The most ridiculous manager ever! I bought the shoes for $69. It is too tight for my daughter so I'm returning it. I'm keeping the other shoes I bought on the same day. The manager deemed falsely that this has been used outside and based on her policy even if for two seconds, she cannot return it! It has not been worn. She kept quoting her policy. You judge! So its been a year or more ago I got fired from this place.That I assumed was doing a great job!I wanted to see if there were items I wanted to buy.I found about 70 dollars worth,but was really hard finding anything The guy who works back there must be doing other jobs because it was bare and took me longer to find stuff.I started walking up to the line to pay and saw atleast over 20 people standing in line.Wow! should had kept me i. Was fast at that job.So I happened to see one of the assistants that was in on me being fired.She got away with saying to me 3 months into my job " I really hate you!!" OK I wanted to slap her smug smile off her face.I told the manager Jesse who was there then.She did not apologize to me .So I knew there's was a game there.She walked by with her rested bitch face and said hey. After lunch in the plaza, we stopped in for a bit of impulse shopping. And we all found something! This Marshalls is set up similarly to the many other locations I have visited. Clothes, sales racks, some household goods, shoes. We did interact with a few associates and all very very polite. One young woman who was returning clothes from the changing rooms was encouraging us to 'try them all on'. She was fun. There is a small fee for a bag at check-out, so carry one or more with you and save a few coins. Located in a shopping area called "The Landing" there are plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you busy all day. After our lunch and a bit of Marshalls shopping we wandered along to a store nearby of which one in our party had never heard. So a big plaza with a variety of shops. Lots of parking, but you may not be near the store you want. Pedestrians look out for vehicles. The sidewalks were well maintained and the landscaping pleasant. read more

I was there looking for my favorite lotion and soap. I found what I was looking for and one of the items had a clearance sticker on it. I went to check out and asked if the other item was also on clearance because they were the same. Sometimes not all items are tagged correctly. It never hurts to ask! The manager pilled off the clearance sticker and to show it was different and said No. Then didn't sell me the item. It was so strange and rude. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this Marshall's. read more

Nice Marshall's with a very large parking lot since it's in a shopping complex. Generally clean. The checkout line was a tiny bit long but not a nightmare. Lots of seasonal items here right now for Halloween / fall! Restroom was also generally clean and you didn't need a code to use it. read more

Went to Renton for an activity today. Decided to stop into Marshall. Was looking for a black baseball type hat with a long bill Lucked out found and bought two that fits nicely for a reasonable price. Not $50 per cap! This Marshall's is very nice. Large selections to choose from. read more

This location seems to always have a wonderful selection of household items (from things for the pets to decor & bedding) as well as gifts or on beauty products. Although there are other stores nearby that have similar products (Ross, Ulta), the organization, value, and quality of products has the visit to Marshalls make much more sense! It seems well stocked all the time, even during the holidays and changing seasons of the year. Parking is usually always available and at times, shopping carts may be out during their peak times, yet the lines to the cashier seem to go quickly. read more

Available items at a comparable price range from Ross next by(At least used to have) and these female employees were pretty helpful and respectful treating customers. But above all it was the past. After Covid seemed everything's changed. They renewed management, switching employees. I wasn't very pleased during my negotiation with a Filipino worker there, simply requested returning of the jeans I bought , stated I got the wrong size and missing tag, yet she still gave a 'refusal' attitude. Even at last she apologized, I could still felt her hatred of unwillingness. Hope she loses her job. Marshall's, sad for you but your reputation is dying. read more

