star. btw she is slow ringing at the register. I was so excited when I saw the "Coming Soon" sign! Finally another place to browse around when I'm bored (other than Target and Ross)! This new location seemed smaller than others and super packed! I've never seen the parking lot so full! The selection was okay, not a lot of higher name brands. It's always a hit or miss with these places. Definitely coming back soon to browse. The worst rudest Manger I have ever seen, it's no excuse for the way she treated customers in that store, A very arrogant stuck up person with no people skills at all, If an customer gets hurt in your store you think you have the decency to ask if one is ok!