This is one of the best Marshalls I've ever been to! So much stock, friendly staff and convenient location. I visited The Landing to do some shopping, and was happy to see a Marshalls since it's one of my favorite stores! I always find so much home decor and furnishings here at an affordable price, and such was the case at this Marshalls. In fact, I spent so much time here because the inventory here was the largest I've seen compared to other Seattle-area locations. The seasonal/Christmas items were top-notch and plentiful! I've never seen so much holiday decor and accessories and found a bunch of items I hadn't seen at other stores like Doug the Pug gift wrapping paper! *Squeal* Plus, I also loved that they played Christmas music in the background. Although the place was packed, every check out stand had an employee, ringing customers up, making the line go by swiftly. There's a huge private parking lot right out front and is walking distance to the central area of where The Landing is. I asked if a purse was for sale and i was told she didn't know and made it seem like it was such a hassle to ask a manager. I love Marshall's, but stay far away from this one. There's hardly any staff at any given time so the line will be at least 12 people deep and there will still only be two cashiers. Hardly any brand name items are ever in stock and everything is so disorganized and messy, it looks like a thrift store. It's also very small compared to other Marshall's. They evidently don't check any of their own items and sold me a tote that I discovered was busted up on the bottom. I went directly back in (hadn't even gotten in my car when I realized this) and they told me I'd have to wait in their 30 minute line AGAIN to return/exchange it. So I promptly left and in the time it took me to get to a different Marshall's and return the item I would've STILL been in line at this one. Absolutely horrible, save yourself the headache and go to any other Marshall's than this one. read more

Much more organized than Ross. Inventory keeps up with seasonal merchandise. The store is neat and clean.

Comparable to items you can find at Ross right next door except slightly higher quality meaning slightly higher prices, but still a lot cheaper than if you were to go get it at a regular priced department store. I'm a fan of the home decor things in these discounted place, you can find cute and unique items. It's a much more pleasant experience shopping here than the location at Southcenter, better demographic of people coming here also making it easier to stay clean and organized. BBC - no, um - big, bright & clean. I ended up in a throw pillow area when I engaged an employee: "Hi, do you guys have bed pillows?" "Uh, this is probably all we have, sir... *pause*... oh, sorry! I love this store and the employees are all usually very helpful. They have a good selection of items and are always busy. Today I was in and there were 25+ people in the line. I got out and walked over to the store manager, who was talking to another employee, and let him know the line was very long with only two cashiers. He told me he doesn't cashier and i could wait in the line. It's just disappointing to wait this long for items when there is a manager and other employees who could step up. First time dropping by at this location last Thursday and I think I'll go to a different location next time. The store in this location is noticeably a bit bigger than other Marshalls I've been to, and they do have a pretty good stock of brand names - at least in their skincare section. So at first I was impressed. However after spending 5-10 mins in there, I lost faith that being in that store was safe for me. There were two staff standing at the door greeting customers, but really not sure if they were actually keeping counts or just busy chatting with each other since the store was almost completely packed during this covid. There are direction arrows on the floor for customers to follow but none of the customers care about it, none of the employees enforce it either. I kept social distance from other people, but most of them don't care about keeping their social distance; just kept bumping to me and bumping to one and another repeatedly. It was off-putting. The items are so disorderly and the shelves are messy even though the staffs continuously rearranging the mess. Who tf shop here and have they heard of putting things back where they're supposed to be and maintaining their social distance and not congregate during this pandemic? There are probably 20 staff working in this store, which is way more than any other stores I've been to during this pandemic - and that includes grocery stores.. and yet there are only 2 cashiers so the line was slow and long. Seeing the way the customers behave themselves in this stores without any of the pandemic protocols enforced by the staff I truly lost all my desire to look around so I got the hell out of there. If you care about staying safe during this covid, especially since the newer strains are nearing WA, stay away from this location or enter at your own risk. read more

I love going shopping down in Renton I just started going to this Marshalls store about a year ago. This one is way bigger than the one in West Seattle. It's always kept clean and the workers are always really nice. You never know what you'll find when you walk through the door because the prices are always decent and they have a lot of different stuff. They always add in a bunch of stock all the time every time I go it's always different. So if your shopping down in Renton and looking for everything you need in a store check out Marshalls. read more

Restrooms are extremely dirty, staff are racist saying "Chinese people have lots of germs" even though I'm not Chinese that's just rude to even say not just to me but in general, and selection isn't even that great. It's so messy and unorganized. Bonney lake and Belred are WAY better. read more

I love this Marshall's. I work right near it and come down just about once a week to see what new stuff they got in. The store is ALWAYS clean and super organized. Staff is friendly and I have never had to wait in a really long line. They always have a huge selection of purses and beauty stuff. This is the cleanest Marshalls I have been to (and I've been to a lot!). It's organized, has very good merchandise and a sanitary restroom. Pretty solid for a Marshall's. If you stop in this place after going to Ross, you'll think you just walked into a Nordstrom. It's very clean and well organized throughout. My main gripe is that they've recently highly reduced their men's active gear. I always visit these types of places for soccer gear, and now the chance of finding that here is almost zero. read more

This place is huge compared to the last Marshall's in Tukwila. Cleaner store, more space, more cashiers, more selections. Although the mens section always seems to pale in comparison to the womens. Actually a really decent Marshalls! Clean, great prices and good selection of shoes and clothes. Lines are actually under control and there aren't as many stray children as I see in Ross. Some other bargains you might find: mirrors, kitchenware, sheets and comforters, pet clothes, and exercise equipment (yoga mats and stuff.) There were some really happy workers in here! Everyone was friendly and cheerful from trying on clothes to making a purchase. The store was arranged almost like a non-discount store, which is nice. I was almost overwhelmed by how many clothes there were. Then there were the awesome dressing rooms--a nice rack for hanging clothes, as well as hooks to describe if you wanted certain clothes or not. I definitely would return to this store. read more

Love this place. Great prices for socks and underwear, basically most of my clothing needs for a fraction of what you'd pay at Macy's etc. I don't really mess with hampers or work at Walmart so I'm not in the biz, but they've always been cordial and friendly to me even when making returns. Also their line setup seems to go quick even when there's 8 or 9 people lined up it goes pretty fast...Always a plus not having to wait too long. Shout out the Marshalls staff. read more

Probably the best Marshall's I have shopped at. As others have mentioned, the store is big, clean, and organized, with a good selection of items. My 12-year old always finds clothes she likes in the juniors section, and I've had great luck finding cute tops and sweaters. The only downside (for me) is that I rarely see any petite pants in here (and I hate having to make alterations to things). But all in all, love it! read more

I'm from Keizer, Or and was in Renton for the weekend and shopped at the Marshalls. I had my 8 week old daughter with me in a baby carrier and like most babies she had a blow out. I went to the bathroom to change her and no changing tables. The women's restroom was dirty and wet and no where to change her. My friend ended up buying a changing pad and laying it down and changing it. I'm disappointed in how filthy the store was and the access to a changing table was in this Marshalls. read more

I called all the Marshalls in the state of Washington and this was the only location that carries Ralph Lauren Lauren bedsheets. I found my Ralph Lauren Lauren Villa Camelia $80 pillowcases for only $10. I found my Villa Camelia coordinating $200 bed blanket for $25. What a phenomenal score. Thanks, Marshalls! Now I can have the real deal for a fraction of Macy's price. I wandered next door to take a peek at Ross's inventory. Marshalls definitely puts Ross to shame as far as quality of items, store organization, and employee attitudes. The bathrooms here have always been clean and tidy when I've visited. This past Friday, February 20th, I needed to buy a new black jacket for working in because my last black hoodie had the zipper broken off of it. This time I wanted to buy a jacket for around $40. I didn't want it to be too expensive because I would be working in it, but I also didn't want it to be too cheap because I wanted it to last. I decided to go to Marshalls to see if I could get a bargain on a black jacket within my price range. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for and here is why. First of all, this store did not have a very big variety of men's jackets. They have a tiny section, which mostly consists of one brand. Also, most of the jackets were either XL or Small. There were only a few Large and Medium size jackets and none of them were black or they were not the simple black jacket style I was looking for. This didn't give me many options to choose from. Secondly, the jackets they had were much more expensive than I thought they would be. I figured that I would be able to find a $40 jacket no problem, but the lowest price they had for a jacket was about $50. After realizing these things while shopping, I decided to go elsewhere to find a simple black jacket. Overall, the store looked very nice and was an overall good size; I just didn't find what I was looking for. So I don't recommend going here to find a jacket because the variety of their men's coats isn't good in my opinion, but they may have better variety on other things. read more
